Plataran Tiga Dari

Ini pertama kalinya nyobain plataran yg di hutan kota, kalo dibandingkan dengan yang di dharmawangsa dan menteng ini sih yang paling besar dan megah. Menunya sih hampir2 sama kayak yg di dharmawangsa dan menteng cuma biasanya ada menu yg speciality setiap cabang jadi ga ada di cabang lain.

• BOLA BOLA SENAYAN
Ini favorite appetizer disini, terdiri dari lima bakso campuran cumi dan udang dan dibawahnya di kasih peanut sauce. Rasanya bola-bolanya enak dan pas bgt perpaduannya dengan peanut saucenya.

• GADO GADO DHARMAWANGSA
Isiannya sebenarnya ga beda dengan gado-gado biasanya hanya saja aku suka bgt sm peanut saucenya rasanya gurih manis.

• NASI GORENG GBK
Ini nasi goreng favorite aku sih, klo yg di cabang dharmawangsa namanya nasi goreng keling karna warnanya hitam, selalu setiap ke plataran selalu pesan ini.

• PAD THAI
klo suka pad thai yg rasanya rada asem cocok bgt sm pad thai disini. Aku sih suka karna rasanya rada asem jadi ga enek saat dimakan.

• AYAM DHARMAWANGSA
Fried chickennya fillet jadi udah ga ada tulangnya di padukan dengan irisan manga, wortel, bawang dan jeruk bali. Rasanya asem2 seger.

• UDANG GANDUM
ini pertama kali nyoba menu ini ternyata enak bgt. Dan bisa pilih udangnya mau dengan kulit atau tanpa kulit, klo aku sih pesen yg tanpa kulit jadi bs langsung makan.

• CUMI BAKAR SAMBAL KOREK
Porsinya dikit bgt dan cuminya terlalu lembut menurut aku jadi pas di makan ga terlalu berasa kenyal. Sambalnya enak dan ga terlalu pedas.

• TAHU TELUR ASIN
Selalu pesen ini klo makan diplataran. Rasa saltednya eggnya berasa tapi tdk terlalu asin.

• SAMBAL TELUR ASIN
porsi sambalnya lumayan besar dan rasanya enak. Telur asinnya ga terlalu asin dan sambalnya juga ga gt pedes.

• ONDE ONDE
Isinya cuma 3 biji tp lumayan besar. Rasanya enak apalagi klo baru datang kemeja baju wijennya enak bgt dan selalu disajikan pas masih hangat.

• ES KOPYOR
menurut aku sih biasa aja rasanya malah too sweet. Kopyornya juga sedikit bgt dibanding harganya yg lumayan mahal.

Plataran hutan kota ini terletak persih di tengah hutan kota area dalam GBK. Tempatnya sangat luas, penuh dengan tanaman hijau dan sangat asri. Areanya sangat cocok untuk membawa kluarga atau kapasitas ramai di saat psbb seperti saat ini.

Kami kebetulan datang di jam lunch dan wajib reservasi dulu di area plataran tiga darinya. Karena luas jadi kapasitas meja makannya juga berjarak dengan baik antar tamu, untuk service juga pelayannya baik dan cukup tanggap ketika dipanggil dan menjelaskan menunya. Beberapa menu yang kami pesan:

- Nasi goreng pelangi: nasi yang berasnya bewarna pelangi, dipadu dengan taburan abon dan sepotong ayam yang disemur, dagingnya empuk dan moist. Sayang nasinya secara rasa engga ada yang spesial.

- Garang asam: recommended, porsinya ternyata cukup besar, kuahnya segar dengan potongan daging cukup banyak. Untuk yang nyari sayur berkuah bisa pesan ini.

- Mie ulang tahun: seperti tumis mie goreng kecap ala chinese dan ada telur puyuhnya, nothing special.

- Udang gandum: recommended, potongan udangnya besar-besar dan uniknya dimasak dengan semacam oatmeal jadi ada sensasi crunchy dan asin manis seperti dipadu dengan telur asin. walau ada kulitnya tidak terlalu susa untuk dikupas.

- Bola Bola senayan: recommended, bakso goreng udangnya terasa, tapi yang nikmat yaitu ada saus kacangnya yang nambah kenikmatan dari bakso gorengnya

- Ice peach tea

- Crepe es teler: dessert wajib diorder karena paduan yang sangat unik antara crepes dengan nangka, kelapa, alpukat dan es krim vanilla dengan taburan gula jawa namun tetap terasa sensasi es telernya dapet dan manisnya engga berlebihan sama sekali.

Overall, mau datang kesini lagi karena secara makanan maupun suasananya sangat menunjang dengan harga yang ditawarkan, worth the value untuk makan beramai-ramai, cheers!

One of the best Indonesian fine dine, love the food and place as well.  The  cleanliness and service is another level, so perfect. Love their attitude from first till we went home. First of all, the atmosphere and decoration of this place - I can't take my eyes off - so Indonesian - luxury as its best. Their lighting and music increase the atmosphere even more. Lets go further to their food and drink taste!
1. BOLA BOLA SENAYAN (89K) consists of squid, prawn, carrot, corriander and peanut sauce. This is a simple appetizer that full of flavor. I love everything in one small spoon. The peanut sauce is little bit spicy but the sweet cover it in a good way. What a good starter! (9/10)

2. NASI GORENG GBK (99K) - fried rice, prawn, black kalamata olive, char siu chicken, served with fried shallot, cashew and melinjo crackers. One of the best fried rice I ever taste, so unique. It has this fruity flavour and a deep, black color from the use of kalamata olive. It has a rich and smoky flavor at overall dish! (10/10)  

3. AYAM CELENGAN (325K) - steamed and roasted herbed whole chicken with mushroom. I do love their concept about this dish. So, the chef made this dish with a message that we should wake up earlier (than the chicken) so our fortune didn't pegged by the chicken. As the outer wood made from real clay and this menu is only available in the Hutan Kota Plataran. And its wrapped using aluminium foil to make the herbs and spices more absorbent to increase the overall taste. The taste itself super rich, I could taste the unique combination of flavor to make the chicken sauce and the chicken itself is delicious and better when we eat it with white rice. (9/10)

4. PINDANG BEBEK (215K) - braised duck, tofu, egg, cucumber, sesame seed. Honestly, this is my least favorite. The taste is great but compare to other menu, this one has too unique flavor (especially their sauce) that not too fit with my sense. (8/10)

5. UDANG GANDUM (195K) - fried prawn, oatmeal, chilli, curry and pandan leaf. Must order menu if you come to any plataran restaurant because it's that good! Love the oatmeal - OMG THE SWEETNESS LEVEL AS ITS BEST! The prawn itself is so crunchy and big size too. This is a never failed dish for me (10/10) 

6. TAPE BAKAR (39K) - fermented cassava with palm sugar sauce. It is a simple yet delicious with palm sugar drizzled over the cassava. I couldn't describe it but the sweet is on point and not overpowered (8/10)

7. CREPE ES TELER (75K) - Another unique dish that you won't be able to resist. This dish features crepe, jackfruit, avocado, coconut, palm sugar served with vanilla ice cream. Love the presentation and overall taste of this crepes -- full of flavor! (9/10) 

For the drinks, I ordered: LEMONGRASS SQUASH (45K) and LOST PARADISE (69K) - orange juice, pineapple and kemangi. Both is so refreshing and sour, as you indulge all rich and bold flavor - you need something fresh enough to reload all over again (9/10)

Overall no complaint about their crazy combination of Indonesian herbs and spices. Pricey yes it is, but if you flashback and see what kind of place it is (the decoration and interior itself) and how great the food concept, presentation and taste itself - I guess it's quite worth it and definitely will visit again (and I hope the next visit won't be raining so I could take pretty picture outside)
