Who doesnt know Le Meridien Hotel donk ya!! French pastry nya terkenal tuh.

Langsung donk saya beli slice cake nya Lapis Legit, Giant Choco Cake. Itu pembelian ke 2 saya. Pembelian pertama saya yaitu Green Tea Dark Choco.

Langsung donk yah gercep dgn croissants. Saya pesan Raspberry & Pistachio Roll, Chocolatine and Plain Croissant 🥐🥐🥐

The croissants are flaky with multiple layers, while sweet and tender in the inside. Flaky layers, lots of butter, and a delicate crunch. It's The Butter That Makes Them Taste So Good. Well no wonder, mmg croissants nya agak pricey ya.

Kalau soal pelayanan di kasir, agak membingungkn. Sama seperti kejadian saya di Grand Indonesia. I said i want to order take away anddd spt ada jeda hmmm lbh dari 2-3 minutes buat kasir ngmg ke temennya. Dunno why??
Setahu saya, kalau customer blg mo order, hrs lgs blg baik Kak, apa yang bisa kami bantu. Tapi inj pakai jeda gitu. U need to improve the service.

Nah, hubby bilang cobain @souptodayjakarta @soup_today karena hubby sudah pernah lunch di situ dan info nya ENAK 😃😃

@souptodayjakarta ini menyediakan Masakan Rumahan Authentic Medan. Jadi yang di Jakarta (Gandaria) ini adalah cabang ke 2 dari MEDAN.

Aduhhh, ENAK SEMUA!!!! Awalnya frankly speaking, agak bingung kok nama restaurannya Soup Today (karena saya tidak tahu kalau ternyata restaurant ini terkenal di Medan).

Untuk ambiance, its a humble restaurant yah bebsss. Dan memang agak panas yah meskipun ada 1 AC yang menyala tapi karena pintu terbuka jadi tidak terasa. 🙏🏻

Taste wise, ENAKKK POLLLL!!! Tadi order:
1. Terong Goreng Madu
2. Udang Saus Padang
3. Brokoli Cah Jamur

Lokasinya berada di area perumahan, tepatnya di belakang hotel Harris MKG.

Kalian bisa dine-in juga loh! Ruangannya enak loh suasananya dan kalian bisa lihat secara langsung Chef nya mempersiapkan pizza kamu, jadi Live Station pizza gitu!

Varian rasanya ada banyak. Hari itu saya order, Margherita Pizza (Homemade tomato sauce, Mozzarella, Olive Oil and Fresh Basil), Funghi Pizza (Champignon Mushroom, Tomato Sauce, Mozarella, Olive Pip and Fresh Basil), and Carne (Beef Salami, Tomato Sauce, Mozarella, Olive Pil and Fresh Basil). Nyummmmm! Delicioso!!

Panas panas, enaknya makan pudding donk yaaaa ❤️❤️ christy pudding memang sudah punya nama duluan sebelum pudding pudding lain menjamur.
Saya suka dgn pudding yang varian coffe, choco dan tiramisu. Enakkkkk!! Tempat nya besar dan ketersediaan pudding banyak.

Puddingnya sudah include dengan vla ya, ada yang pakai rhum dan non rhum. Enak vla nya tidak susu banget. Tapi seandainya ada yg rasa coklat, saya prefer yanh vla coklat. Karena saya pecinta COKLAT.

Akhirnya pas ke MOI ketemu Montato lgs eksekusi lagi donk!
Outlet nya lbh bagus dari yang di GMB dan posisi yg di MOI ada di food court jadi, kmu dpt menikmati Montato kamu di food court tersebut.
Favourite saya yang cheese donk. It is just so hard to resist a crispy French fries that have cheese sauce on it.

They have 2 branches; Menteng and PIM 2.

We went for the one in PIM.

I really in love with the pastries packaging; orange colour just like Hermes colour. It’s so fancy. I havent managed to try the pastries (starting from idr 28k), coz tht day it was my bestie birthday, so we opted for the appetizers, main courses and desserts ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you sweet pea @lieke_indriani 🌼🌼🌼🌼

We had below. Food that we ordered were alll recommended! And you really have to try these dishes below:

1. Caesar Salad idr 72k
2. Seafood Basket with Cassava (ahh this is very unique) idr 85k

Unfortunately, the Service was POOR. And, We made a complaint and talked with Pak Vian, the Superior. He was very helpful indeed and gave us compensation as a kind gesture. Thank you so much Pak Vian for this. Much appreciated.

So Yes, @butteria.jkt management, you meed to give more training to your waiters in PIM branch.

Service with a Smile Is a MUST!
In the restaurant industry, good service means a friendly, welcoming service – from greeting, ordering, serving to paying , if it’s BAD/POOR, then it’s likely that customers won’t come back.

So, For this reason, training employees to offer good customer service is a Must!

Having said these, I want to try the Menteng branch and hope the service is betttterrrrr.
