The place is a bit hidden, and at first I was planning to have their toast. Then I saw that they also serves Burger Geber. And not to mention, that if I pay cashless, there is cashback IDR 10K. 

It has area for driver to wait the order being made, semi outdoor, outdoor area and of course indoor area. Lucky for me, when I arrived, there are still empty seats at indoor area. But is not much. There are only 3 tables, each with two seats.

I ordered iced chocolate regular (IDR 20K) & burger.... NOPE! I changed my mind instantly when I see the menu. They serves rice box menu too. So at IDR 25K, I have SI GEMBER SAMBAL MERAH (rice with sunny side up & spicy chicken in slices). Everything with chilli on it, is going to be fine. 

Went here with my friend using MRT, and we took D EXIT & only need a few minutes walk and arrive at Urban Forest Cipete.

Since it was lunch time, most restaurants packed with visitors. We decided to have pizza and chose this place.

 Almost didn't get indoor seating, but we finally got a table for the two of us. We ordered Quattro Formaggi pizza. Both of us loves cheese, and they have 4 cheeses for the dish (hence the name) : Mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Parmesan & Ricotta added with Bechamel. You get that creamy, tangy, nutty, and salty all at the same time :) I have to say that I'm completely FULL (and happy) after eating 3 slices. 

About the restaurant: 
They have indoor & semi outdoor area. But since the weather can be terribly hot then suddenly raining cats & dogs, better sit inside. They serves us politely and helpful.


If you sit near the entrance door, you will be able to see them make pizza from scratch. 

Minus for me: 
Every meal is too pricey for me. Quattro Formaggi is at IDR 150k (before svc & tax & ADMIN FEE )

Round up amount for the bill. 

We have to scan the menu, then order from there then proceed with the payment. A bit of a handful for me, as when I first try, they auto connect to delivery order. After second attempt, then I manage to proceed with the order & payment.   

Second place to visit while hanging around at Urban Forest Cipete. I was curious about their gelato. And again, the place was full with people. But thankfully, when we were about to order for takeaway, someone has finished their meal and the table is available for us. So, my friend sit while I went in to order our gelato.

I ordered 2 medium cup after hesitating should I ordered it in cone or not? 

For medium cup: price at IDR 75 K (NETT).

My friend have pistachio and matcha tea. While I have Stracciatella and Cioccolato.

If you are dine in alone, better have the gelato in a cup. As the gelato quickly melted. 

We were about to take off when rain suddenly pouring down. Many people suddenly enter the restaurants to take cover. Including those who sit at outdoor area. My friend and I sat at semi outdoor area, near the entrance door. The indoor area are full with people, and the area is not spacious. 

Then we noticed that RivaReno Gelato is in one building with MONOCHROME Coffee and Roastery. And So, we ordered hot chocolate (IDR 60K!) and my friend ordered latte and crepes with stracciatella. Yes, the hot chocolate is pricey, thankfully is good, not too sweet, and rich with chocolate.  
P.S. There is also restroom here, though not located at indoor area, near the outdoor area.

Ke sini sudah menjelang sore dan ternyata rame banget. Hampir saja tidak dapat tempat duduk. Kami duduk dekat dengan window glass jadi bisa melihat ke arah semi outdoor area.
Ada 2 area semi outdoor, di depan dan di belakang. Pengunjung banyak yang merokok di area belakang, jadi IMHO kurang nyaman. Yang paling oke memang yang area indoor di bagian tengah. Jarak tempat duduk lumayan berdekatan. Tapi masih ok kok. 

Menu bisa dilihat di meja kasir atau langsung scan barcode yang tersedia di meja. Saya pesan es teh Moringa, biar sama saja sama pesanan teman. Buat yang suka manis kayak saya, mungkin lebih suka jika ditambahkan dengan gula. Tapi diminum begitu saja juga ok. 

Kedai ini juga memelihara kucing. Pantas saja ada salah satu kucing yang cuek saja berbaur dengan pengunjung. Dan sepertinya sudah biasa difoto karena langsung pasang gaya pas didekatin.

This is sort of mini coffee shop, just accross Cikini Railway station. It has smoking and non smoking area. Lucky for me and my friends, the non smoking area still empty. So, we kinda occupy the whole area. Both areas not spacious so to have personal space is a bit difficult, but still okay. 

I ordered flat white and like it, also love the art latte.


We like the ambiance there, this is the kinda place you can sit for hours staring people passing by. Especially if you sitting near the glass window, facing the street.  
Aside near train station Cikini, there is also bus stop for busway and micro trans. 

For those who come here using online transportation, please pay attention to the map details. I manually typed in the address on the online transportation application and arrived in front of Adotel inn. It is a 15-minute walk away. 

So it's better if you look closely at Google Maps for other nearest shops or restaurants as your destination. Then walk a bit to this coffee shop. 

The place itself is great for taking photos, especially in the evening. The theme is industrial, with a spacious indoor area and a decent outdoor area. 

Positive: 
Drink orders are delivered to the table, because we were too busy chatting and didn't hear when they called our name. 
The milk coffee is a bit creamy but still strong for my taste, still okay though (price at IDR 25K for a medium size). 
There are many electric plugs near the seating area. 
A photo friendly coffee shop. 

Negative: 
Although it's just a soft opening, the restroom should have been ready to use. But it's still not decent enough to use. 
For those who bring their own vehicles, the parking area is not sufficient enough.

The chairs are uncomfortable, as if they're designed for "laid-back" sitting, but it's too much. 
It's a bit unclear whether they're straw less or not, as some drinks come with straws while others don't.
