Pertama kali saya mendengar ada restoran brazil di jakarta, saya pikir wah ini kesempatan bagus untuk mencoba kuliner baru. Saya langsung mencoba reservasi restoran ini dan pergi utk mencicipinya. Saya memesan weekday lunch buffet (tidak termasuk churrasco), dan buffet yang disediakan cukup beragam dari salad, fritter, meat stew, sampe dessert. Salah satu masakan mereka yang membuat saya jatuh hati adalah moqueca (brazillian fish stew) yang entah mengapa enak sekali bagi saya. Saya akan coba ke resto ini lain kali untuk mencoba churrasco yang menjadi primadona disitu.

Aku kesini karena mendengar kabar bahwa restoran ini disebut sebut sebagai restoran fine dining dengan suasana italia yang kental serta chef yang dikirim langsung dari italia. Saya mencoba business lunch package yang di dalamnya sudah termasuk appetizer, main course, dessert. Secara keseluruhan semuanya tergolong enak, saya memilih zuppe al frutti di mare sebagai appetizer, kemudian fettucine al granchio sebagai main course, chantily cake sebagai dessert. Untuk business lunch dipatok dengan harga 188k++/pax which is sangat affordable untuk ukuran fine dining. Will come back later to try the other menu

Saya tidak pernah tahu bahwa diujung plaza senayan terdapat restoran tersembunyi bertemakan hutan belantara layaknya madagaskar. Area makan tergolong cukup luas dengan hiasan pohon pohon serta ornamen seperti binatang liar yang dapat mengeluarkan suara. Saya mencoba memesan eggs benedict serta secangkir TWG tea. Rasanya cukup enak dan ditemani dengan suasana yang fantastis, maka saya bilang tempat ini cocok bagi yang ingin mendapat pengalaman baru atau sekedar dating romantis.

I had already heard that Altitude at the plaza is a really amazing place to dine, ranging from italian to japanese restaurants. So I gave it a try on GAIA, an italian fine dining restaurant. I went there at the lunch time and ordered the lunch package which already includes appetizer, main course, and also dessert. For the appetizer I chose soup of the day which is a pumpkin soup for the appetizer, grilled tuna with pecorino crust for main course, and coffee panna cotta for the dessert. All of them tasted really good for me and the waiter there was really helpful and willingly to serve us with smile. The restaurant itself has a large window which let you dine with a gorgeous view of Jakarta. Will be come back again sometime to try the other restaurants :)

Located at Altitude at the plaza 46th floor, this restaurant shares the same space as Shabu Shabu Gen. They serve a crossover between french and japanese cuisine, and I also heard that this is the place for the truffle lovers because most of its menu containts truffle in it. I ordered 4 appetizer which consist of Yuba Frog, Angel Egg v2, Truffle soumen with caviar, and miso foie gras. To be honest this is my first time trying the fancy stuffs like caviar, truffle, and foie gras. Most of them taste ok for me, except the foie gras. I dont know maybe the flavor doesnt suit my tastebud so for me it's a nah . And the most delicious one was the yuba frog. It was crunchy on the outside while it was soft on the inside and the flavour is just wow for me. Maybe I will come back later to try their main course since I didnt ordered the main course after all

Here I'll review our experience when having afternoon tea in Peacock Lounge.

The lounge itself comes with a modern classy interior dominated with white and cream color which brings an elegant feel while sitting there. I ordered Afternoon Tea Prestige (IDR 615k) which consist of 2 pot of TWG tea, 2 glass of sparkling wine, 1 set of sweets box (it's like a jewelry box), and 1 plate of savoury dish. Judging from their look, all of the food looks stunning yet beautiful. The sweet box comes in so many colorful cakes from classic viennoiseries (scones,madeliene, financier), mousse, to valrhona chocolate cakes. We both love the viennoiseries but for the cakes not all of them suite our taste (especially the ginger cake, I didn't even expect it). The savoury plate came up with 2 springrolls, 2 spinach quiches and 2 bitterballens, both of it tasted good for us. For the tea, I ordered Ti Guan Yin tea which is a Oolong type tea and @natasha_fraulienne ordered French Earl Grey since she really love Earl Grey tea :3 . After we finished all of it, the waiter came and brought us 2 glass of Prosecco sparkling wine. This is the first time for us to drink a sparkling wine, the wine is refreshing and a little bit dried.

That's all of it and we really enjoyed our time in @fairmontjakarta, their service is good enough (although there's a twist in it) and maybe I'll come back to try the other restaurants in @fairmontjakarta. I'm looking towards it

Pertama kali coba makan di PAUL setelah denger denger dari orang kalo roti disini enak. Aku coba memesan pain au oignon yaitu rustic bread dengan onion, rotinya crunchy dan wangi serta 1 roti itu jika dipotong potong bisa masuk ke dalam 1 bread basket which is itu banyak banget. Selain roti, aku juga memesan earl grey tea yang disajikan dalam teapot serta condiment berupa butter dan olives oil.

Pertama kali mencoba TWG tea yang terkenal akan tehnya itu, saya mencoba memesan high tea package yang terdiri dari 1 teko teh dan 1 buah kue. Saya memesan royal darjeeling tea yang merupakan teh india yang memiliki aroma khas serta caramel tartlet yang memiliki cita rasa manis dan sedikit pahit serta tekstur tart yang renyah. Sangat reccomended untuk makan disini dengan suasana yang tenang dan terkesan mewah. Will come back next time
