for weeks i happened wanting to eat a good burger. then 1 day i saw a nice burger pic at insta that was quite tempting and decided to try it. location was easy to find and all the clue is on point although i never been in the building before.
deciding which menu to choose was rather difficult as to me all were look nice.
it was the belly bandit burger, and newly addition coffee burger with sides of union rings and waffle fries. altho their BYO burger was quite famous or so i read.

when the burger arrived, i was let down by the size. it was rather small for both and it only came with 4 union rings for the sides. 4 pieces. But the waffle fries was generous. my coffee burger came with pork bacon and i like it as it was crispy, salty and sweet and the same time. the meat wasn't coffee taste at all but juicy for sure. Both burgers were troubled by the cheese taste. all this time, i never have problem with cheese what so ever, but this one just doesn't fit my pellet. it was an up and down experience eating here.

well, competition competition. you can't miss this joint as they are neighbouring with what already crowded area with coffee shop. As customer we are always welcome a new one and the more the merrier and will come to what is your preference in coffee or other services.
This one is decorated with latest theme and the look is clean. With Ice cream and bites to give customer options as when i was there, i saw many of them sit and open their notes or laptop. most of all i like their patio area. its clean looking and shady made it comfy for me to sit outside. food wise, i didn't get the chance yet. maybe next time

it is a typical old skool noodle place. located in a house garage turned as place to eat and for its size, it was quite big from the front to the back. Menu is just written at the front and order straight from the entrance.
if you peek at the ingredients, was plenty from shrimp to fish tofu and i add their fried tofu with soup which was tasty. 
the plate itself was full of toppings till u couldn't see the noodle. to my taste, the toppings was eye drooling, but when it comes to taste was pretty bland and too mixed up. i lost the taste of the noodles or shrimp or the tofu underneath. i wasn't sure if its just bad batch, that is why amongst all, i just like the fried tofu soup. simple but still delightful.

if you visit here, this cafe is quite big but majority is the garden. The coffee bar itself is located at a small hut but still comfy and tables are ready too if you want in an AC room. However, as you know jakarta can be very hot, so the garden is more suitable in the evening or early morning. 
well, location checked. now the main course. Coffee is good, and i like the charcoal cappuccino. slightly rough (due to the charcoal) but still induce the strong coffee taste. i remembered they also serve heavier food aside from the light ones like croissants. It was enjoyable moment being outdoor and sipping coffee.

i think its been a while since i pass this road and surprised that now it has open space with cafe in it. its fun and cozy to sit down outdoor but of course not in the middle of the day. you can grab a meal here or go next door for a bread shop which i think under 1 management.
its kind of open cafe with added air con and no door what so ever. 
They served indonesian food and snacks, and when looking at their menu, most certain you want to order all of them. my choice went to mie tektek and my partner chose soto ambengan. 
the Soto wasn't bad. with generous meat and fillings enough to stuffed her stomach. a tad hotter would be nice. The Mie tektek i found it quite lacking in flavour. portion wise was generous topped with kerupuk kampung but its just need to be bolder as mie tektek from street cart is bold and fragrant. i understand this is the 'clean' version but at least need to excite the eater which this version didn't.
