As usual Union Group put a lot of effort on the interior of their restaurants jadi ga ush diragukan lagi when it comes to the ambience. Here are the items that we ordered:
1. Wagyu & Parmigiano Reggiamo Croquette
Love the sweetness dari tomatonya

2. Stracciatella of Burrata
Cheesenya so creamyyy

3. Boccincini
Taste like any normal fresh mozarella cheese, nothing special

4. Tartufo Nero Pizza
Pizzanya soggy because of the scrambled egg, bener2 unpleasant bgt

5. Bucatini All’Amatriciana
Guancialenya alot susah dikunyah, the star of this dish itu tomato saucenya

6. Black Angus Tenderloin
Cooked and seasoned well

7. Tiramisu
Not a big fans of tiramisu in general but this one deserve 4 stars, alcoholnya berasa

One thing yg mereka masih lacking bgt adalah servicenya. Maybe i will come back again for their Stracciatella Burrata and Tiramisu

Tempat boleh dibilang agak tua and not big (maybe cman bisa muat 25 pax in one go). Ordered the omakase with uni and overall not bad sih. The highlight is the otoro, so fatty melts in your mouth. Ga keburu foto semuanya karena batre hp bocor 🥲

Lokasinya agak hidden di dekat tempat parkir. Space wise ga terlalu besar and dibagi dua (non smoking and smoking). We ordered the Tonkotsu Chintan XO Kuromen, Truffle Ramen and Tonkotsu Chintan Ramen. To my taste, XO di ramennya agak fishy not the kind of taste i would like on my ramen. The best one is the Truffle ramen, i mean what could go wrong with truffle. Yg satu lagi lebih b lagi, nothing much to say.

Ini juga didiscovered by accident. Ordered black sakura and yakult. Secara texture belum dapet lengketnya gelato but i like the flavornya yg punchy
