Went here some time ago and i wasn't impressed at all. With all good reviews towards this happening coffee shop.

We ordered mochacino, iced vanilla latte and kue cubit with various flavours. We'd waited for quite some time and when the buzzer went on, we went to get the tray; hoping that i could take a decent picture of it before the waiter handed it over to me. Unfortunatelly, he insisted and pushed the tray to me so i couldn't take any pictures and i spilled some of the mochacino.

First, their mochacino tasted fine, with strong dutch processed chocolate powder complimented the coffee. It was quite nice.

Their iced vanilla latte was too sweet and i found the vanilla syrup to be a little off. Sweet with slightly bitter at the end.

Their famous kue cubit, we didn't enjoy it even a bit. It was doughy and the flour was just awful. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Their seats were closed from one another and you have to raise your voice so your friend could hear you out. A little bit like yelling, for me. Their seats and tables were too low. If you have a petite body, i don't think it would be a problem. However, if you're tall, you would find some difficulties in enjoying your meal.

Ergo, worth a try but i wouldn't recommend their kue cubit.

Been here a couple of times and reviewed it elsewhere, and here i was again to try their new cake creation: ovo milo cake.
One thing about ismaya group: pretty and on the spot decoration. Their shop got a carousel and horses like in mary-go-round. Felt so real for kids.
Anyhow, speaking of their cake and its taste was so overrated. Yes, they're pretty. But, taste wise was not as expected.
Their ovo milo cake was full of cream. Got a crunch from ovomaltine, yet, that would be all.

For 253k to get 3 special beef, 1 shoyu ramen and 1 manami chicken with corn, 2 lemonade, 1 iced tea and 1 dessert drink that i couldn't remember its name was totally more than affordable.
However, when you're super hungry and in such a hangry moment, i wouldn't recommend you to come here as the service was pretty slow. Not as slow as the chicken place on the 3rd floor. But slow enough until you could explode.
The waiters were trying their best to serve us, that's for sure. It's just, they need more waiters. That's all.
Food wise was fine. The beef, partially, was too tough to be eatten. The fried side dish was cooked before, therefore, they're cold.
Yet, the sauce for the beef was awesome. Perhaps they use too much MSG, but then again, it tasted pretty okay when we ate it.
If you're afraid that you would have high blood pressure because of the excessive oil, you should.
Thus, be kind to the waiters. They're all trying to serve us as soon as they could, though.

Ordered sanum whenever i needed to eat fruit. Camouflage the fruit with chocolate sauce and creamy milky yogurt.

Got caramelised cookie since it added the crunch in the yogurt. Their strawberry was a bit sour but it actually balanced out the sweetness of the mango.

All in all, i prefer llao llao in Singapore better since the taste here was too milky. I love milk, yet, llao llao here made me feel like i was having McD's vanilla ice cream.

My other choice of sauce would be cookie sauce as it was a bit hazellnutty and pretty good to be eatten with the caramelised cookie crunch.

But hey, i'm not gonna complaint as i like llaollao.

This branch, honestly, was lacking of service training. From the concierge to the whole dining experience was pretty bad.

The concierge was beyond cocky and dared to scold their customers.

However, i know for sure people would still come for their amazing cake.

Thus, they should totally give more training.

I prefer to take out my cake, as i've always been so lazy to deal with such manner.

The cake was fluffy and amazing.
I once had their pork crackle pasta and i liked it. Too bad the service was such a nightmare. And i went there pretty often, until i had enough of it.
