Nasi Paru Rendang. Beef lung cooked with banana in rendang style served with solok rice. First you must know that it's not fried rice. It's solok rice mixed with rendang sauce. It's good but if you compare it with street padang, it's not even close. The rendang here was more subtle and gentle. It's tasty but it missed that bomb of flavor in my mouth. 

The lung was good. Crunchy but not as crunchy as cracker. Still had that lil chewy side which was dope for me and the most important thing, no irony or innard taste to it. The highlight for me was the rice. Yes, the plain rice. Obviously without the rendang sauce, it tasted plain. But the texture was super good. It's not sticky at all. You can easily seperate every single grain. Bet it's gonna be a perfect type of rice to be used in fried rice. 

I must say it's a light kind of espresso. Not too bitter and not too thick. Perfect for late night coffee-boost. Ps : the ambiance is good. I mean, I never thought there's place like this around here. Super cozy to hang with your friends. 

Halloween edition. Black noodle topped with ayam geprek (I don't know what you called that in english. Smashed chicken? 🤣), chili and truffle oil. The ayam geprek was good, crunchy and moist at the same time. If you like truffle then this dish is perfect. It just hits you with all the fragrances.

Aglio olio with fresh sauteed tiger prawn, pan fried norwegian salmon, australian tenderloin steak, crusted grilled chicken, mesclun salad and potato wedges.

The portion was big enough to share. I was quite surprised that almost everything tasted good. Normally on platter like this, only 1 or 2 things taste good. The aglio olio was bit salty but still satisfying. The steak was superb, asked for medium rare and they served me medium rare. How cool was that. The potato wedges and crusted grilled chicken were also good. Somehow the most anticipating components (the prawn and the salmon) were my least favourite. The salmon was completely overcooked and the prawn was meh. Soggy and barely sweet.

Overall, still enjoyed the platter.

Stirfry thai rice noddle. The taste was not that authentic. I did feel like eating kwetiau. Yeah, they did give beansprout, peanuts and lime. But for some reason I did not feel like eating pad thai. Don't get me wrong, it tasted good. However, I still don't think I would like to pay that much just to eat fried 'kwetiau'. They served the lobster tail marvellously. Unfortunately, I just don't like lobster. No matter how you cook it, it's gonna be the same old taste for me. If I know I ain't gonna like it, why bother to try.

Nice shop with cozy ambiance, good place to chill. Tried some flavors before I finally decided to choose dark choco and coffee flavor. It's not bad actually. But for my taste, it's just too sweet and too milky. And I always put Grom as comparison everytime I eat gelato. Up till now, nothing can beat it. 

Grilled salmon bowl with mozzarella cheese and mentai sauce. They used sushi rice instead of normal rice. If you like cheese then you gonna love this. Cheesy and super creamy from the mentai. But personally, I do prefer their atlantis. Super gewd.
