I ordered Mozaru Chicken with Butter Rice and Dynamite Sauce + Extra Cheddar. 😍
So far this is the best combination i've ever tasted. The mozarella really melted 😋 and also the portion is big enough for me (the large one).

First time being here, Birdman Jakarta is located at SCBD Lot.18 and quite easy to find this resto.
Nice ambiance; Japanese and minimalist Melbourne style interior design. I also love the sound system.

For the menu, I ordered some of their lunch package (starts from IDR 80K-150K)

The shrimps are on point!
Saikoro beef, okonomiyaki, chicken cheese burger, and the others were superb. Nothing complained for the flavour :D
So fresh and yummy!

Don't forget to order the lava cake. Best lava cake I've ever tasted so far. Boom!

Pertama kali mampir nyobain resto sushi yg baru buka sekitar kurang lebih 4 bulan di daerah PIK, Jakarta Utara ini.
Tempatnya terdiri dari 2 lantai (indoor only), ruangannya sejuk dan sangat nyaman :D

Doctfoodie order beberapa menu, di antaranya:
-Wagyu Aburi Maki (92K)
Sushi dengan wagyu di luar, dlmnya ada tobiko eggs, jamur, dan edamame. Semuanya fresh, oishi!

-Wagyu Tataki (150K)
Ini wajib dipesen guys, wagyunya bener2 premium, nikmat lumer di lidah.

-Tempura Salmon Sushi
Presentasinya unik di atas jungkat jungkit, ditambah 3 salmon roll besar yg super enak, salmonnya fresh ngga amis sama sekali. Juara!

-Fried Rice & Noodle
Nasgornya tanpa menggunakan garam maupun msg. Asinnya memakai sayur asin. Konsistensi nasinya pas (ngga terlalu lembek atau keres). Good job Umamya!

Tekstur noodlenya seperti udon, pas disantap selagi hangat.

Overall semua makanan yg Doctfoodie icip memuaskan. Pelayanan di sini jg ramah dan fast response.
