Why you will love it ❤
1. Lots of branches everywhere.
2. Love the kwetiau goreng ayam here. When I used to live in Ubud and had crazy kwetiau cravings, this was the place to go. The branches taste similar. Like the smokiness that the noodle has with just the right chewy texture.
3. Cooking process is quite fast.
4. Spacious place in the Bintaro Plaxa branch.
5. Friendly and attentive service.

What could be improved 🙏
1. Kwetiau is on the pricier side, however they do offer various promotions. Plus if they added just a bit more soysauce I think it would elevate the flavour more because it just lacks a hint of sweetness.
2. The pempek had great potential but lacked a great cuko sauce. Though in terms of crispiness on the outside yet moist on the inside - it is quite good.

Why you will love it ❤
1. Various branches everywhere.
2. The otak-otak goreng here is great, dip it with their sambal sauce even more awesome! Always a good go to snack when you want something to eat but do not want to be too full.
3. Es Teler 77 is that reliable friend always there when you need someone to listen to. Otak-otak and the Es Teler 77 goes well together!

What could be improved 🙏
When I went here the otak-otak goreng was prefried. Always great to get some otak-otak goreng ready and you do not need to wait, but it comes with a price. They are not hot and warm anymore because they were not fried when the orders came. Maybe because it was a weekend and they were expecting an influx of people coming in, but would be great if they were hot and warm and not prefried! :)

Why you will love it ❤
1. Generous cheese! Plenty of cheese for days you will love this place if you love dish.
2. The pink lemonade is refreshing, but somehow I think it would taste better if it were a bit more sour and had a tinge of soda.

What could be improved 🙏
1. On the pricey side. But in terms of taste vs price, this is not a good deal as the taste is an average sandwich, nothing special.
2. Ordered the Patty Melt because it was the most recommended sandwich here according to the cashier - the patty is just an average patty, could not taste the coleslaw because all the elements of the sandwich did not compliment each other, the cheese albeit generous was not the star of the show because each element was trying to outshine each other. Had potential, but not the best sandwich I have eaten.
3. They cook right near you, so if you do not want to smell like meat/cheese, would be better to buy it to go.
4. Small seating area but still enough and cozy enough to eat there.

1. They serve all the menu using ipad, so convenient and less chances of error.
2. The Classic Bingsoo was quite generous in portion, the peanuts and condensed milk went well together with a bit of marshmallow here and there. Simple yet good.
3. Affordable Korean food, but still okay quality.

What could be improved 🙏
Attentiveness of service could be improved, the waiter and waitress did not respond to our call several times.

1. The portion is quite generous, generous amount of ribs, bakwan jagung is quite a good size and sayur asem is plenty even for two.
2. Ribs are tender.
3. Located in food court area, strategically located.
4. Great service, super friendly.

What could be improved 🙏
1. Sambal could be more generous.
2. I wish they used actual glasses instead of plastic.
3. The ribs lacked real flavour, not spicy, not sweet, not savoury. Quite confusing.
4. Sayur asem was too sweet. I think if they added the hint of sourness would have been better.

Why you will love it ❤
1. Affordable and not pretentious dim sum place.
2. I believe out of all the outlets of Imperial Kitchen, the Fong Zau in Imperial Kitchen Blok M Plaza tastes the best. It is rich in flavour and all of the tastes will just blow your mind. It’s spicy, sweet, savoury all combined into one dish. Brilliant!
3. Love the chilli oil here.
4. Must get the gao zi, fong zau and ha kau.
5. Lots of branches everywhere.
6. Friendly and kind service.

What could be improved 🙏
1. Place is a bit hot here, maybe because the kitchen is near the seating area but it was hotter than usual and did not make the dining experience too comfortable.
2. Service is a bit slow, understandable if it was during peak hour, but there were only 1/4 of the table filled in the restaurant, good thing the service was kind and friendly.
3. Ha kau did not taste as good as usual, lacked the shrimp flavour.

Why you will love it ❤
1. Place is strategically located in Jakarta Selatan area, the heart of hip and young people, a great cultured scene, plus there's a coffee house right next to it that you can go to after you're full.
2. Very well thought out concept of Chinese restaurants with great cutleries, furniture and decor, the overall experience of simplified logo and colour - you would know the place has been well planned and well executed.
3. The beef brisket is a winner, really soft on every bite. Would be better if they use less fat.
4. Super Suikiaw is really nice, the ginger kick made it great.
5. Soft yet stringy home made noodles, tastes excellent yet sadly it doesnt hold the broth flavors so every bite didnt represent the overall dish.

What could be improved 🙏
1. Broth was too fatty for me.
2. Maybe it is the cuisine type of taste, but it didn't fit me because there was no tinge of sweetness to balance the overall flavor. It has potential but it isn't there yet. It was mostly fatty and a slight saltiness.
3. Broth has potential, but could be improved if it were less fatty.
4. Not a lot of parking space, you would be parking by the streets, would recommend reaching here with public/online transportation
