Salmon and Tuna pizza

Menurutku ini biasa aja sih.. ini literally cuma roti pizza dengan topping sashimi salmon and tuna yang diberi saos semacam mayoniase dan bawang gitu. Tapi untuk ikannya sendiri lumayan fresh. Untuk pizza crushnya juga lumayan garing.. enakan salmon daripada tunanya.


The wonder duck crispy kecombrang

Jadi isi makanan ini tuh bebek yang digoreng crispy, dengan nasi kecombrang, disajikan lengkap dengan 3 macam sambal yaitu matah, sambal bawang dan sambak hijau, juga urap. Untuk nasinya berasa rasa keconbrangnya. Kalo bebeknya garing banget dan juicy banget, juga gurih. Sambalnya menurut aku kurang enak, agak bau aneh dan kayak kurang fresh


She's slice of heaven

Ini thousand layer cake kayaknya rasa original gitu disiram saos taro dengan crumble. Enak untuk cakenya, lembut. Untuk saosnya taronya berasa, tapi untuk aku agak kemanisan


Es kelapa muda panacota

Panacota dengan saos yang literally kayak sirup coco pandan. Untuk aku sih enak, seger dingin2 disajikannya.

For 6 people, we did have big and huge appetite. 22 items not including the drinks.

Everything we ordered were very good. Only few are standard.

Krunchy black eel was crispy and tasty, deep fried eel served with sweet and sour sauce.

Cheese burger spring rolls were unique, they fill the spring rolls with minced beef and cheese. Quite good.

Sambal escargot, for those who dont like snail, try this one as they sautéed the escargot with chili sambal and served with prawn crackers.

Spicy crispy tofu was standard. Just a regular deep fried silken tofu served with chili oil.

Spicy umami mushroom was good, though it was a little bit too salty for me, but may be for others it was the perfect amount of umami. They mix shimeji and enoki mushrooms in a batter then deep fried. Good for nibbling.

Crispy rice tuna was pretty and different from others, fried sushi rice and topped with tuna, seaweed and wakame. Good looking but par taste.

Wonton bulgogi taco was one of my favorite dishes here. The bulgogi beef filing was delicious, the jalapeño makes it perfect.

Romantic garden salad was refreshingly good. Combination of pork belly and apple make a good ensemble of salad. The dressings was perfect.

Thai papaya salad with salted egg was fresh as well. Tangy tasty umami in one plate. Tangy from the mixed papaya and mango with tamarind sauce, umami from the salted egg sauce and dried prawn. Yummy

Salmon and tuna pizza on crispy thin dough, carpaccio style of salmon and tuna toppings. Something different, not your typical pizza.

Fried BBQ pork bahn or Taiwan style pork bun filled with glazed pork belly, kyuri and spicy mayo. Reminds me of fried mantao.

Sunshine caramelized pork was crispy but still maintain the tenderness of the pork belly. Liked the caramel sauce on it.

The wonder duck crispy kecombrang was unique. Liked their kecombrang rice, the rice was cooked with bunga kecombrang, very flavorful. The duck was quite crispy, the best part was the three different kind of chili sambal to accompany the dishes, all of them were good.

Hot pepes style BBq baramundi or baramundi fish grilled using banana leave. Fragrant yet flavorful dishes. Something different.

Heaven smoked salmon sashimi with wasabi cream was such a pretty dish. They cover the dish and open it in your table to maintain the “heaven smoke” underneath. Though the sashimi was good as well as the wasabi cream, but the smell of the smoke (reminds me of insence) sort of killing the dish, for me, it taste like I am eating an incense.

The garden fried egg noodle with pork and prawn. Standard type of fried noodle.

For dessert, those five items are decadently delicious. Oops I dropped my ice cream and She’s slice of heaven are my favorites. The layered crepe from She’s slice of heaven with ube sauce was heavenly delish.
Their desserts were delicious and pretty, so always make room for desserts.

Harus kuakui, ini kali ke2 ke The Garden dan gak pernah bosen sama tempatnya. Nuansa hijau2 yang bikin fresh berasa ada di dalam taman beneran. Suka banget sih sama tempatnya, walaupun selalu rame, gak kenal jam makan deh disini mah. Jam2 orang sibuk pun rame banget, full karena orang kesini emang udah niatnya untuk foto2. Makanannya aku pesan:

1. Bebek Kecombrang Half
Jadi bedanya si half dan full ini porsi bebeknya, kalo half dapet 1 paha & 1 dada. Kalo full ya 1 ekor. Tapi porsi nasi kecombrangnya tetep sama. Nasinya gurih, enak kayak nasi uduk tapi lebih wangi. bebeknya tergantung ketersediaan, kadang dapetnya gede kadang dapetnya kurus. Sambelnya ada dikasih 3 macem, sambel merah segar, sambel matah dan sambel hijau. Overall sih suka banget sama bebek nasi kecombrangnya ini 

2. 20 Hours Short Rib Steak
Daging steaknya sih empuk, pake sauce mushroom tapi gak sangka kecil banget. Kayaknya ini cuma 100 gram an deh dagingnya. Tingkat kematangannya medium, tapi kayak menciut gitu dagingnya. Dan potongannya gak cantik. Kayak udah makanan sisa terus di susunin lagi di piring. Side dishnya dapet jagung muda bakar yang actually gak di bumbuin.

3. Honey Prawnstar
Ini appetizer doang, tapi lucu penyajiannya di dalem troli yang biasa buat bawa tanah itulohh. Ini enak, udang goreng tepung yang fresh dan lumayan gede2 terus pake madu & lemon.

4. Caramelized Pork
Ini keluarnya lama banget, sekitar 30 menit setelah order. Ternyata ini kayak asinan, pake lobak & mangga muda. Rasanya asem, asin, manis nanonano. Pake babinya samcan, tapi keras banget terlalu lama dipanggangnya sampe dagingnya super ciut terus kulitnya alot. Kayaknya butuh banyak percobaan lagi dan revisi buat menu yang satu ini.

Ada 2 dessert yang aku coba di cafe ini, dimana di IG juga banyak banget yang pesen. Ice Cream yang super lucu di penampilan tapi rasanya b aja, sama slice of heaven yaitu mille crepes pake sauce taro yang enak & gak gitu manis. Tapi mille crepes nya kurang lembut, masih terlalu kaku jadi pas di potong nggak sempurna gitu turunnya.. Overall, menurutku cafe cantik yang satu ini boleh lah untuk makan bareng temen2 tapi jangan terlalu berharap untuk kenyang pol karena menu nya yang big plate aja sebenernya gak bikin kenyang buat personal :(
