Serving next level ice cream and dessert. Refreshing sorbet selection with top notch plating. Jadi kalo beli di kasih toping yang bikin beda dari tipikal ice cream lain. Harganya memang cukup tinggi untuk porsi yang ga banyak. Tempatnya lumayan nyaman buat duduk lama.

Plenty of menu. Kita bisa bikin sendiri rasa yang kita pengen. Karena ini sejenis blended ice cream, kaya coldm*o. Personally sih suka ice cream yang kaya gini karena bener2 bisa nentuin sendiri rasanya. Untuk harga memang lebih mahal dari kompetitor tapi porsinya gede.
Went there saat December, they put nice Christmas decor and musics. Tempatnya sih lumayan pw tapi karena kecil dan banyak yang dateng jadi gabisa lama2.

Location wise quite hidden as a few traffic passing by (esp on weekend) but it seems to always full when I was going to other restaurants next door. After years of curiosity finally I got a time to try. They specialize in Kamameshi and skewers. A bit of retro ambiance with the decor and they played old Japanese songs too. Kamameshi itself is a dishes popular in the late Taishō period, amplify visitor to be back in pre-war era Japan.

Ordered:
Gomoki Kamameshi (9/10): It is a rice claypot cooked with soy sauce and choices of protein (mine was chicken and seafood). A rare to find in Jakarta and my first time tried it as well. It has unique taste and happy to be back again trying other options.

Nankotsu with Soy Sauce (8/10): An Izakaya staple of chicken cartilage. Didn’t expect the portion to be this small when take into account the price of 29.8k++. Thankfully it taste great, would be 9-10 if it was larger 😂

Such a go-to for Lebanese food, since I think quite rare in Jakarta. Their selection of appetizers was bomb. Been here couple of times 2-3yrs ago and their cuisine has maintain the standard amidst the pandemic and chopped price. Before Rona, Al Nafoura was quite pricey but now their promotions really stepping up the game with their seating was quite packed Today (some coming from Rendevouz buffet which full I guess).

Ordered:
Saida Set Menu (9/10): consist of scrumptious salads, dippings, flat bread, mains (beef, lamb, chicken, prawn, fish) and desserts. All in an OG Lebanese style. Some worth noting from me was their hummus and baba ghanoush (my old time fav). Snapper (missing the pict) also being my another star today albeit not expecting this, as Middle Eastern diet was typically on their Lamb. Loving their harra sauce which was unique, the fish as well has a great texture and smell.

The chef and head steward were Japanese made us felt flown away to Tokyo. Layout and facade are too real, arrived here you were in Japan with no question asked.

Hamburg (8/10): Japanese style hamburg steak, it is a super thick burger patty.

Seafood Okonomiyaki (10/10): Definitely an authentic okonomiyaki with light batter (fake one are the ones with heavy flour and taste like a pancake). Filled with plenty of shrimp, squid, and cabbage.

Yakimeshi (8/10): A nice sides option for Tepan foods.

Matcha mille crepe (9/10): A Well-balance dessert. Sweetness of cream, mixed with a slight bitternes of matcha and a hint of sweet ogura (red bean).

Arguably the best fried chicken in town. My favorite goes to their batter which has strong flavoring. This was dada love cut, a big boneless breast. Their whole chicken was also great too with small cutting abt 16 cuts. Great to for party sharing.

A nicely design bar that serves a delicious foods too. Located at elysee stigmatized the place to be overly exclusive. Although indeed an exclusive bar, their foods was affordable!. Such a great catch for us non-drinker that loving the exclusive bar ambiance. Will be back to try their other skewers menu.

Ordered:
Skewers plater (9/10): four kinds of skewers from across the globe. 3 each of Italian lamb, beef shao kao, Caribbean jerk chicken, and shish tavuk. Our best choice was the Caribbean and shao kao. The Caribbean had a unique freshness taste of various tomatoes and herbs, while the Chinese had a strong salt and umami flavoring.
