Rice noodles with sliced tenderloin, sliced beef shank and beef meatball.They seperate the beansprout. I kinda like the idea, we can adjust the amount of beansprout we need. Not only that, it gives great presentation I must say. The rice noodle was good, thin and soft. The beef broth was very clear very clean. The tenderloin and shank were tender and well seasoned. Not over powering the natural goodness of the beef itself. Sadly, the meatball wasn't that good. I mean, it's just like mediocre meatball. The coriander, onion and thai basil did give a nice kick of flavor. Quite a solid pho.

Teochew preserved black olives mixes with plain rice. The rice was so tasty that it could be eaten on its own and you can see how fluffy that rice was. The rice beautifully seasoned and had such interesting aromatic flavor. Dope, so dope I must say.

One of the best chinese restaurant. Everything is ridiculously good. You don't even need recommendation, just randomly pick the menu and you'll get a deeply satisfying bite.

Linguine with beef bacon in truffle carbonara sauce. When I saw the pasta, the first thought in my mind was it's just another boring pasta dish. I didn't even smell truffle from that dish. And the plating was mediocre, pile of creamy pasta, lots of beef bacon on top and garlic bread, that's it.

Took a bite and it blew my mind. The texture of the pasta was aldente, beef bacon was rich and savory and the sauce was top notch. Creamy and truffley. I didn't smell the truffle oil when it arrived, not even a hint. But the taste of the truffle was strong, how come. It may look thick and too creamy, believe me, it's not as creamy as it looks. Mediocre plating but the creaminess of the sauce coating the pasta was irresistible.

Krim Bru-Lim Kopi Padang. I think krim bru lim is a spin off of creme brulee. This series has 3 flavor, coconut, durian and coffee. I don't like coconut so let me skip that one. Padang and durian seems too much for me. Coffee? I don't have problem with this one. It's about combining the western and eastern tradition. Kopi padang meets french custard. OMG! This was gorgeous. The top part was burnt at perfection. It had nice crunchy texture and burnt flavor. The custard was dope. Once again, the texture amazed me. Thick but smooth, how come. The taste was also nice. Not too sweet, creamy, custardy and strong coffee flavor. At the bottom, I tasted stronger coffee flavor and literally could see the coffee powder. Super nice one and it's surprisingly cheap. Definitely come back for this one.
