Lagi scroll Grab Food, eh jadi kepingin donat dong. Akhirnya beli beberapa box juga buat temen-temen. Cuman buat di rumah, aku pilih yang combo red velvet. Duh ternyata lembut banget adonannya dan isiannya juga so tasty 🥺🥺 one of the best doughnut I've ever had 🥺🤧 kapan-kapan pengen ke UNION langsung buat nyobain cakenya!!

Favorit mimin kalau ke union: 
-  red velvet pie - prefer the pie than the cake one ✌🏻 Creamy, manis, with cookie crumble cocok banget sambil minum kopi lokal union. 
 - classic new york cheese cake 🔥ONE OF THE BEST CHEESECAKE IN TOWN!!!🔥 tipe no bake creamy cheese cake with crackers rasanya so cheesy, enak banget gak eneg🤤  dan tentunya menggunakan premium quality of cheese ya!
- nastar cake - aduh ini juga enak! Kuenya super soft & light, dengan selai nenas yang manis gak eneg. 
- pb&j pie juga enak banget!!!🥲 💯 ini surprisingky good loh! Pb&J merupakan perpaduan yang perfect banget! Jadinya gak bikin eneg dari rasa peanut butternya krn ada jamnya juga.

Ube velvet nya union sih emang juara, setiap layer nya enaakk, gak over rasa sweet nya, ube nya berasa bgt, wangi, dan guede porsinya bisa untuk ber2 makan gitu laa~
Aku pesen carrot orange juice pake yakult. Rasanyaa yaaa gitu aja sih, manis dr yakult, asem2 dari orange nya, dan ada keset2 nya dari wortel. Tiap ke union pasti kena waiting list, emang enak sihh tempatnya, worth to visit everytime.

MY FAVE: 🍎 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗻𝘂𝘁, ada isian 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙡 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙚 & 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝘿𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙩 🧀 di dalamnya, sedangkan bagian atasnya diberi topping 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙙𝙖𝙣 𝘾𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙧𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙚 🥰

The food was good, however, it wasn’t as outstanding as i hoped for.

Mushroom tagliatelle = 8/10
The mushroom tagliatelle was al dente and cooked perfectly. The sauce was fine, it was a bit too overwhelming especially with more cheese shredded on top. The truffle and mushroom complements the sauce.


Crispy skin salmon = 8.5/10
Salmon was cooked well, although I would prefer it to be slightly less cooked (it was more to well done, a shame since the salmon tasted fresh and not fishy). The fish is well seasoned and the skin is crispy, even after a dip to the marvelous sauce. The sauce is really nice and tangy, providing a wonderful mouth feel and layer of flavor on top of the savory taste of the salmon and potatoes. It wasn’t too sweet or too sour. I think the sauce steals the spotlight of this dish.

Union Burger 7/10
Burger was okay. The bread was really good, soft but not soggy. The meat was a bit dry, I expected more as flavor was on point and the meat size was decent. The cheddar cheese didn’t taste anything special. “Aged cheddar” on the menu tastes similar to the cheddar I found in supermarkets. Bacon was crispy but i could barely feel the crunch hidden in the midst of vegetables. Fries feels like frozen fries, too crispy and the taste of potato was minimal.

As usual, Union setiap bulannya hadirin Cake of The Month, and this one is Union’s August Cake called STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE 🍓🧀

Cakenya So MOIST dari Strawberry Compote di dalamnya, terus Cheesecakenya juga lembut dan berasa tapi tetep ga overpowering, BALANCE combination of 🍓 + 🧀!

𝑩𝒆𝒆𝒇 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒌 𝑩𝒊𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒂 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒘𝒊𝒄𝒉 (𝑰𝑫𝑹 165𝒌)
Daging sapinya SO TENDER! Almost melt in your mouth gitu hahaha, dipaduin sama Salsa dan disajiin dengan Birria-style broth. Jadi sebelum dimakan, sandwichnya di dip ke dalam broth dulu 🐮🥘
ps: its a bit messy, dan agak susah dipotong pakai garpu & pisau, jadi aku saranin untuk minta plastic gloves biar lebih gampang makannya 🤪

gw orngny sbtulnya ga suka donat, cuman utk si union ini gak bs nolak gw!!

Red velvet cheese cake union gak ada matinya, enak banget, lembut, gak bikin enek. 1 slice aja udah cukup untuk sharing ber2 terus minumnya pesen TWG Tea aja yang vanilla bourbon, mantaap 👍
