Ambiente Ristorante - Hotel Aryaduta Menteng

Tipe-tipe restoran fancy di dalam hotel gitu. Cara masuknya dari lobby Aryaduta tinggal naik lift, pencet lantai M lalu belok kiri. Awal masuk langsung disambut staffnya, ramah banget. Kalau kesini pasti salfok sama interiornya calming banget, rada remang" dan nyaman. Untuk kunjungan business juga bisa nih mereka, ada 2 ruangan VIP masing" 15 pax, connecting room dengan MC 3jt. 

Beberapa menu yang aku coba:
-Ambiente Pizza: Doughnya hitam dari charcoal, yang bikin unik toppingnya ada smoked salmon (yang masih lumayan raw). Tipe adonannya yang lembut dan rada lembek, gak terlalu tebal juga. 
-Spagetthi Aglio Olio di Pesce: Sebenernya rasanya kayak aglio olio pada umumnya sih, tapi ini topping seafoodnya banyak jadi puas. Kematangan pastanya pas, dan gak terlalu oily. Tapi ada hint rasa pedas disini.
-Insalata Caesar: Salah satu salad yang menurutku enak banget. Mayo dressingnya enak dan sedikit manis. 
-Funghi Fritti: Jamur yang digoreng bentuk bola-bola gitu, dimakan dengan saus cocolannya (semacam mayo). Enak karena bagian luarnya garing, pas digigit jamurnya seakan meledak dan ada air" gitu. Cocok dimakan dengan sausnya.
-Pollo Al Funghi: Ayam yang di roast, ada kentang dan mixed mushroom juga. One of the best sih, ayamnya yang juicy di setiap potongan, porsinya besar, dan side dishnya ngebantu biar ga seret makan ayamnya. Yang paling aku suka disini adalah saus cocolannya (pesto sauce). 
-I'm Joker: Salah satu seri mocktail mereka, hasil campuran kiwi, apel, dan lemon. Rasanya seger, cocok untuk makanannya yang lumayan berat. Ada potongan apelnya juga yang asem-asem seger. 

Tempatnya temanya rustic, cocok untuk lunch atau dinner sih. Servicenya TOP bgt dan tempatnya bener-bener nyaman dan cantik juga, classy!! Aku pesan:

Ambiente Pizza ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Menu andalan mereka, rustic charcoal pizza with tomatoes, smoked salmon and zucchhini! Rasanya gurih dan smokey dari salmonnya dominan. Cheesenya juga cukup banyak ya mereka pake mozzarella dan mascarpone juga untuk basenya.

Classic Tiramissu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Must try! classic tiramissu emang gak pernah mengecewakan. Manis dan rasa kopinya balance plus seger karna ada buah-buahannya. Krimnya ok banget dan gak eneg walaupun creamy sekali. Suka!!!

Berry Rosca ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Mocktails yang ini super seger. Buat yang suka pecinta minuman fruity harus coba sih. Manis dan rasa berriesnya lumayan kenceng.

Food taste : 8/10

Price varies depending on what you order . Be ready to spend at least 200.000 per person. It's expensive but luckily the taste was good. The brown sauce was tasteless though.
Their herbs bruschetta was delicious buy pricey for just 3 small slice.

Hello food lovers! This time, I went to Ambiente Ristorante at Aryaduta Hotel at Mezzanine floor. The place was spacious, classic, and warm. You could see the bar in front and at the right side, you could take a seat. A classic-vintage decoration for the dining area.

I tasted some new menus for this November. Luckily, I had a chance to try them before launch!
1. Red Bean and Veggie Soup (NEW): It was a homemade soup in Italy, directly made by Chef Mateo from Italy. The thick soup was made by red beans, vegetables, and there are some barley to fulfill your hunger. Eating this soup while it’s still warm. The soup was thick and kinda sweet. The beans were tender and well-cooked, but I did not like the barley inside my soup.
2. Ambiente Black Pizza (128k) :
Black is still in hype. The tasty black pizza was made by charcoal black dough, topped with mozarella, cherry tomatoes, smoked salmon, grilled zucchine, marcarpone cheese, and drizzled with truffle oil. The taste was good and I love the Cheese! The smoked salmon and zucchine tasted so good. This is one of my favorite dishes.
3. Beef Cheek Meatball (NEW)

: This is my most favorite dish because the meatball tasted sweet, savoury, and the meat was tender. The mashed potato in the bottom was so good! The dish is simple, but it is completely delicious.
4. Raviolli Bolognese (NEW) :

Eat this while it’s warm. The bolognese was good, sweet-sour taste with the minced meat. The ravioli was quite big, as compared to any other restaurants. Inside the ravioli was the chopped beef. I think it is a wonton in italian-style.
5. Deep-fried meat cut with Vegetables (NEW) :

The lean meat was thin, battered, and deep-fried. The beef was crispy on the outside, but tender in the inside. The garnish tasted good, consisted of zucchine, onion, bell-pepper, etc.
Overall, the food tasted quite good with the real Italian taste. The tasted was dominated by sweet-sour taste from tomatoes and the main ingredient was beef. The beef was good, meaty, and not beefy. Recommended for enjoying your weekend with your spouse, friends, or family.

Restoran italia yang sudah cukup lama ada di hotel yang juga sudah cukup lama berdiri. Makan coba santai saja pesan pizza dan pasta. Sedikit mahal tapi memang enak dan suasananya bagus sekali. 

So me and my partner decided to have an Italian lunch at one of the oldest Italian restaurant at Jakarta. The restaurant itself had been renovated to become a more rustic and casual look, while the food is still authentic.

We ordered Vitello Tonnato, Pizza Affumicata, and Classic Cannoli.

Their Vitello Tonnato was really good tho, thin sliced grilled medium veal topped with tuna sauce, capers, tomato, basil, and olive oil. Highly recommended for an appetizer.

Next was their pizza affumicata, wood fire oven baked pizza topped with turkish breast, tomato, and cheese. The dough was elastic, and their topping was also good. There are some burnt mark on the side of the pizza, which I really like.

Last was their classic cannoli, it's similar to a fried rolled crepe, and inside was cream of chocolate, pistachio, and vanilla. It's pretty ok, but I wish they got their cream smoother and not lumpy so it will taste even better.

Ini kali kedua gue ke Ambiente lagi saking cintanya sama ambience dan tentu aja makanannya 😍 berbahagialah kamu juga pemegang kartu kredit dan debit BCA karena pas gue makan bayar pake kredit BCA sih dapet diskon 30% food only tapi lumayan banget kan ! Oke, rekomendasi gue yaa yang gue repeat order lagi adalah pizza nya AMBIENTE wah ini super sih 👍👍 truffle nya berasa banget dan emang wajib sih hukumnya cobain ini. Next gue mencoba Hamburger nya : Hamburger Toscano namanya, ini sadis sih tebel banget patty nya, tapi ini ada unsur babi nya yaa.. disclaimer dulu.. ohiya sampe lupa, pas starter nih gue cobain Vitello Tonato namanya kayaknya engga gini nulisnya tapi ya gitu lah ini enak banget veal loin gitu buat starter cucok syalala.. terakhir nih kalau kemarin pas pertama gue rekomen banget tiramisunya, yang jg orang sering pesen : Bombe Alaska, wah gila sih ini meledak banget emang flavornya di mulut.. jadi ini semacem ice cream tapi ada cake base nya nanti liat di foto aja yaa.. hahaha intinya kesini lagi ga ? Yuk visit Ambiente Ristorante di Aryaduta Hotel nih. Kalo kesini kalian harus banget cobain signature dish mereka ini, Spaghetti all’Aragosta. Spaghetti satu ini menggunakan perpaduan saus tomato dan cream dengan topping Ocean Pearl Lobster dan Crab Bisque. Too yummy to be true 😍
