The night will not complete without something sweet so we decided to try this so called Omuffin. It is a korean style muffin which is basically for me it is a combination of muffin and croissant.
They have sweet as well as savoury ones and my hubby chose the berry Omuffin. Did I like it? Not really, I would prefer either a real muffin or a real croissant.
Beside the Omuffin, I also bought a blueberry doughnut....now this one was super yummy and I could not stop eating it. Surely will be back for the doughnut.
Nothing suprise me, my daughter choice was fried chicken. I ordered a complete package of 1/2 free range chicken with fried tofu, tempe, sayur asem and mineral water for the price of 45k nett.
They also sell broiler chicken package with cheaper price. I tried the chicken and it was quite good, sayur asem was yummy and the sambal was a bomb...it was soo good and made everything tasted delicious
Decided to eat at foodcourt cause we really had no idea what to eat at least here at foodcourt had lots of choices. So after walked around I felt like chinese food today.
Here at master wok had a package that include rice + 1 meat + 3 vegs + ice tea for 30k nett...very cheap right. I chose butter fried chicken with stir fry beansprout, balado tofu and fried noodle.
Food tasted averagely okay nothing spectacular but good enough...
Hidden gem around the traditional market. Simple but tasty dishes. They have so many dishes to choose for and all of them were quite good.
My fave is stir fry clam with petai and chilli but they did not have it today so I switch to sambal goreng prawn with petai and tofu, also stir fry taoge, salted squid in chilli and corn fritter. A box of rice with all those dishes only cost me 28k...sooo cheap.
If you want authentic japanese food then eat here. When I just finished ordering I noticed that a lot of Japanese dined here. Anyway, for the two of us (me and my daughter) I ordered: 1. Salmon and Toro Tuna minced Ohitsu (ala carte): this is a bed of rice topped with salmon sashimi, minced tuna sashimi mixed with spring onion and ginger (i guess) and tamago. Well sashimi was fresh but my daughter did not like the toro tuna caused they put too much spring onions which she hates it. 2. Grilled mackerel set: Love it. Everything they put in that set was super yummy from the fish itself till the miso clam soup 👍👍
Though the price is quite high but the portion is quite a lot too. Service also very good. All staffs were fast, friendly and informative.
