8 hours broth pork soup ini the best! Kaldunya berasa banget, dan pas banget untuk dimakan bersamaan dengan berbagai topping yg kamu pesan. Untuk Mala Soup nya juga enak, tp agak sedikit terlalu pedas dan berminyak. Kalo aku pribadi, kuahnya ak mix supaya dapet rasa kaldu dan rasa pedas malanya 😋

First time my visit here and location was perfect .. in front of the mutiara beach. Resto itself was quite spacey and beautifully decorated in chinese style

I’ve tried all their soup including the Mala. 8 hours bone, chicken and new one which I forgot. My favourite will be the 8 hours bone and chicken since I’m not a fan of Mala food. Love the strong and bold flavour of the soup. There were few meats I tried and it was okay, good but not too special maybe next time need to order the wagyu hehehe. The one that outstanding was their various paste .. it was delicious, also the fried beancurd rolls and wontons.

Dont forget to order their speciality drinks too the iced apple pear and goji berry ... it was truly refreshing and thirst quenching .. spot on for the warm weather there

Overall, I really really enjoyed the whole experience and definitely will be back trying other menus

Aku coba Kuah 8 Hours Bone Broth dan Mala.

Uniknya kuah Bone Broth terbuat dari Pork Bone yang direbus selama 8 jam hingga kental.

Kebayang donk bagaimana gurihnya.

Untuk yang suka pedas kuah Mala sudah tidak diragukan lagi, gurih dan pedas, enak banget.

Pilihan daging dan sayur-nya juga lumayan banyak dan segar.

Disini ada 3 macam soup, ada Mala , 8 hrs bone broth & chicken soup.
Favorite aku tuh yang 8 hrs bone broth, mereka pakai chicken bone yg direbus 8 jam, kuah collagen nya selain enak dan gurih, bs buat anti aging dan healthy banget!
Ga bisa berenti buat terus cemplungin seafood, sayur, dan premium daging yg fresh banget kualitasnya.
Must order tobiko prawn paste, northeast dry tofu, dan u.s scallop nya!

Selain itu sih ambience restonya pas banget, cocok banget buat family dinner
