Amausaan Uji Matcha offers several new menus that are guaranteed to make you addicted. Two of them is • Gradient Matcha Cheese Cake (52K) For those of you who are bored with the cheese cakes that look so-so, you can taste the unique Gradient Matcha Cheese Cake. In one piece of cake, there are four layers of dough that blend perfectly. The thicker the green the more bitter it tastes. It’s feels very light so no need to worry feeling bloated after eating it. Japanese • Japanese Traditional Anmitsu (62K) that can be a refreshing dessert. This ice cream matcha is served complete with red bean mochi and various fresh fruit. Tsuke-men (75K) from Menya Sakura at Gandaria City, I really liked the noodle texture, it’s very chewy and soft, it came char siew chicken, half soft boiled egg and menma, the chicken has a nice savoury taste but I think everything is much better when dipped into the thick broth which was a combination of hicken and fish stock. Overall I like the meal but perhaps this is not the best tsuke-men i had but still quite nice especially the noodle. Give it a try and see if this one is for you 😊
Rejoice to all castella fans in Indonesia because 16 December 2017 the famous Ah Mah, traditional homemade egg sponge cake from Singapore has opened first outlet right here in Kelapa Gading. You can smell the fragrance of newly baked castella cake from a view stores away 😁 Inside the little shop you can see all the process from start till the finish cake. They serve four kinds of flavour from Original (63K), Cheese (86K), Chocolate (86K), and Pandan (86K). The texture is very soft and fluffy, it feels very light in your mouth. The flavour is not very strong but you can still enjoy it. I tried their Original and Chocolate flavour, and I personally prefer the Chocolate! They are having a free cake for every first 20 people and buy 1 get 1 free from 16 - 31 December 2017, so don’t miss it ♥️
I’m a sucker for good Thai food and Chin-Chin is simply good! Located in @pikavenue and last weekend I visited the restaurant to experience what they have in store. The interior of this restaurant has a clean design with walls full of elephant art. The food comes in good servings for a nice shared feast with some good friends. My favourite dishes would definitely are their Gang Som Steamed Seabass (190K) If you love seafood and sour, then I would be more than happy to recommend you this! The fish was fresh and the overall flavor was dominated with the sour flavor, but I enjoy the little spicy flavor of this dish. I recommend you to try Seafood Vermicelli Salad (55K) and Baby Mango Salad (48K) both has a good amount of sourness and makes them fresh and delicious. Don’t forget to try their Thai Cheese Tea (50K) the similar to thai milk tea but richer. Overall we had a nice experience with the food and environment in here ♥️

Annyeonghaseo! This time I tried another korean restaurant named @darin_master_of_noodle which opened recently in @gandariacity Who doesn’t know the noodles doused with processed black bean sauce with onion stuffing and meat inside (jjajangmyeon). This menu becomes their signature and I think it's OK because it tasted delicious, the meat was not stingy and the pieces were big, and the portions are really big. For the price they offer 50K for a large portion, it's really suitable for the low budget dine because this is enough for two to three people! I highly recommend Darin for those of you who are looking for delicious korean dishes. Personally I think they taste good but not the best but their taste is above average on my standard 👌🏻
I just tried four different types of baked sponges from @sylviebakery which were Blueberries Panggang, Cokelat Pisang Panggang, Mangga Panggang, Strawberry Panggang and all four succeeded in tempting me to eat more of them. The texture of this sponge was soft, in terms of looks they were very good and could tempt the person who see it to try it. The Blueberry Panggang was very soft while eaten with a pandanus flavor and topped with blueberry jam, this is my favorite. Likewise with Cokelat Pisang Panggang, on the top there is a piece of banana fruit and on the bottom of the layered sponge chocolate flavor. I think the winning part of their sponge is the jam which has good quality 👌🏻

Located within the Sari Pan Pacific Hotel in Jakarta, Keyaki Japanese Restaurant provides an authentic Japanese cuisine since 1976. It was a wonderful visit. They served variety of food from teppan, grill, sushi, to basic dessert. The food was well made and presented on the buffet table. The skill of chefs in can be clearly seen, felt, and tasted in everything that they cook. There is nothing much to comment about, suprisingly. Their lobster is fresh, the meat were cooked correctly in the teppanyaki section. Their sushi and sashimi were also fresh. The dessert was suprisingly good, with excellent ice cream to pair with. Anyhow, keep it up, it was a great experience ♥️
Christmas is coming soon. This time I want to share some information with you, of course you are familiar with this one snack, donuts! Surely you are curious about this unique donut because its alphabetic shape. Yesterday I received and opened the box I immediatelly took pictures of them because they were adorable. But not only cute, the texture is also soft, toppings and flavour variants also taste delicious. For those of you who might want to give a birthday surprise, anniversary and so forth can also order these babies. Just message and order any letter or form arranged in accordance with what you want.
Craving for korean style fried chicken we went to Chir Chir. they served original, sweet sauce and garlic seasoned fried chicken, and I tried the Spicy Chicken (89K) and it’s not spicy at all, just sweet and rich, so don’t be scared by the colour. The nutty almond flakes also gave a nice fragrance and crunch. It’s a nice meal overall ♥️
May Star has been my favorite dim sum and Chinese food restaurant. It’s a bit hard to find the restaurant these days because some of them has closed. I don’t really understand why because for me most of the menu they serve have excellent taste. Hakao, Siaw Long Pao, Nasi Goreng Seafood Pedas, Cong Fan Goreng XO are some of the dishes we ate yesterday. The hakao’s shrimp was fresh and firm while the outer skin was soft and chewy is he sending wasn’t strong but it was just nice. I must admit the siaw long polao was just OK, There wasn’t much soup inside but the meat was OK. The cong fan goreng XO was really nice and chewy with the shrimp paste and chilli kick in the XO sauce was a nice compliment. The nasi goreng seafood pedas was awesome the seasoning was just right and plenty of meat and seafood inside, this quickly became everyone’s favourite. I highly recommend this restaurant for their dim sum and and fried rice 👌🏻
