Please Please Please

Jadi aku ke tempat ini karna dapet recommend dari temen tentang design tempatnya yang Instagramable banget. Waktu aku sampai ke tempatnya emang bener desainnya bagus dan pasti kesukaan cewek banget dengan warna lampu neonnya yang pink.

Tempatnya agak sepi jadi ga usah khawatir bakal keabisan tempat. Terus ada colokan juga di tiap mejanya. Pas buat ngerjain tugas 😁

Aku pesen Nutty Choco Bunch. Nah waffle ini menurut aku ukurannya cukup gede dan rasanya crunchy. Cocok sama ice cream chocolatenya, apalagi chocolate sauce yg dilumerin di bawah wafflenya.

Kesini sekitar jam 8an, jadi yg di served cuma menu breakfast aja. Ambience tempatnya bagus dan setiap cornernya lucu2. Kemaren pesen
Big Breakfast

Menu lengkap dari karbo sampe protein ada semua. Isinya banyak mulai roti, baked beans, spinach, sampe bacon. Ngenyangin sampe siang sih ini menu.
Egg Benedict

Holandaise saucenya enaak. Asem manis dan gurihnya seimbang. Kematangan telurnya jg pas jd egg yolknya masih cair gituu. Cuma based rotinya agak keras jd susah dipotong(?)
French Toast Egg Yolk Nutela

Pertama pesen karena penasaran bakal enak ga ya egg yolk dicampur french toast yg manis tp ternyata enaak! Ga bikin enek sama sekali padahal pake nutela jg. Makannya harus cepet kalo gamau eskrimnya mencair soalnya kan french toastnya panas tuhh.
Pelayanannya cukup oke sih cuma karena kita di halaman belakang dan masih pagi mungkin pelayannya belum banyak ya jd gaada yg standby kalo butuh apa2. Overall tempatnya bagus dan makanannya enak

Please Please Please has been popular through Instagram recently. When I have a chance to go to Bandung, I purposely visit this instagramable cafe at Jl. Progo. Looking from the outside, the place is dominated by pink colour with pink owl as the logo. The two-story cafe is quite big and spacious. The interior is cute and pinky. The 1st floor is non-smoking area and the 2nd floor is smoking area. The sunlight is better at the backside of the 1st floor and near the entrance door. 
For you who like to do the OOTD photoshoot, I suggest you to take the picture near the entrance door. 

At the right side, there is a small bakery selling the cakes. I don't see any interesting cake, so I did not order anything. I just interested with the bottle of tea leaves on the table.

I come here in the morning for breakfast and I don't know that you can order ONLY for breakfast menu. Sadly, I must order the western food for my breakfast (I like Asian food for my breakfast).
Here are the breakfast menus that I ordered.
1. Smoke Beef Sandwich
Turns out to be my favorite breakfast menu in Please Please Please. Never thought that chiabatta bread is this fluffy and quite big! The creamy mushroom is delicious and perfectly cooked with the garlic and onion. The portion is big enough to fulfill your hunger in the morning. However, nothing special with this menu.
2. Fish and Chips
This menu is for appetizer and you can order it as your breakfast. Turns out the portion is big enough for 2-3 persons. The fish is good and I like the onion rings. Unfortunately, the potato wedges are salty. So, you must eat them with the sour cream to balance the taste.

3. Hot lemon tea
Since I eat fatty foods, I prefer to drink hot tea with lemon. The sour and fresh tea is good for burning out the fat in your body. The teapot is quite big for me, though.

Overall, this place is more likely selling the beautiful place rather than selling the foods. The price is affordable, the place is beautiful and cozy, but the food is not as good as you think. The service is good and fast. I recommend this place for hangout in the afternoon rather than having breakfast or lunch.

Udah jadi rahasia umum kalo tempat ini tuh instagram-able banget, setiap corner bisa dijadiin tempat foto. Selain itu tempat ini pun suasananya enak buat kumpul2 nongkrong bareng temen2. Pilihan menu disini standar seperti cafe2 pada umumnya, ga terlalu beragam. Kemarin ini kita cobain kuenya molten cake with ice cream dan ngeteh Royal Afternoon Tea.
Untuk molten cake nya kita expect dia akan lumer begitu kita potang, eh tapi ternyata coklat di dalamnya udah agak mengental jadi ga terlalu melted lagi, but its ok cause the taste still good dan presentasi makanannya pun super cantik. Sedangkan untuk Royal Afternoon Tea nya rasanya cukup unik karna ada rasa bunga2nya, tapi daun teh dan bunga2ny agak annoying karna ga mengendap di teapot nya jadi ikut tertuang ke gelasnya :(

Untuk di Bandung, kayaknya masih jarang penyajian minuman yang unik atau bisa dibilang rada ribet. Karena ga cuma satu gelas.
Kaya jus wortel ini, ga nyangka sih bakal gini penyajiannya..
Seger..

Terus untuk cakenya, ini untuk sharing plate yaa..
kalau sendiri sih ga habis.. Hehe
Rasanya kurang pas, agak kemanisan. APalagi pas bagian cake dengan oroenya, manis banget kerasanya.

Prada candy namanya, 42k.

Waw banget kan harga waffle segitu.
dan ternyata, kurang sebanding lah sama rasanya.

Kalau aku sih ngerasanya waffleny kurang krispi, agak alot.
untuk eskrim, aromanis, cream, marshmallow, dan saus coklat nya sih biasa aja.

Wiih pertama kali nih makan di please please please tadi malem, suasananya nyaman, enak berasa homey sih jatohnya. Ditambah pesen marrocan mint tea yg bikin anget badan pas lagi suasana dinginnya bandung.

Untuk urusan makanan pas lagi buka puasa Singaporean mantau pasta lumayan buat ngenyangin perut dan ga terlalu pedes.
