    - Quite disappointed with this one because i find it has too much pepper..

    - ayam panggang gitu cuma beda ekspektasinya dari foto. Enak sih rasanya dan isinya banyak juga 😊

    Service 4/5.. cepet makanannya keluar tp emba nya agak jutek yg serve aku.

    Tmptnya ada smoking area.

    Sup Hisit Telur Kepiting
    Abalone Kaki Ayam
    Tahu Poh Chai Saus Abalone
    Grilled Gindara with Japanese Sauce
    Lap Mei (Glutinous Cake)
    Hashima Red Dates

    No specific review buat semua menu diatas. Tapi kualitas oke banget, rasa chinese authentic, dan porsinya sangat mengenyangkan.

    Service juga 5/5 - sangat friendly & attentive :)

    Ini family restaurant bgt sih. Jd dia ada personal soup / hotpot yg bs dipilih. I decided to go with the personal menus.

    Jadi ada byk topping yg bs dipilih, mostly seafood sih..
    Aku coba yg Fish Village Special (campuran semua topping2nya jadi 1) & Ikan Fillet Goreng.
    Dua2nya enak sih tp menurut ku dagingnya kurang byk, dan seasoningnya kurang kalo ga kebantu dengan soup nya.

    Soupnya aku pilih Fish Village soup.
    Soupnya contain susu gitu kyk milk hotpot.
    Ada pilihan soup2 lain kyk tomyum.

    Carbo nya jg bs pilih antara mie kuning, soun, mie telur, nasi dll.

    Pesen Fish Egg tp beda bgt sm gambar.. walau tastenya oke sih.

    Cepet jg makanannya 10 menit uda keluar.
    Servicenya bagus & informative.

    Its so good and the texture is crunchy.

    The Spicy Motto Don isn’t really good.. expected more.
    The beef tasted sour, the onsen egg was nice though.

    Food comes really fast around 10 minutes.

    I don’t find the food tastes really good tho, its just standard. Dan harganya mayan mahal buat ukuran makanannya menurutku!

    Nyobain chicken wings with cheesenya banyak sih cheesenya tp bikin ayamnya ga berasa.
    Beef ribs with cheesenya jg terasa demikian, cuma karena saus ribs nya lbh marinated jd lbh oke..

    Cobain cheese pizzanya lmyn enak, emg cheesenya mrk generous bgt sih.

    Seaweed ricenya B aja, kurang mayonnaise menurutku..

    Makanan klr agak lama sekitar 20 menit gt.

    - Porsinya gede dan rasa cheesenya ga overwhelming & cheesenya dibikin kentel i like it.

    - Tunanya byk and ga asin. Rasanya enak bgt super korean!

    Blooming Mari
    - Agak biasa aja sih. Seasoningnya kurang berasa.

    Blooming Mari Noodle
    - Enak bgt pedes asem kuahnya! Noodlesnya jg texturenya ok.

    Omelet Rice with Chicken Cutlet
    - MUST ORDER! Love the tender chicken & how they made the omelet. Taste really nice.

    What i tried here:

    Union Burger with extra Foie Gras
    - What i love is the soft buns! Big meats and tasty foie gras with big chunk fries. Major 😍

    Chocolate Cronut
    - Simply love the texture and also the chocolate on top! A nice alternative of croissant 🥐

    Cake Platter
    - Nah kalo bingung mau pilih kue Union yg mana karena semua enak in general, you can try this. Comes with 2 cups of tea too. 🤗

    Banana Smoothie
    - Gila, my ultimate favorit drink in Union because of its thick texture, balance taste of banana & peanut butter in a sip ☺️💥

    Creme Brulee with Orange Sorbet
    - Orange Sorbetnya biasa aja sih tp rasa creme bruleenya bener2 sempurna menurutku! ❤️❤️❤️

    Overall, Union is def on my list of Jkt restaurants i will never get bored of 👨🏻‍🍳

    - Taste super duper good!! It comes with triple cheese and lots of truffle oil and minched black truffles. Yum 😙😙

    Smoked Salmon Tower
    - For me, this is the very least non-overwhelming salmon with cream cheese brunch menu.. pas bgt cream cheesenya & dipadu dengan isi salmon yg generous. Love it ❤️

    Slow Cooked Tasmanian Trout
    - To be honest, the highlight here is the ginger rice! It is seasoned very well. Great quality trout and comes in a large size! The sauce is pretty sour for me but still fine. 👍🏻✨

    Definitely coming back! 😍😍😍

    Chawanmushi
    - taste fine. Nothing special. Yums!

    Tuna Corn tacos
    - enak bgt! Luarnya crunchy dalemnya melts in your mouth. Another way to eat your sushi!

    Wagyu Gyukatsu
    - Super yums and comes with 3 different sauces - best one is the truffle mushroom.

    Kago Shima Volcano
    - Recommended! Melts in your mouth.

    Maguri Volcano
    - Taste just ok. Too much sauce for me.

    Beef Nigiri sushi
    - Truffled beef tasted awesome!

    Salmon Tatuko Roll
    - Must order! Love the aburi salmon & sauce.

    Food comes around 10-15 mins.
    Lots of sushis are not available tho...
