Super suka banget sama ini tempat, dr pertama kali masuk uda keliatan banget casual nya.

Disini pesen :
-king prawn aglio olio : suka banget sama seasoningnya enak menurut ku pas rasanya apalagi diatasnya ditambahin mozarella crown & ada prawn yg super besarnya
-nasi goreng gila wagyu : ini juga ga kalah enak ada wagyu, ayam, sosis, porsi nya lumayan banyak but for me trlalu manis ya, tapi masi oke kok
-pink flamingo : nah minuman teh ini warnannya pink gtu, enak deh asem2 gtu rasanya.
Will come back for sure sih pastinya, apalagi servicenya oke banget & masih ada disc 20% sampe the end of September ya

Had such a great dining experience here last night.
So, Williams is newly opened restaurant in SCBD area, opposite to The Atjeh Connection and Crumble Crew. No parking area available.
From the outside, the place a bit dark and slightly unnoticeable from the road. The exterior is simple yet elegant IMO. Enterring into the restaurant, you will be greeted by the hostess and also the waitress. They are very friendly. There are indoor and outdoor area. I enjoyed both! At the outside the ambience was really good and I felt so comfortable (not including the traffic jam shown by senopati road :P)
and the things need to be highlighted was the service! Seriously I love how they treat their customers, from the start till the end of our dinner. They really concerned how to make their customer feel like home and enjoy every single thing. The waitress who served at our table was really helpful and knowledgeable. 
We ordered some food from appetizer to dessert and not all great but not so bad either, as below:
- Arancini: overall it tasted good, arancini itself was great but for arrabbiata sauce was just so-so.
- Watermelon Salad: too bad I did not really like the main component of this dish which is watermelon. So as told by the server (and all I remembered) that the watermelon was marinated in sugar bathe so it turned out too sweet for my liking and somehow turn off my appetite, but apart from it, this dish was good, all the component really made the watermelon much better. Love love the balsamic caviar, added another texture on it! Lemon fluid was really balancing the watermelon's sweetness.
- King Prawn Aglio Olio: tasted decent, prawn was cooked nicely. The presentation was not really good and kind of confusing since the king prawn fell and the parmesan crown was not in its place. We broke it as we tried to fix the prawn to stand lol. Ya, for good photo indeed.
- Scotch Lamb: overall this dish was great, eventhough I still could feel the lamb smell. There are 2 big components here which are minced lamb stuffed with softboiled egg in oval shaped and the bread bomb. Love the bread bomb (filled with mozza cheese), potato fondant was perfectly cooked and has a good texture! , I love how they concern in every detail on the plate.  Food plating is really beautiful! 
- Duck Aiguillettes: Duck breast cooked in sous-vide method was perfect for me! Great texture with awesome taste. Super loveee romaine lettuce foam and sweet potato puree which made this dish more more superb! 
- Salmon and Gulai: once I heard about this menu, I was thinking it would be a great fusion dish. It came with pan fried salmon on the top of the rice and gulai sauce. Salmon skin was really crispy and it perfectly cooked. Salmon was fresh. The most dabomb one was the gulai sauce! It was very light sauce yet rich of flavour. Not so heavy as we may know gulai should be thick in consistency. Superb!
- Dragon's Nest: before you eat the nest, the chef will show up and give you meringue dipped in nitrogen so when you eat it, you will feel like having dragon's breath. Nest was good, despite the sourness appeared from the lemon fluid which suprised my tongue, but, as advised by the chef, you have to mix all well to get the perfect combination between sweet, sour and bitter in one spoonful. So yummy!
- Eton Mess: this one was suprisingly amazing! Deep fried bubur sumsum (oh wait, bubur sumsum? Yes it is!) was dabomb! Combined with coconut flakes (oh my this is my fav, super yums!) It was such a perfect combination for dessert! Overall, William's is one of great place for you to hangout with. Best service, great food as well as the ambience!

Waktu kesini nyari tempatnya agak susah, ga keliatan udh malem. Padahal udh ngelewatin depan restonya tp ga keliatan, muterin scbd dulu jadinya wkwk.
Kesini bareng temen2 foodies dari perkul.

Disana kita pesen beberapa makanan :
1. Aracini

Jadi ini risotto di bikin bola gitu dan di dalemnya ada mozzarellanya. Ini rasanya biasa aja.
2. Scotch lamb

Ada 2 potong bongkahan(?) (Nyebutnya apa ya, kaya bola roti gt) Cukup besar dan beberapa buah potato. Yang pertama isinya mozzarella gitu, nah yang satu lagi isinya daging kambing cincang sama telur setengah mateng. Ini enakkk, daging kambingnya enak, telurnya juga. Suka bgt sama ini 👍
3. Duck aguillettes

Ada beberapa potongan duck dan beserta bumbu/sausnya. Sausnya enak, bebeknya juga enak tp agak kematengan.
4. Salmon and gulai

Ini enak sekalii, rempahnya berasa.
5. watermelon salad

Jadi ini basednya buah semangja, diatasnya salad2 gitu. Dan ada cream2nya juga. Ini seger nih, semangkanya manis. Creamnya katanya dari mayonaise tapi manis. Enak
6. Dragon nest

Nah ini unik nih makannya harus didongengin dulu sama chefnya. Abis didongengin kita dikasih cookies telur naga gitu buat dimakan, ini lucu kalo dimakan jadi keluar asep2 gitu dan rasanya juga enak. Untuk dragon nestnya sendiri ini rasanya juga unik, manis asem gitu. Perpaduan rasanya lucu, unik dan enak.
7. Eton mess

Sumsum digoreng kebayang ga sih? Ga kebayang kan. Jadi ini ada 3 buah buletan sumsum goreng yang rasanya unik bgt, crunchy di luar dan super lembut di dalem. Cream dan crunchy2nya juga enak
8. O-crumble shake

Milkshake oreo. Enak rasanya.
Disini tempatnya mewah dan cozy banget, tapi sayang knp kamar mandinya misah jauh bgt. Kamar mandinya harus keluar dulu trs masuk ke ruangan sebelah di ruang meeting gitu dan sepi bgt.

William's is the newest casual dining resto located in the heart of Jakarta's CBD. Serving unique, creative fushion Western-Asian dishes....thanks to their talented head chef Mr. Alpin Reynard.

We ordered few of their signature dishes:
1. Arancini 3.5/5: This one is like fried risotto with mozza filling and bolognese sauce. Good comfort dish but not spectacular.
2. Watermelon salad 4/5: a creative dish. Cured watermelon though a bit sweet but still good combine with vanilla mascarpone and lemon fluid so it was like eating salad and dessert at the same time.
3. King Prawn Aglio Olio 3/5: prawn was yummy but did not like the use of angel hair and overall tasted was so so.
4. Scotch Lamb 4.5/5: My fave. I like the whole things in this dish. Lamb was not smelly too.
5. Duck Aiguillettes 3.5/5: actually it was delicious but they overcook the duck so meat was a bit tough and dry. Totally loves the romaine lettuce foam and sweet potato puree.
6. Salmon and Gulai 4/5: Suprisingly it was so yummy. The gulai was quite authentic and salmon was cooked to perfection.
7. Dragon's Nest 4/5: a very unique experience for this unique dessert. Before we eat it, they will serve maringue freeze in nitrogen and when we eat it become like dragon's breath. After that all the stuffs under the nest need to be put inside the nest and mix it up together, crack the nest (made with dark chocolate) then dig it up. It had some sweet, bitter and sour taste.
8. Eton Mess 5/5: this one was mind blowing. Fushion between western and asian is here. Love it so much and highly recommended.

Service was top notch. Waiters and waitresses were fully trained, they know how to explain the menu and the ingredients used in the dishes. Bravo guys.

Café baru ini menempati ex Midtown berseberangan dengan Crumble crews. Hampir setiap hari lewat tempat ini tapi tidak tau kalau ada café baru, saya pikir masih renovasi karena signagenya tidak terlihat dari luar. Konsepnya casual dining dengan Western dan Asian food. Interiornya simple elegan dan terkesan maskulin dengan sentuhan warna biru tosca. Café ini terbagi area outdoor dan indoor. Outdoornya terlihat asri dan pasti lebih bagus di malam hari. Di sini juga ada bar area yang tidak begitu spacious dan terasa privacynya.

Saya pesan : 

*Salmon and gulai (145k) – salmonnya pan fried. Kulit salmonya sangat crispy dan salmonnya perfectly cooked, warnanya masih terlihat pink dan rasanya juga fresh, manis. Gulainya bukan seperti gulai Padang, ini hanya berupa sauce. Tastenya mewah, dan tidak bikin eneg. Tambahan corn salsa di atas nasinya perpaduannya menjadi sangat sempurna dengan gulai dan salmonnya. Rasanya agak sedikit pedas dan sangat membangkitkan selera makan. Porsi nasinya memang tidak besar, cocok deh untuk yang lagi diet. Tapi ukuran salmonnya cukup besar. Saya pribadi suka dengan tastenya. Recommended. 

*Cappucino (40k) - Disajikan di cup warna biru dengan  choco chips cookie dan sugar cube yang terpisah. Coffeenya enak campuran beans local dan Italy. Coffeenya terasa smooth dengan chocolatey after taste mewah banget. Saya suka banget nih. Recommended. 

Saya suka dengan ambiancenya, makanan dan minuman yang saya pesan. Playlist musicnya juga easy listening. Tempatnya cozy bikin betah berlama2 di tempat ini. Sayangnya meja yang saya tempati itu sepertinya kurang stabil jadi goyang2. Saya coba pindah lagi ke tempat lain dengan jenis meja yang sama masih tetap goyang, mungkin harus diganjal dengan sesuatu supaya balance.

Café ini terlihat ingin dekat dengan pelanggannya. Kita diminta untuk memberikan data2 diri yang standar seperti nama, email , tgl lahir dan contact number yang langsung diketik di tablet. Kalau nama kita sudah terdaftar barulah billing bisa di print dan kita akan mendapat rinciannya juga melalui e-mail. Seperti beberapa resto baru atau resto2 di group yang terkenal, teamnya juga langsung say thanks untuk kedatangan kita melalui wa. Untuk service juga Ok, staffnya ramah dan bisa menerangkan menu dengan baik. Recommended banget untuk tempat hangout bersama dengan teman2. 

Masih ada promo discount 20% selama bulan September ini. Next time saya pasti akan balik lagi untuk mencoba menu lainnya.  

Ada resto baru nih di daerah senopati. Sebeenernya dia deket jg sih ke arah scbd. Tempatnya emank kurang strategis karena ketutupan gitu deh. Pake peta perkul aja biar ga nyasar hehe

Pas masuk disambut ramah oleh ushernya. Mood bagus. Duduk lalu pesen dijelasin dengan sopan jg okeh waiternya. Gua akhirnya memutuskan untuk makan barramundi nya. Dan pesen nutella milkshake.

Nunggu 10 menitan, akhirnya dateng dengan plate yg cantik. Yg plg menarik ada potato glass. Jadi dia kyk plastik gitu tp pas dimakan, berasa kayak kentang. Lucu deh hehe.

Ikannya lembut, mashed potato nya jg pas adonannya, carrotnya, sayurnya, enak semua!! Di pinggir2nya kayak ada semacam rayu kalo di jepang, jadi dia kyk pedes2 gt. Jadi bisa dicocol dikit dan menambah rasa pedas. Gile ini makanan enak! Gua sampe ga tersisa apapun!!

Minumannya mayan lah, milkshake rasa nutella. Karena gua impressed bgt, gua pesen dessertnya. Dragon's nest namanya.

Chefnya keluar cuma kasih kita semacam nitrogen gt yg kalo dimakan trus kita keluarin nafas, keluar asep. Katanya sih kayak dragon's breathe. Trus kalo makanannya, karena gua bukan pecinta dessert jadi biasa aja. Terlalu coklat bgt, trus ada asem2nya di beberapa bagian jadinya kayak aneh gitu sih.
