All the dessert that i tried today was homemade, even the caramel sauce.

This fine cafe was located just the opposite of Lotte Mart entrance.

They separated the smoking and non-smoking area, which was perfect. We could enjoy our coffee without getting smell from the smoke.

Their iced latte was strong and a bit bitter, thus, they gave a shot of symple syrup. You could adjust the sweet level.

Their special tea was brilliant. You could enjoy it with the vanilla ice cream separately, or you could stir in the ice cream and incorporated with the tea and became milky. I prefer to stir it in, and less guilt than bubble tea, i supposed.

Their apple crumble was my favourite. They cooked it beautifully and put a dash of cinnamon powder and it just elevated the whole dish.

Their homemade chocolate brownie was warm and served with a giant scoop of vanilla ice cream. The combination of warm brownie and cold ice cream was wonderful.

The highlight of my visit would be their excellent service.

Cobain magal, branch baru di pik sederetan dengan momo shabu. Dari awal kita masuk, pelayanannya uda oke banget.
Ternyata magal ini berbeda dengan magal di pik juga. Logo magalnya warna kuning, sama dengan yang di puri.
Anyway, pesen kimchi ramyun, samgeopsal, dan mi dinginnya.
Pelayannya uda info bahwa itu instant noodle, tapi karna penasaran, tetep pesen itu.
Filosofi makanan adalah ‘jika instant noodle engga enak dimasak, maka kokinya kurang jago’.
Engga lama pesen, langsung side dish dateng. Daging pun dateng dan karna masih pagi, jadi pelayannya masih kurang personel. Jadilah store manager yang layanin kita dengan sigap.
Bravo sih. Karna biasanya manager paling ogah layanin tamu.

Mereka bener2 jago masak dagingnya. Masih juicy banget, tapi bagian luar kering dan berasa bakarannya.
Kimchi ramen yang katanya instant noodle, disulap jadi ramen bikinan. Engga berasa instant noodle sama sekali. Mereka kayak racik bumbu sehingga rasa dan bau instant engga ada sama sekali. Masih kenyal tekstur ramennya.
Enakk.

Pesen willies special dengan tingkat kematengan medium well dan saus blackpepper. Minuman yang dipesen iced shaken vanilla bourbon, dan enak. vanilla nya bukan hanya kerasa aja, tapi juga wangi tercium.

Pas dateng, steak disuguhkan di hot stone, jadi mau saranin untuk pesen steaknya 1 tingkat di bawah yang diinginkan. Karna sesudah dimasak sesuai yang kita inginkan, pasti akan lanjut kemasak karna hot stone.
Untuk dagingnya sendiri cukup besar dan ngenyangin (yg 200 gram). Rasanya empuuukk banget. Engga seperti seempul wagyu sih, tapi mirip2 lah.
Pas motong dagingnya tuh lembut banget. Kebayang gak sih pas daging dicocol di saus blackpepper, itu maknyus banget.
Dagingnya sendiri uda dibumbui dengan baik, jadi gak usah terlalu banyak saus yang dipakai karna uda asin merata.
Sausnya sendiri sih kurang doyan karna baik saus dan daging uda terbumbu dengan baik, jadi agak asin kalo dipake lagi.

Bener2 impressed banget sama pelayanan di sini. Pertama kali banget kasih bintang 5 untuk pelayanan.
Dari mulai dateng disambut baik dan ditawarkan mau ke lantai 2 or engga. Lantai 2 lebih spacious, tapi karna males naik, jadinya duduk di lantai 1 yang cukup tenang karna ditemani oleh alunan lagu yang bikin comfy banget.
Pilih rose tea yang diperbolehkan untuk diseduh max 3x karna itu uda max rasa teh nya untuk kita nikmati. Rasanya enak dan wangi rose nya bisa tercium pas kita minum. Nikmat untuk santai sore.

Makanan2 mereka juga engga kalah enaknya.
Pesen salmon teriyaki yang bener2 dimasak dengan baik: bumbu teriyaki agak manis jika dimakan sendiri, tapi pas disantap dengan potongan salmon yang baru dimasak plus nasi pulen khas jepang- aduhai banget.
Chicken teriyaki mereka juga enak sekali. Ayam masih empuk di dalem dan dimasak dengan baik sehingga rasanya sampai ke dalem.
Garnish nya yang berupa sayur juga baik deh dimasaknya. Jago banget. Sayur biasanya kelembekan dan udah engga kerasa krenyes. Tapi di sini bener2 diperhatikan banget tingkat kematengan sayur.

Had this while watching movie and it was a pretty clever dish. Though not so enjoyable.
Their chili aoili dip was okay, but too little for the whole dish.

Pertama kali ke sini karna agak penasaran dengan nasi campur mereka, tapi malah pesen kopi semua.
Kopi baileysnya agak aneh sih. Kurang cocok mixture nya.
Untuk kopsus cici manis, not bad sih. Although too milky for my liking. Ngopi iseng yang engga bikin susah tidur, yah di cici manis.

Mojo kitchen located near to bradley tea house and they provided limited parking space. Its interior was so unique and eye catchy. Noticed many westerners came here for good food and good time as Mojo provided several board games.

Never a dull moment here, i noticed.

Mojo has what young peeps want: good food, board games, good drinks and good service. Friendly and super informative waitress informed us their unique menu.

We tried their burrito wrap (choice of fillings: short ribs, chicken, steak, and ox tongue). If you think burrito wrap is too mainstream, you're right. But, Mojo got the taste. Other burrito might be mushy and wet, Mojo, on the other hand, offers a much better version of it (dry, crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside).

Their ox tongue was their specialty, as they boiled it with special seasoning for at least 3 hours. It was super tender and could melt in your mouth.

Their chicken, short ribs, and steak were so good. Felt like they prepare the food really well.

The burrito wrap was filled with lime rice (delish!), jalapeno and salsa, meat of your choice and their sauce.

All of their sauce was super tasty, tasted fresh and well-seasoned.

I don't know what did they put in the sauce, but it elevated the burrito to another level.

Tried short ribs burrito bowl (topped it with sour cream). It was super delicious! It looked super vibrant as it's colourful and it tasted even better than its looks.

Buttery and creamy bowl of goodness. The sunny side up egg was half done, you gotta ooze the yolk. It added the creaminess of the dish.

The short ribs were melted and they added extra chili sauce (gochujang?) on top of it.

You gotta try it!

Their kimchee spagethi looked tempting as well, will try it next time.

The winning beverage for me is their iced vanilla latte. It was so so good!!

My tip for u is to ask it without sugar. The vanilla made it sweet enough but not overpowering the coffee.

Their iced tea was mediocre, but acceptable. Their g.s.l mocktail was super refreshing for hot sunny day. It tasted fresh juice though.

Shaburi shabu just opened in Kelapa Gading and i was so excited to try.

First of all, salute to the team. They were so attentive and friendly and informative.

I know it must be really hard to pay equal attention in such a full house. Thus, bravo! They paid attention to all of us in such a good manner. Whenever we dropped our chopsticks (yes, happened twice to us), the waiter gave us a new pair immediately without we have to ask them.

Thank you for such a prompt service. Best service in 2015, by far.
The beef was excellent and looked fresh. Loved it! One thing that turn us off was their other food: karaage, udon carbonara, and others were cold. They've prepared them before hand and turned out to be cold as ice. Those fried food was not meant to be eatten cold. Just yuck!

Their sushi was taking forever. We didn't sample any until we walked out of the door. Took them 45 minutes or so to prep it up.
There were only 3 soup options left for that day: original, soy bean and sukiyaki. We ordered original.
Their coffee machine was not working yet, i supposed. However, there's a range of beverages available there. And to finish your meal off, you could opted for vanilla or green tea ice cream.

Been a while since i ate here and to my surprise, they've changed the menu. They scratched off their pizza menu and put back their duo meat. They've also recently introduced a new steak choice: hokubee steak. We ordered it medium well and it was amazing! Much to my surprise, the chef cooked it up to my standard- not bloody and well rested steak. They put the cheese on top of the meat and it was such a delightful addition. Totally recommend it!

Makanan di sini mantep banget: rasa mantep dan harga juga sesuai mantepnya. Cocok dimakan pas lagi mau bikin doi terkesan. Kita cobain banyak makanan. Tuna pizza nya mesti banget dipesen. Super enak yang dikasiin minyak truffle. Aduh sedep banget. 1 loyang ga rela deh buat dibagi2. Kalo ga makan mentah, cobain dulu tuna pizza nya akira. Dijamin langsung jadi makan tuna.

Beef tacosnya super enak dan well seasoned.

Jidori chicken di sini superrrr enaknya. Kalo kalian kira dari fotonya uda enak, kalian gatau seberapa enak. Rasanya bener2 ngalahin fotonya. Mashed potatonya lembut dan creamy. Ayamnya luarnya renyah dan dalemnya super lembut. Aduh enak banget dan menu ini ga bikin kantong bolong.

Ada lagi wagyu yang dimasak selama 48 jam. Itu bener2 mesti dinikmatin makannya. Harga sih beneran ga boong. Enaknya selangit. Tiap gigitan berharga banget. Lembutnya aduhai. Diiris pake pisau aja gampang banget. Tasty banget deh.

Coffee glazed steak enak sih, tapi wagyunya lebi enak.
