Dulu gue sempet tergila-gila sama ab**a steak, karena sayurnya yang terasa sangat fresh dan dagingnya yang wuenak tenan. Tapi semenjak tau Holycow, gue jadi bener-bener tergila-gila dgn steak yang satu ini, untuk harga worth it banget sama kualitasnya. Waktu itu gue pesen tenderloin medium well, duuhhhh enak banget! Aslik bikin ketagihan banget. Dagingnya bener bener empuk, mashed potatonya creamy, mushroom sauce nya creamy juga, sayurannya fresh banget. Minumnya gue pesen green tea nestea yang hot :3

Untuk tempat sih menurut gue bagus dan bersih, tapi ngga ada smoking area/room nya. Lumayan gede kok holycow yang di citos jadi pas banget kalo mau ngerayain ulang tahun atau arisan cantik.

Sebelumnya, Terima kasih Holycow steakhouse #CAMPCitos hihi pas ulang tahun kemarin membuktikan promo ulang tahun dan dapet 200gr sirloin. Sekalian coba eyeribs 400gr nya karena temen gue ngerasa laper dan mampu menghabiskan hahaha porsi 400gr ini emang enggak main-main dan kalo untuk normal nya orang makan enggak mampu untuk ngabisin nya hahaha.

Selalu suka sama saus black pepper dan mushroom nya, kalo sayuran lebih suka buncis dibanding bayam nya soalnya kurang creamy menurut gue. Harga selalu sesuai sama kualitas rasa porsi dan pelayanan.

Buat yg ultah, gw tinggal nunjukin ktp doang & ngisi data diri. Habis itu boleh pesen selain wagyu MB 9+, tenderloin, Kobe beef, dan hokubee beef. Pastinya gw pesen wagyu dong, rib eye welldone, W sauce, french fries & bayam. Dagingnya enak, empuk, as expected from wagyu, lemaknya pun gurih! There are no diet word deh kalo lagi makan steak haha.. Yg disayangin cuma, W saucenya masih belum jadi pas pesenan gw dateng. Digantikan sama mushroom sauce yg bukan fave gw, tapi bisa gw ganti sama buddy sauce. Padahal udah menantikan si hijau asam segar..
Temen gw pesen hokubee beef, enak! Legitnya beda. Minumnya gw pesen Sjora, sukak sama segernya mangga 😘

Untuk tempatnya sendiri, ternyata TKP Citos ini luwas banget lho.. Mostly meja 4 kursi, tp ada meja panjang untuk belasan orang juga. Ada 4 jenis ruangan yg bersekat dgn atmosfir beda2, oke banget buat ngobrol.. Ini TKP terbesar yg pernah gw liat sih.

Overall, gw senaaang makan steak wagyu gratisan dgn perut kenyaaang.. Oya, krn ultah jadi harus pake mahkota ala princess. Malu dipajang di sini 😂

I had legend steak (medium rare) with mushroom sauce, mashed potato, spinach and lemon tea. I can't even begin to explain how delish the steak here is. Starting from the meat, it was 400 gr of juicy and tender, cooked to perfection according to your liking (from rare to well done), seasoned marvelously inside out inches to inches. When you cut the meat, oil and meat juice will pour out from inside and will make you want to savor it in .5 seconds. I simply can't get enough. The portion is quite large so one plate would do. Mushroom sauce went awesome with the meat and the rest of the side dishes. Mashed potato was great also, the texture is very soft and alongside the savory spinach, everything combines into this pulchritudinous cuisine that you will crave for every now and then. If you haven't tried this you haven't lived. Lemon tea was refillable so you can drink as much as you can.

Pricey but worth. every. penny. Definitely a guilty pleasure you should give in to now and then.


Ambience: 4/5
It is decorated mainly with wooden benches and tables, with a reception area you can sit while you wait to get seated inside. Located at the second floor next to Sate House Senayan. Has a southern vibe to it as it is a steakhouse.

Service: 4.5/5
Waiters and waitresses are so attentive and kind. Always confirms your order so you get it right. They know their menu thus they know what to recommend you if you're a first timer.

Highlight: LEGEND STEAK in medium rare is LEGENDARY. No words could ever aptly describe how good this one is!
