La Moda

This resto located at the center of plaza indonesia. Its indeed easy to find. Had meeting there several days ago, did not had any food only try their desserts and tea.
I had somekind of strawberry tartlet which taste good, a red velvet cake which was not good and several macaroons which were just okay.
Overall the place was nice, but since it is located at the center of mall. It is sometimes feel awkward to see peoples looking at us from above.

This weekend i having brunch event held at Lamoda Cafe Jakarta at Plaza Indonesia. Few this weekend, they are organised an event by Weekend Brunch with Celebrity Chef. Well it is not event where you could meet and greet with the chef but we are available to having taste by some celebrity chef work.

This place sure has their main spot center of the mall. Everytime you go to the Plaza Indonesia, sure you would noticed this restaurant. They also provided nice waiter & waitress, quick service, warmly smile.

What missed about this restaurant, they only serve several of menu and not so creative choice at all. I expected, they should add more menu or create something more unique and sounds delightful.

Welcome bread is served which is good way to start brunch, it served with various jam and oil. Salmon Benedict has nice taste, it absolutely much of pleasure and salmon is fresh cut. But i am sure not impressed with the Chicken Waffle which is disappointed. Waffles are too hard, i even need more effort to eat it. And what messed is the chicken is raw, red color and wet. 

This should be unexpected moment when you visit exclusive restaurant served with raw chicken. I guess they should fix it absolutely, no one wants to eat that. I also having Tiramisu Cendol, it is Tiramisu cream mixed with Cendol (shaped rice flour in sugar palm) It doesn't have much flavor of tiramisu, what it taste more to the cendol. Sure it is really sweet, but this is one of unique dessert i every try.
