Sebenernya ada sedikit perdebatan antara aku sama temen temen aku. Yang satu mau ke ecaps, yang satu mau ke coffee shop lain. Kalo yang satu lagi emg ngga repot anaknya, kemana aja kuy🤷🏻‍♀️

Pas banget abis makan jadi kita mau nongs cantik aja gitu.
Waktu dateng sepi. Jadi tenang. Since aku anaknya introvert jd ku senang HAHA
Tempatnya cantik, aesthetic gituu walaupun mini tempatnya hehe cumen sayang banyak banget nyamuk di outdoor nya🥲 kita jadi ngga konsen ngobrolin apa, sibuk tepok nyamuk😞

Nyempet nanya sama mas mas nya untuk non-coffee baverage recommend nya apa. Nah si mas recommend nin ini. Dia kaya cendol tapi ngga kaya cendol (?) ngerti ngga...🥲 dia air nya mirip banget cendol Tapi ngga semanis cendol yaa mungkin karna pake oatmilk. Oatmilk nya cukup bold. Berasa oat. Terus cendolnya bukan cendol pada umumnya, texture nya jelly entah jelly apa😂 tapi enak ko👌🏼

Owkay ini adalah cinnamon latte. Harum dari kayu manisnya suka bgt! Kemana mana. Gemashh🥺 a bit too sweet but isokai lah ya

Anyways, nothing special but thanks @ecaps.jkt ☺️ it was a pleasant experience✨

Located at the back of furniture store, Ecaps is a pet friendly aesthetic cafe built with sustainable and zero waste concept. The vibe reminds me of Bali cafes tbh. They also have mini store inside with a few local brands. Overall, food was just decent but drinks were pretty great. Definitely more for hanging out spot vs foodie destination.

Shimokitazawa Toast (85k) 6.5/10
French toast with peanut butter fillings. Berry sauce was a bit too watery and sweet (would appreciate more sourness) but I did like the crunch from the almonds. Bread was so moist that the insides was soggy. Ice cream was standard.

Pancake Stacks (75k) 6/10
This one was so filling since you got 3 massive pancakes. Pancake was somewhat dense, making it quite heavy after a while, especially since they barely put any berries as toppings for some contrast. Caramel sauce taste like normal syrup to me.

Winter Crumble (52k) 7/10
Looks unassuming from the outside, however it was actually pretty good☺️? Nice cinnamony apple chunks and cranberries inside, giving a nice sweet-sour taste. Crumble was a bit pale and underbaked for my liking though.

Beverages
White Sin (45k)
Nice sweetness from the cinnamon and quite creamy. Vegan milk option available for a charge.

Life’s a Beach (37k)
Tangy, zesty, and refreshing with some spiciness from the ginger. Good option for non coffee drinker.

Japanese Coffee (40k)
Several beans available. Nice balance between flavour and acidity.

Cobain cafe yg hits, tempatnya hidden gem, gak ada plang nya di luar. Pake gmaps aja. Aku dtg jam 12 siang panas bgt, even ruangan di dalem juga panas.

Pesen espresso yg shake cappucino itu. Minta subs ke soy milk. Tipe kopi yg asem, atau fruity sih kl menurutku.

Lokasinya dibelakang magran living bld, kalo dari luar emang gakeliatan jadi emang harus masuk kebelakang dulu. Salah satu coffeshop yang nerapin zero waste, bisa diliat dari interiornya yang recycle dari waste & leftover materials. Konsepnya juga eco-friendly karena ada lebih dari 20 species tanaman yang non-pesticide, bahkan spices & herbs bbrp makanan disini dari kebun mereka sendiri jadi free of chemical. Open spacenya seger banget ijo ijo gituu, ada indoornya juga dan ada store yang ngejual barang2 eco friendly dan taneman2nya juga dijuall! Sayang bgt kesini pas malem jadi gakeliatan ijo2nya🙁

(1)Hungryman cream of mushroom pasta, home made fettucini with cream sauce. Nyamm flavorfull tapi kurang creamyy:(
(2)Ecaps beef ragu pappardelle(House Select), home made pappardelle with Australian beef brisket. Rasanya mirip bolognese pada umumnya tapi dagingnya briskett

Pesen signature coffeenya rasanya variatif ga bosenin. Harganya di atas 35k semua. Tapi kebayar dengan tempatnya yg pas.
