Saine Daise

Tempatnya bagus dan pewe bangett. Malem2 hari biasa aja rame karena emang cozy untuk hangout abis pulang kerja atau ngampus. Anyway gw berkesempatan untuk nyobain :
1. Mixed Garden Salad with Asian Vinaigrette

Tbh menurut gw ini biasa aja karena gw penyuka salad dengan dressing cream yang heavy. Seladanya sih fresh, dressingnya light asem manis gitu, corn nya gurih2 smokey. Ini cocok sebagai starter bagi penyuka salad yang light.
2. Onion Soup, Fried Onions, Wild Mushrooms

Lagi2 ini sup nya light karena tipenya bening dan ga creamy. Tapi rasanya enak banget gurih bawang bombay gitu. Jamurnya juga lumayan banyak dan ada crouton besar udah dicelupin.
3. Crispy Lotus Root, Spicy Mayo

Ini unik sih, bentuknya tipis dan garink. Rasanya gurih2 enak tapi ga wah gimana. Saus mayo nya enakk.
4. Char Grilled Wagyu MB5+ Rib Eye

The meat were so tenderrr. Lembut dan melt dimulut. Literally gaada effort untuk ngunyah. Seasoningnya juga simple tapi enakk. Apalagi yang pas ada bagian melting soy garlic butternya itu makin enak hehe. Mereka juga pake taburan maldon sea salt jadi rasanya tambah gurih. Mashed potatonya juga enakk, ga terlalu creamy tapi ada rasa smokey dari campuran bacon di dalamnya. Recommended.
5. Black Truffle Angel Hair Pasta

Setiap makanan yang pake truffle emang ga akan pernah ga enak haha. Pastanya al dente dan light creamless gitu, rasanya gurih truffle oil. Lalu diatasnya dikasih real frozen truffle mushrooms dan parmesan cheese. Good!
6. Ami Ebi Angel Hair

Ini juga pastanya al dente dan lagi2 light creamless, rasanya gurih truffle oil. Lalu diatasnya ada taburan udang kering yang enak + tobiko dan dua2nya bikin sensasi krenyes2. Suka!
7. Umami Bowl

Enakkk banget. Ya ini seperti deconstructed sushi. Jadi nasi dengan berbagai macam topping lalu ditutup dengan cheddar cheese yang dibakar. Rasanya mirip mentai tapi lebih enak dan nasi putihnya jg enakk dan ukurannya besar2 gitu. Recommended!
8. Truffle Gyudon

Dagingnya sama dengan yang steak yang wagyu MB5+ jadi pasti yummy banget. Dicampur sama truffle oil dan saus teriyaki gitu. Enakkk. Ditambah lagi onsen tamago bikin makin creamy dan ada grilled onion jadi makin wangi. Nasi putihnya lagi2 enak. Dari semua makanan ini yang porsinya paling mengenyangkan. Recommended.
9. Pan Seared Black Cod

Ikannya fresh dan dagingnya lembuttt banget. Seasoning nya juga simple dan light tapi tasty. Sausnya manis gurih kental gitu. Ada foam nya lucu. Ada kentang dan timun jepang bentuknya bulet2 digrill gitu.
10. Cuddles on the Beach

Soda-less jadi sehat banget. Rasanya seger asem2 fruity dan ada banyak potongan buah di dalamnya. Recommended.
Untuk dessertnya gw akan bahas terpisah di EIO ya.
Pelayanannya ramah banget, tiap dateng dan pulang pasti disapa welcome dan thankyou. Overall recommended buat sekedar makan good food ataupun mau host acara. Deff will come back untuk cobain menu lainnya.

Have a very great dinner last night in this place. Yes it's saine daise bistro which located at Ruko Mandala Permai, Pantai Indah Kapuk, before RS PIK (it's easy to find since there's so much ruko there ✌️✌️). Saine means healthy and daise means comfort. So you're gonna find both healthy and comfort food in this place.
Okay let's see how the food it is :

1. Pan Searef Black Cod

What's black cod btw? Okay simply it's like ikan. Okay so just usual ikan? Hell No ! It's highly prized fishfor an intensely rich, buttery flavour. So it's expensive ikan guys LOL. How's the taste? It's so damn good. I'm not a fan of fish but this one is exception. Quality of fish talks a lot
2. Gyudon

Maybe you will say "ah we can find this menu anywhere." Yes it's but this one is different. I ever tried some of gyudon from the affordable one until the quite expensive one. I think this one is bigger than the other gyudon. What's the topping? Char Grilled Wagyu (what? Wagyu) , chives and onsen tomago (this one blow my mind). Okay so with Japanese rice and that elements you mix it together and you can feel the variation of taste which i think this is the best signature here. Recommended !
3. Char Grilled Wagyu + Rib Eye

One thing that make this menu is different from the other restaurants is their mashed potato. Because they put some bacon elements in this mashed potato! And also with soy garlic butter and maldon sea salt, it's talks a lot why the price quite expensive because the quality is so great. How about the Wagyu and rib eye? It's cook well and quite empuk di mulut ❤️❤️
4. Crispy lotus roots with spicy mayo

This is just a light bite. So yeah I'm not feeling the excitement like the others menu. But still this is my first time see fried lotus and eat it 😂😂
5. Umami bowl

The great experience of this restaurant is not ending yet. This is also their best signature. So how is it? One of my favorite that night. Umami bowl with uni butter, honey pozu, tobiku and charred cheddar is perfect combination.
6. Truffle Pasta

Their new menu and sounds usual? Yes but believe me this is the best truffle pasta among the others usual one. With dry mushrooms in this pasta and the very good taste of this pasta, it's totally recommend and should put in the fixed menu.
7. Ami Ebi Pasta

Another their very best signature and also will be my "gonna order again" in this restaurant is ami ebi pasta with tobiko, wakegi and truffle oil. I can't explain how good it is but however this is also great and for me i love this more than truffle pasta. My complaint just the portion that too small for me LOL
8. Mixed garden salad

As you know I'm not vegetarian so I'm rarely eat vegetables. But for this one the vegetables is so fresh and their asian vinaigrette bring something good for the taste
9. Onion soup

Euhhh onion soup? Wait this one is so good. I'm eating it again and again for this. Taste is so renyah but surprisingly it's not because of micin. This one also gonna order again menu for me
10. Latte from common grounds jakarta

Yes they have coffee menu from common grounds with same quality i think. Well good things to have a great coffee in this restaurant ❤️❤️
That's the end of my great night but wait i still have a review for a dessert in the next post. Because this restaurant is affiliated with Eio Pattiserie. However maybe for some people the price will be really expensive but if you know what ingredients that make this food so great, it's worthy to spend. For a place decoration, i think it's looks fancy as well and really good place for reunion or arisan with some very great food.

Selain tempatnya pewe dan cantik, makanan disini enak-enak banget!

Manu diatas gw list dari yang paling gw suka. Tapi bukan berarti yg paling bawah itu ga enak ya.

Kalo kesini, wajib banget cobain Ami Ebi Angel Hair. Ini signature dish dari mereka dan ga heran sih, karena emang enak dan khas banget.

Umami Bowl juga harus banget di coba. Tastes like sushi in a bowl, just way better!

Aduh kalo gw sebutin mah semuanya mesti dicoba haha. Tapi bener deh, makanan disini emang enak-enak semua.

Memang harga ga pernah bohong ya.

Tempatnya cocok juga untuk romantic dinner sama pasangan.

Kalo mau kesini, mending reserve dulu ya. Karena tempatnya ga terlalu besar dan mereka hampir selalu full house.

Yeay! Mau fine dining ga usah jauh-jauh, yes 

This one word can indeed represent best almost all the dishes served in Sainé Daise. Situated on the upper floor above EIO Patisserie (both are of the same group), this semi fine-dining eatery serves fusion cuisine, some of which you may never find in any other restaurants.
All of the superb dishes are purely the creation of the owners and below are my personal hall of fame for the dishes
1. Umami Bowl

This is the main reason why I mentioned Umami at the first place. Prawn, red cheddar, tobiko, honey Ponzu, and so forth makes up this bowl of heavenly savoriness.
2. Sainé Daise Gyudon

A bowl of rice topped with chargrilled wagyu and beautiful sunny side-up. Mix them up before taking a spoon and once it enters your mouth, you won't resist how flavorful it is. Not an ordinary Gyudon Bowl!
3. Ami Ebi Angelhair

Though not with a lot of fixings, Ami Ebi Angelhair still becomes everyone's favorite. Its modest taste turns out to be quite addicting, and we can't agree more on this.
4. Chargrilled Wagyu Rib Eye

Tender Wagyu with bacon-filled mashed potatoes--another prime choice should you crave for meaty sensation.
Other food that you might be intrigued to order are Marinated Black Cod (Fish of top-notch quality), Truffle Pasta, Onion Soup, Mixed Garden Salad and Fried Lotus.
One thing to bear in mind: don't expect to be full just by eating one dish as Sainé Daise prioritizes the patron's culinary experience instead of generous portion.

The duck is pan-fried with the duck oil itself without any additional oil. It is served with mashed potato, baby carrot, and kale tempura. The mashed potato is very unique because there is additional meat inside so it added extra flavor. The duck meat is soft on the inside but crunchy on the outer skin.

Dateng kesini sekitar jam 1/2 1an, krn kirain hari biasa jadi ga rame, eh tnyata pas masuk mbaknya nanya,"ud reserve belum?" Saya bilang belum, lalu kt mbaknya baru ad yang kosong lagi sekitar jam 2 atau 1/2 3, akhirnya balik lagi jam 1/2 3 baru dapet tmpt duduk di lantai atas. Sebenarnya bisa duduk di EIO di lt bawah, cuma menurut saya tmptnya ga gitu dapet suasananya haha. Utk lantai2nya sih suasananya sangat mewah, jumlah mejanya pun juga ga banyak dan semua meja terisi full kecuali area outdoor. Krn masih agak kenyang jadi saya pesen makanannya sharing. Disini saya pesan : 

-deep fried chicken skin with asian dip : kulit ayam goreng yang disiram semacam saus bangkok. Enak juga, kulit ayamnya garing dan sausnya enak, cuma agak pricey utk kulit ayam doang menurut saya. 

-ami ebi angel hair : kemakan foto hahaha😂! Pesan ini krn liat dimana2 kalo ke saine daise org2 pada pesan ini. Isinya angel hair pasta dgn ebi,telur ikan,dan minyak(gatau minyak apaan). Suapan pertama enak juga, lama2 eneg,menurut saya terlalu oily, dan rasa minyaknya juga ngalahin rasa ebinya. Not a favourite😕 

-house blend ice tea : well nama boleh keren, tp sebenarnya ini cuma ice tea biasa haha. Standar aj rasanya 

Overall utk suasananya sih nyaman utk duduk lama2, pelayanannya juga cepat. Tempatnya juga bagus setiap spotnya utk difoto2. Utk makanan masih belom nemu y pas di lidah saya. Kalau balik ke sini mau cobain cake EIO saja deh.

Tempatnya ada lantai 1 dan lantai 2, lantai 1 itu eio patisserie, buat dessert, kalian makan di lantai 2, bs kok pesen dessertnya kebawah, kirim diatas.

tempatnya saine daise kecil, jadi cm muat sedikit makanya harus cpet2 reservasi kalo emang mau makan kesini.. inget wajib reservasi ya! Karena pasti nanti ga dpt tempat kalo langsung dtg..

truffle mushroom soup with parma ham
mushroom soupnya enak, terasa banget trufflenya, bahkan wangi trufflenya kecium, rasanya light tpi enak! 

Ami ebi angel hair
Spagheti citarasa asia, lebih ke Jepang, karena pake telur ikan, taburan ebi, dan spaghetinya pake yang angel hair jadi kecil2, rasanya asin manis gurih, perpaduan pas menurutku. Tapi nggak semua orang suka telur ikan.

pancetta yakimeshi
kalo yang ini nasi goreng dengan taburan bacon diatasnya, dan isian didlm nasi gorengnya pun pork, ini ga halal ya. Tapi itu yang buat jadi enak, nasi gorengnya jadi wangi dan sedap.

hot chocolate
coklatnya kerasa banget, nggak terlalu pahit sih menurutku tapi dikasih gula terpisah kok, jadi buat yang suka manis tinggal tambah gula.

grandma's lemonade
ini dia minuman yang super enak! Segar dan fresh banget, rasanya asem manis, wah kalo minum ini siang2 sih enak banget, jadi minuman ini disajikan dengan lemon sorbet itu yang buat asem, enak! 

Intinya kalo disini semua makanannya enak! Tempatnya juga enak, bagus buat yang mau foto2.. anyway sori ga ada harganya, soalnya lupa hahaha..

Ini baru pertama kali ke Saine Daise dan waktu kita naik ke lantai 2, karena memang tempatnya di lantai 2 sebab di lantai 1 itu tempat buat kita beli dan menikmati dessert yaitu Eio Patisserie. Kebetulan saat itu ramai sekali karena tinggal beberapa hari lagi sudah Hari Natal, ada yang bersama keluarga besar merayakan Natal disitu.Kita sudah dapat tempat duduk dekat jendela kaca dan pesan•Pancetta Yakimeshi(85k) Yakimeshi itu adalah nasi goreng yang berisi potongan pork,agak pedas, diatas nasi goreng ada potongan bacon, untuk rasa enak sekali•Ami Ebi Angel Hair(80k) ini enak sekali memakai angel hair itu semacam spaghetti tapi berukuran sangat kecil sekali seperti rambut, dimasak dengan truffle oil kemudian diatasnya ada ebi yang begitu banyak dan caviar. Pokoknya ini enak banget dan sangat terkesan.
