Sunday night before start another weekday, suddenly i thought about soup i could get for dinner. Especially caught the cold day. While exploring Central Park Mall, i decided to go to Shabuya. A Japanese restaurant at there on level 1st Central Park Mall. It is spotted at the corner front of mall, next to Sushi Tei.
At 7.00pm, this restaurant seems quiet.
I just get in there, and waitress start offering the menu and i tend to look a while for the menu. Actually they are serving shabu set with some kinds and also an ala carte menu. I am think it would be convenient if i taking a shabu set which is got a set of meat or seafood, bowl of vegetables and free appetizers also fruits dessert.
First come out is Pozhu sauce, it is dipping sauce for the dishes.
While we are going to get an appetizers like sweet potato, kimchi, gyoza, fried nugget and bunch of sushi.Â
Sweet Potato has sweet taste  and firm texture, nice bite for this. Kimchi has authentic taste, it fresh, bit cold when it served. then has gyoza with minced chicken filling. Gyoza has crunchy texture outside, but meat inside is quiet dry. then has a fried nugget, Just like common chicken fried, well it does crispy though :-) and last appetizer i have is sushi rice. Sushi is just fine, nothin g really special about this one. Then the waiter is serving each ingredients one by one comes out, from the slices of beef meats, variant of seafood,  and the vegetables.
I picked two flavor for the soup which is chicken broth and kimchi. First step how to eat shabu is put in the ingredients with longer time cooked like carrot and corn. Took couple minutes, then next ingredients are green mustard and white mustard veggies with shitake and cremini mushrooms also udon. it takes shortly in minutes then i am ready to get in the beef, all together in both side of soup.
What i can say i am having a great warm dishes for my dinner, but soup is too plain i think. what i taste between the chicken broth not really tasty and kimchi flavor just too salty. When i am finished the foods, last dish i may have is desserts by cut of melon and watermelon.Â
Over all this restaurant is fine, all food ingredients are good, fresh and all you can eat appetizer is quiet fantastic though. Fruits also great, it absolutely fresh! but what been missed is the soup flavor, it is little under seasoning. But i am thinking this is Japanese restaurant, maybe they are trying to create a real Japan taste where we know people not really like too much seasoning or spicy.Â
