Why you will love it ❤
1. Please order the salmon spring roll. Your first instinct would be to not go for the salmon spring roll because this is a Japanese restaurant. Ignore that instinct. The salad is fresh with a crunch, combine with the soft rice wrapper, salmon and special sauce. This. Is. What. Dreams. Are. Made. Of.
2. Salmon olive black truffle sauce also deserves a shoutout, though the taste is not too overpowering which is great because you can taste the salmon as well.
3. Roasted egg spicy sauce is also nice at the end of the meal because it is quite sweet in flavour without being overwhelmingly sweet.

What could be improved 🙏
1. The place is a just a tad bit hot. Don't get me wrong, I don't like a cold restaurant either. But it'd be great if the temperature of the restaurant were slightly cooler.
2. The caramel roasted egg was not my cup of tea, too sweet for my liking. The gyoza I think could've been better if it was just a bit longer cooked to get a little bit of more crunch and but still maintain the gyoza's softness.

Why you will love it ❤
1. Nomz is known for their croissant salted egg and yes it is every bit as good as it is advertised. The salted egg melts in your mouth and then you have the dried salted egg texture sprinkled on top. Super good from beginning to end, however, this is one of those dishes that is super flavourful afterwards you would not want to eat anything else.
2. Croissant dark & white chocolate is also worth a try. It is sweet and usually white chocolate is not my favourite but this one is good!

What could be improved 🙏
1. Service. I understand we were a group of 13 people which means service may be a bit slow. But at least bring the cutleries without us having to ask it multiple times :) The music from the other restaurant across it was too loud that we could not hear ourselves talking. But I guess the waiter/waitress must have heard us because not too long after the music was in a normal volume range so the initiative is very much appreciated!
2. The other dessert surprisingly was not too good. They were beautiful and aesthetic in presentation but tastewise... It's not that it's not good. It's great, but the taste is not as memorable and different compared to the rest of similar dishes in other restaurants.

Why you will love it ❤
1. The meat is quite flavourful, tender and the ratio of beef to rice is on point. The sweet sauce is nice which binds the don together. The kimchi adds a bit of sourness which refreshes the palette.
2. The beef tongue is tender and you get the runny yolk which goes well with the beef tongue.
3. Ocha can be refilled.

What could be improved 🙏
1. The place uses plastic utensils and paper cup. Would be great if they substitute this to actual utensils/cups that can be reused over and over again to avoid unnecessary waste :)
2. The restaurant is not too big but it still feels quite cozy and comfortable to eat there.

Why you will love it ❤
1. Once I like a certain dish in a restaurant, I am not that adventurous. I order the same thing over and over again. My favourite in Genki Sushi is the chicken teriyaki and salmon/seared egg with pollock roe. The chicken teriyaki is crispy combined with their teriyaki sauce that is generous with the right savory and sweet combo. I also like the seared egg with pollock roe because it is a savory dish with quite a dominant sweet taste.
2. I like how there is a section with the moving trays and the normal dining area. The normal dining area was calm and you could have a nice conversation.
3. Very attentive service, they refilled our Ocha without having to request, except for the hot ocha, but in their defense seeing through a hot ocha non-transparant cup is impossible!

What could be improved 🙏
Perhaps for the iPad it'd be better to put it on the edge of the table instead of the middle of the table.

Why you will love it ❤
1. I ordered this using an online ojek app, so do not know the service and how the ambience of the restaurant is but the food is good! Love the chicken wings here, my ultimate comfort food. I usually order level 1 because I like to enjoy the taste without the pain of extreme spiciness.
2. Besides the wings, I also really like the potato wedges. Because even though the wings I order are just level 1, it still has a bit of kick to it which is what the wedges is for. A sweet flavour profile to neutralize the crazy spiciness of the wings.

What could be improved 🙏
Not really an improvement, but a suggestion. For the combo menus, would be nice if there was an option to upgrade the drink to a regular soda as opposed to tea/pink lava. Because I think wings go better with soda.

Why you will love it ❤
1. The soft shell crab stole the show, having the right crunch and softness inside. Super yummy!
2. The tom yum uses coconut milk so it has a nice hearty sweet and savoury flavor with generous amount of fish, shrimps, mushrooms and clams.
3. The vegetable dish has seafood twist to it, making it very flavourful.
4. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond also the ceramic plate they used are very beautiful.

What could be improved 🙏
1. The vegetable was a bit salty for my taste.
2. More meaty stuff and flavor for the pad thai, otherwise still very delicious.
3. The garlic was a bit burnt, would be nicer if they were well cooked.
