Now it's time to get into the real deal offered by @meatsmith.id. This platter served the best what they could've offered. For starter had beef brisket spring roll (a very musy try!), hotdog, and grilled lobster. And for the main course is beef brisket, shirt ribs, striploin, jerk chicken chop, sweet corn cheddar puree, smoked sweet potato puree and watercreas salad. Really appreciate the meet quality and cooking technique! the very best thing for me is 12+ hour smoked ribs and brisket. Outer texture is perfectly seasoned, crispy with burnt ends, and somehow they simultaneously could make the meat juicy, tender, falling off the bone.

Sorry couldn't get the chance to took photo several other food we ordered, but side dish were bomb too. Try the Southern rub crinkle cut fries, and the cornbread!

Some people complained about the price in here, but compared to the OG meatsmith restaurant in Singapore, platter like this is way way more expensive, but with the same quality. So it's still a win.

Back to my fav sorbet and ice cream shop in Jakarta! and I just found my new fav flavor. Coconut! its just a perfect combination between the smooth creamy coconut sorbet with the nata de coco, vanilla chantilly, coconut biscuit crumb, hazelnut praline and a touch of lemon zest! we got everything on the bite, flavor and texture. I also try the classic dark chocolate, it was superb 👌

New establishment from @omaelly.id group! not order too many food this time, but everything was great! the Caccio Pepe is my fav, home made Picci pasta with perfectly balanced pecorino romano, simplicity at its best! for the pizza we tried wagyu pancetta pizza, the highlight of this dish ofcourse the wagyu pancetta, I dont know how they do this but it was good! Overall good experience and ambience, def will try the other menu soon!

Mie Ayam is everyone's fav cheap meal! we could find all kinds of Mie Ayam in Jakarta, but for my review this time is Bangka style from Akiem's street vendor! The most significant difference to other Mie Ayam is the noodle! its small, curly and perfectly slight chewy. Taste wise, is more dominant on the salty side. The toppings is pretty good too, minced chicken, fresh choy sum, and beansprouts. The broth itself is very garlicy. Just hope they could be more generous with the dumpling filling. Overall, for 18k meal its a steal!

New menu from @kfcindonesia 's classic series! Chicken steak and sliders! I like the steak waaaay better. The crispy chicken breast is juicy and perfect paired with the OG gravy. For the sliders they use chicken strips, cheese slice, and the same coleslaw and gravy. Too bad the bread is very dry and the cheese not melt at all.

The latest addition from Sinamon! It's the most unique of their monthly menu yet. It's charcoal cinnamon roll! The charcoal is not only on the icing, but also the dough! texture wise its so soft, yet still got the yum chewy bite. I can't really explain what the charcoal tasted like, the cinnamon flavor still pronouncely quite strong. What I really like about this, its less sweeter than the usual cinnamon roll.

Loewy always has a special place in our heart. The Beef Bourguignon is def my fav food in here! A heart warming French classic. Everything is on point and well balanced! the beef, veggie, creamy mashed potato, and the SAUCE! the sauce is silky, earthy with touch of red wine.
