Roti John Indo

I gotta say it's an unique one. Just look how long it is, it's 40cm bread. It's so tempting. So I tried this one which located near KFC tanjung duren. You can easily find this one. So here's my thought.

40cm bread, filled with scrambled egg, shredded cheese, beef meat (cooked with lot of selected spices and mushroom) and sauces. To tell you the truth, It's all about the sauces. It's way too saucey, but not in a bad way. Sometimes this is all you need. A stress relief. Screw with your diet, all that fancy meal that cost you more than 100K or the healthy dish that ruins your appetite. One look and you know how this will satisfy your guilty pleasure.

I felt like sinful eating that one. Every single bite I took, I felt like this gonna sit on my stomach till the next year. But fvck healthy food. I believe in Andrew Zimmern's catchphrase. If it looks good, eat it. You only live once.

The bread, it locked all the egg moisture and all the sauces. It's a bit soggy, not crunchy kind of bread. The cheese sauce gave a nice salty flavor, the mayo sauce gave a sweet kind of flavor and the scrambled egg brought the creamy element to it. The beef itself, I didn't really notice it. Don't get me wrong. I did feel like eating the beef, but the meat was kinda overwhelmed by the massive amount of sauces. Every bite I took, it just beggin to me to take another one.

I'll give you a lil tip. Don't eat the bread right away. Take it home of let it sit for a while. The one that I ate at home tasted tastier than the one that I ate right away. Maybe the bread absorbed more sauces? Don't know, but I did feel like it's tastier.

Akhirnya nyobain juga roti john yang dulu booming banget sampai ngantri-ngantri belinya. Lagi di daerah Green Lake City eh ketemu ini roti, akhirnya cobain beli menu yang paling favorit yaitu roti john monster beef dengan tambahan keju mozarella.
Proses bikinnya sih enak banget ya dan lumayan buat tontonan 🤣

Untuk rasa okee juga kok, enak lah.. dapet roti yang panjangnya 40cm, makannya kalo sendiri sih kenyang banget tuh! 😁

Salah satu roti favorit yang lagi tren, yakni Roti John. Roti lapis dengan isian telur dadar ini dipotong memanjang dan bisa dinikmati sharing. Ditambah dengan saus tomat, parutan keju, dan daging sapi. So yummy!

Salah satu makanan kekinian yang lagi super hits di kalangan orang banyak. Namanya roti john dengan berbagai embel embel di blakangnya yang ternyata setiap brand memiliki franchise masing-masing.

first timer nyobain, emang panjang banget kurang lebih 45 cm di dalamnya ada daging sapi dibalut telur juga dan saus mereka. Rasanya surprisingly enak jadi saus sambal dan mayonaisenya dominasi rasa nya dan balutan telurnya yang bkin aku suka banget sama roti ini.

Jadi akhir2 ini di jakarta lagi hits sama roti john ini. Nah didaerah tanjung duren ada roti john yang baru buka nih. Kita langsung pesen yang ukuran monster kurang lebih 40cm ukurannya, isian didalem rotinya ada daging cincang, timun, tomat, telur dadar, keju dan ada 4 jenis saus yaitu saus tomat, saus sambal, saus keju dan mayoinase. Porsinya bener2 gede bisa sharing sampe 4 orang.

Menurutku rasanya sih agak eneg ya mungkin karena kebanyakan saus nya, mungkin akan lebih enak kalau saus nya sedikit aja.
