Banchan (Side Dishes)
The variety of banchan (side dishes) served at Seorae was fewer compared to other Korean restaurant that I've visited. 

Budae JJigae - IDR 188.8 K ++
Budae Jjigae a.k.a Army Base Stew consists of spam, bacon, minced pork, sausage, tofu, fish cakes, tteok (rice cakes), korean ramen, sweet potato vermicelli, mixed vegetables & kimchi, cooked in gochujang (Korean pepper paste) sauce. They had 2 meat options that you can choose : pork or beef. The portion was huge. Even though there were 3 of us, there was some left over budae jjigae. This budae jjigae tasted good and not spicy (for me). It was a little bit sour and refreshing.

Kimchi Bento Box - IDR 39.8 K ++
Kimchi fried rice served with sunny side up and nori (seaweed). Simply delicious!

Galmaegisal - IDR 89.8 K ++
Galmaegisal is pork skirt-meat dish marinated with some authentic Korean spices. This one is Seorae's signature dish. The pork meat was tender, juicy, and well-marinated. It was sweet and tasty. Recommended!

The texture of noodles was chewy and the seasoning was light yet fascinating. I prefer to add some chili flakes to enhance its flavour.
Meanwhile, I'm quite disappointed with the taste of gyoza because I think it was under-seasoned. And it doesn't suit my taste.

On my visit, Tony Roma's had four choices of power lunch set menu. Each power lunch set is served with fries, a bowl of soup and a glass of iced tea or lemon tea. The mushroom soup tasted light, a little bit under-seasoned with creamy consistency. It would be good if the seasoning was right on. The main dish that I ordered was a set of grilled pork ribs and fried dory fillet served with french fries and mayonnaise sauce. The fish fillet was tasty, crispy and moist at the same time. The ribs' meat was tender, but I think the BBQ sauce was too sour and tangy.

Tekstur lamiannya enak, kenyalnya pas. Kuahnya terasa kaldunya. Harganya juga sesuai. Saat pesan, bisa sambil lihat proses pembuatan lamiannya. 

Pork Ribs Soup (Regular) - IDR 69 K ++
This regular portion of pork ribs soup consists of 3 pieces of pork ribs drowning in clear broth. The broth was flavorful and had a strong pepper taste. The pork meat came off the bone easily. It was tender and juicy. You could ask for more soup if you want to and it's for free.

Pork Tenderloin (Regular) - IDR 56 K ++
The pork tenderloin was so tender and simply delicious. It was more yummy after dipping it into the soy sauce with chopped chili. Yum!

Cakwe (Dough Fritters) - IDR 12 K ++
The dough fritters are usually eaten as an accompaniment to porridge. But this one is an accompaniment to the pork ribs soup and it turned out good too.

Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience. The pork ribs soup is such a comfort food for my tummy. 

The place was so spacious, cozy and comfy. They not only have indoor and outdoor seating, but also have private dining room(s).  
What I appreciate is that they have a playground for the kids. I think it's a helpful facility. The parents can feed their kids, let them play in the playground and finally can eat in peace.

Chicken in the Basket - IDR 29.5 K +
Fried chicken fingers served with french fries and mustard sauce. It was appetizing.

Chicken Teriyaki Steak - IDR 49.5 K +
This dish is a chicken steak with teriyaki sauce, served with french fries and mix veggies. The chicken steak was well marinated and simply delicious.

Fettuccine Carbonara - IDR 42.5 K +
The pasta has 'al dente' texture, meanwhile the carbonara sauce was too bland and needed more seasoning.

Grilled Salmon Rosti - IDR 48.5 K +
Rosti topped with grilled salmon and complemented with the sauce. Rosti is a Swiss dish consisting mainly of potatoes, in the style of a fritter. Rosti also known as a potato pancake. The rosti tasted delicious and was well complemented with the perfectly cooked grilled salmon and the sauce.

Steamed Dory in Foil - IDR 52.5 K +
Steamed dory in foil, topped with mushrooms, carrots, and tomatoes. Served with steamed rice and vegetables. Unfortunately, the steamed dory was too salty for my taste.

Manhattan Fish N Chips - IDR 52.5 K +
A battered fish fillet complemented with garlic bread, mashed potato and vegetables. The dory fish was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I simply love the garlic bread and mashed potato. The mashed potato was light, creamy and fluffy. The veggies was well seasoned. It was so delicious and made my stomach really full.

I like their ham & cheese croissant. It was tasty and cheesy but not overwhelming. The Caramel Macchiato tasted good too. Not too sweet. The place was small but still comfortable and cozy.

OldTown Spaghetti
A typical spaghetti bolognese served with boiled vegetables and garlic breads. The texture of spaghetti was just right for me and the sauce was good enough. But I think the portion was a little too small. Personally, I like the garlic bread better than the spaghetti. The garlic bread was tasty and crunchy.

OldTown Nasi Lemak with Fried Chicken
A fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk served with deep-fried chicken, fried anchovies and peanuts, grilled fish paste, sambal, boiled egg, cucumber slices and crackers. The fried anchovies and peanuts were a little bit too dry and hard to chew. The deep-fried chicken was so good. It was flavorful, crispy on the outside, but still moist on the inside. I really like it.

Overall, the food was good enough with affordable price. They also serve various dishes on their menu, so you'll have many choices to pick from.

Prime Tenderloin with Black Pepper Sauce - IDR 110 K ++
A medium well prime tenderloin steak served with green beans, corn, french fries and black pepper sauce. The steak was tender, juicy and well-marinated. It goes well with the side dishes. Every bite was a divine gift.

Bergyu - IDR 90 K ++
A delicious burger with thick patty, french fries and homemade mushroom sauce. The mushroom sauce was good, creamy but not too thick.

Overall, It was a satisfying dinner. Every dish is worth every penny. And I definitely will come back.
