Note: I did not drink the coffee here (which they are known for), but opted for earl grey tea here.

Why you will love it ❤
1. Strategic location in Kuningan area.
2. Open space, great if you drink coffee/tea while smoking.
3. Service is kind, friendly and attentive.
4. Earl Grey Tea is quite strong, but it’s not too different compared to the Earl Grey Tea anywhere else.

What could be improved 🙏
1. Not sure why they have to use a plastic container for the Earl Grey Tea drink. Would be great if they find a better alternative for packaging. Also, portion is small compared to the price.
2. Would be great if the tea also has the option to be served cold (wanted to order chamomile, but it was only available hot, so I opted for Earl Grey).
3. Note that the prices here are steeper compared to your average coffeeshop house in Jakarta but it is an enjoyable place to have a chat.

Why you will love it ❤
1. Big Box is quite a good deal if you're craving pizza and other good things related to it, like pasta, wedges, sausage and the likes.
2. The chocolate pastry for dessert is so puffy and perfect, the sweetness just close the meal perfectly.

What could be improved 🙏
1. Maybe we were unlucky but generally the food served tasted rather bland: the pizza had less sauce, and the pasta didn't have that much cream as usual.
2. We're not sure whether it was because there were a lot of customers that the quality of the food wasn't as controlled, but it didn't taste as good as usual.

Why you will love it ❤
1. The combination of biting red beans, grass jelly and matcha ice cream topped with ice shaved with milk flavour just does wonders to your taste buds.
2. Really loving the bitter and not so sweet matcha ice cream, it pairs well with red beans.
3. Best dessert to eat during a hot sunny day, so refreshingly sweet!

What could be improved 🙏
1. I've visited several outlets of Hong Tang outside SMS before, but strangely in SMS they serve the dessert in paper bowls, would have been a lot ecofriendly if they use the regular reusable plastic bowls. Other than being eco-friendly, the reusable plastic bowls are a lot wider so we can scoop better of the dessert.
2. During our visit, the peach wasn't as fresh as usual, sadly.

WORTH IT NGGAK INI NGANTRI HAMPIR SEJAM?

Why you will love it ❤
1. That cheese on top. So in general, not a big fan of cheese tea drinks. Because I think the cheese is too salty and the drink is too sweet. But Ban Ban Cheese Tea proved me wrong. I thought I would hate it, but nope. I loved it. The balance of flavour is just amazing. So is the queue worth it? Definitely, would do it again.
2. The tea is super fragrant.
3. The berries are fresh and sour but not too sour which goes beautifully with the cheese. Like a perfect harmony, they complete each other, Yin and Yang, Snape and Lily, Shawn and Camila.

What could be improved 🙏
1. The queue is terrible, you line up 20 minutes to take your order then another 25 minutes for them to make your drink. Not because the employees are slow... Because there literally is a line almost always.
2. More branches and not just in GI and Puri please!
3. A little on the pricier side, but with the freshness and the balance of flavour, worth your extra money.

The place was a bit hot when I visited there. Perhaps they had an issue with aircon, hopefully they would be able to resolve the situation!

MORE THAN JUST AN AESTHETIC CAFE.

Why you will love it ❤
1. At first I was hesitant to go here because the reviews seemed to say just a pretty place with an okay dish. But I guess they chose the wrong menu. I had a great time in Mother Monster, all of the dishes we ordered tasted great.
2. Pink sauce has quite a nice flavour that was not too strong but let each other's flavour shine with the cherry tomatoes, parmesan and cream beautifully harmonizing.
3. The pan seared salmon used cauliflower couscous which tasted uniquely pleasant with a generous portion of salmon.
4. Salmon Dynamite is like your typical salmon mentai dish. It's great, but almost everywhere the taste is somewhat similar.
5. Aesthetically pleasing place if you want to get a perfect Instagram worthy shot.

What could be improved 🙏
1. The pasta in the Pink Sauce needed just a biiit more time to be cooked. The overall taste was already good, but would have been great if the pasta was al dente. The salmon was just slightly too salty for my taste, not too salty that it becomes unenjoyable but because you already have the creamy pasta... the salmon that could have complimented the dish instead wanted to steal the spotlight.
2. The place was a bit hot in the mall area of non-smoking area, when we moved in the cafe itself, it was still just slightly hot but at least it was a little cooler! However, sometimes I think I can smell a bit of the smoke coming from the smoking area (separated by around 5m, with no partition, so if you are sensitive to smoke better just sit in the mall area).
3. I do think pricing is quite high here, then again it is Plaza Indonesia, but if you get promo prices it becomes worth it.
