Restaurant baru di PIK, deretan bakso solo. Lagi happening banget nih, must try!

1. Smoked Salmon Salad (70.000)
enak banget ukuran salad, rasanya light, salmonnya juga enak. Kalau lagi mau makan sehat cobain ini deh, pasti suka. Isinya ada sayuran seperti biasa, diatasnya ada salmon ditambah dengan mayonaise dan kacang almond.

2. The Galaxy (35.000)
Minuman hype yang bisa berubah warna, disajikan air lemon, lalu dikasih cairan manis jika dituang bisa berubah warna dari biru jadi ungu. Rasanya seger dan enak.

3. Americano (23.000)
Yang ngantuk kerja, atau stress ngantuk berat. Cobain deh americano di blueprint isinya banyak dan harga nya juga worth it. Bagi pecinta kopi hitam, pasti suka.

4. Sunshine Wrap (70.000)
Dalamnya ada spinach, beef, egg, di wrap jadi 1 ada saus nya juga. Gak nyangka ini juga enak loh.

Kalian yang belum coba, cobain deh. Rasa dan harga worth it sih menurut aku. Next time aku mau coba lagi menu2 lainnya.

Sebelum pesen biasanya aku selalu check instagram restaurant tersebut lihat gambar nya menarik apa gak.

Ini enakk, mie nya mateng nya pas ga terlalu lembek/keras n ayam n sausnya juga enak apalagi ditambah miso soup nya yg juga enakk 😍😍😍 recommended!

🐟 Gindara Croquette 85k
Ini gindara goreng tepung yg diatasnya ada bayam n telur setengah matang 😍

🥘 Spicy BFC 45k
Ini enakkk ayamnyaa, ayam ala korea gt tanpa tulan n sausnya agak pedas.. yumyummm 😍😍😍

☕️ Best Kopi Susu 24k
Ini lumayan kopi nya berasa n manis susunya pas 👌🏻

🥥 Coconut Water 25k
Freshhh minum ini 👌🏻

Overall restonya cantik dan makanan nya enak, waktu aku dateng menu nasi belum ready so next mau cobain skalian coba dessert nya juga 😆

To sum up, Blueprint Bites & Brew is a nicely decorated cafe with delicious Australian-Japanese food. The place is so comfy yet simplistic. I could imagine myself hanging out with my friends for hours there. I tried some of their dishes, and all of them tasted really good:
Gyutan Aglio Olio (IDR 65k)

This menu consisted of Italian pasta with garlic, dried chili, olive oil, parsley, and Japanese marinated gyutan (cow's tongue). They also presented the dish with microgreens and pickled red ginger. Overall I would say that the dish was really good, and the price was affordable. The sweet and umami melt-in-your-mouth gyutan blended nicely with the pasta. The flavor of garlic and chili wasn't as strong as I expected. Overall, really nice.
Gindara Croquette (IDR 85k)

This dish consisted of deep fried Panko Gindara Croquette, wilted baby spinach, poached egg with hollandaise and tobiko. The dish was also really good, as the fish wasn't smelly at all. However, I can feel that the breading was a bit thick and the fresh fish flavor was masked by the egg and hollandaise. The taste was really good, though.
Mac & Cheese Bites (IDR 50k)

This deep fried goodness was presented with grated parmesan and chili garlic sauce. I wish that they put a lot more cheese in this dish! Since I could only tasted the fried macaroni and some sort of cream. The sauce was good, though lacking in quantity.
The Galaxy (IDR 35k)

This is a clear-white-transparent drink that were supposed to be poured with another purplish syrup. The taste was really good, a bit sour from the lemon, and balanced with the right amount of sugar. The color was really pretty as well. The drink was also affordable.
I am glad that I found this place. As I could hang out with my friends in this pretty space, and not have to worry about spending too much money for amazing food.

Masih soft opening, menu yang ada nggak semuanya tersaji lengkap. Bagian halaman dinner sama sekali belum tersaji. Cuma ada dessertnya beberapa dan beberapa appetizer. Tempatnya sih bagus, gede dan bersih karena masih baru juga sih. Soft opening ini ada promo 20%.
Pesananku mulai dari Appetizer nya yang Mac & Cheese Bites. Ini isinya 4 pcs per porsi enak bgt. Luarnya garing dalemnya masih creamy2 gitu. Padet banget & cheesenya berasa. Terus main coursenya pesen yang recomendednya Ikan Gindara sama Gyutan Aglio Olio. Bagi yg gak suka pedes, jangan pesen aglio olio nya karena dia udah dibikin pedes. Gyutannya enak loh, empuk & wangi. Ikan Gindaranya aku kurang suka sih, ga gitu gurih harus makannya bareng chili sauce sepertinya. Ikannya sih tebel & berasa walaupun menurutku masih agak bau amis.
Minumnya aku pesen charcoal latte. Enak, manis, dan warnanya hitam pekat wkwk ga menarik lah kayak minum air got tapi enak kog
