Bought kungpao chicken to takeaway and bring it back to my office. Pretty nice that they put some peanuts on top of the chicken. Chicken is quite yummy, sauce is 👍🏻. Best consumed when still warm.

Finally got to taste this recent newly opened chinese food restaurant located at Mall Pancoran Chinatown (used to be Gloria in the olden days). Thien Thien Lay restaurant can be seen from the main road, its at the front right side of the mall. Beware if you gonna park your car outside the mall, you’ll be ripped 10k for parking. I suggest just park your car inside the mall.
We were actually celebrating my mom’s birthday right the day before another psbb begins.

We ordered quite a lot of food from udang mayonaisse with almond, cube sapi lada hitam, lamien goreng seafood, pochai tumis bawang putih, ayam kungpao, babi asam manis and nasi goreng yangzhao (as rice replacement).
As drinks, try order susu kacang. Pretty great also, just enough of sweetness.
All i can say that all their food were delicious, super yum and abosolutely amazing they went beyond my expectations. I was not hoping much for finding a new chinese food restaurant for its taste but all their food are simply amazing. Well i forgot to try their pork combination, gonna try it some other time.

Love the udang mayonaisse, with its crisp. As well as sapi lada hitam, sauce is definitely yummy and tender cube beef makes it so good! Lamien goreng also good for a difference rather than mie goreng. Overall i love all their food, no doubt this place is so worth to try but sadly during psbb they only open for delivery and take away.

Got a free ice kopi susu from a new app called jiwa+. Not bad at all for me who likes to drink their ice kopi susu this is such a good deal. I have redeemed the free drink.

First time being here while waiting for my mom at the salon and found Ben Gongs right beside the salon as well. I did order their passion fruit tea cube fruit as recommended by the staff. It was very good! Not too sweet, i dont want to drink anything sweet at the moment. Got the thin sunkist slice inside with the fruit cube. Very nice and refreshing. Also ordered the same one for my mom and she liked it too. Going to try other fruit flavours next time.
Hope that Ben Gongs is going to open for more branches in the future so that i dont have to come to PI just to buy it.

Got this new promotional menu for takeaway from Tawan, they are customised including a bowl of rice with kungpao chicken and kacang panjang with beef, as well as mie goreng with sapi lada hitam. Very good! I don’t think every other store has the same offer though, i am not sure. Definitely a bomb! Super yum! And moreover it was really cheap (30k each). Definitely a good deal.
