Bottega Ristorante

Hi food lovers
Ke tempat yg so fancy tuh liat keadaan dompet dulu. Paling gasuka sama yg namanya maksain hahhahaa
So. Aku kesini lagiii akhirnya hahah
Sebenernya klo suruh memilih karna tempat atau makanannya?aku akan jawab karna tempatnya karna menurut aku makanannya dari rasa itu samaa aja beda platenya aja hahaha klo tempatnya bagus aja buat ootd hahha
Tempat yg kaya gini2 selalu bersih apalagi toiletnya basah dikit aja mba2nya lgsg pel ini bikin betahh bgt sih .

Pertama kali datang kesini, sblmnya memang ud review2 dan mmg tempatnya bagus dan liat ratingnya jg oke.
So, gw pesen seared salmon with romesco. Ini enak banget sih, perpaduan antara salmon dan sausnya pas bgt. Rekomen kalo yg mau dtg kesini, hrs pesen sih
Satu lg gw pesen squid ink tagliolini. Hmm..dari segi tampilannya sih B aja ya. Rasanya enak, cm utk harga yg cukup mahal kurang memuaskan sih. Rasanya ga sebanding sm harganya
Dan, yg terakhir pesen dessert, bener bener B banget sih rasanya. Agak mengecewakan.

1. Spaghetti olio sambal matah

Mie nya banyak bgt porsi nya sampe kekenyangan. Sambal nya pedes jd bikin makin nafsu makan nya. Daging nya jg banyak gitu bawang nya jg gak terlalu banyak kok.
2. Spaghetti carbonara olio

Yg ini jg banyak bgt porsi nya, tp enak gitu. Dia creamy" gitu, tp gak bikin eneg. Yg putih" itu telur yg harus dicampurin sama mie nya, kalo enggak tuh rasanya tawar bangett.
Isinya ada slice ham kecil" tapi banyak, trs ada bawang nya, dan jamur.
Tempat nya dulu itu di Kuningan, tp sekarang pindah ke SCBD ( belakang nya PP ). Tempat nya sih lebih gede, tp entah knp aku lebih suka yg dulu sih. Kalo dulu kam tempat nya biru", tp kalo skrg tuh coklat" gitu.

Rasanya pas bgt tapi sayang harganya ga pas di kantong hihihi bikin nagihhhhh aku ketagihan makan ini. Tempatnya baguss hihi  plattingnya CANTIK BGT!

Mewah banget ! Dulu pernah coba yang di Kuningan udah cukup terpukau sama tempatnya karena cozy dan bagus untuk foto2. Ternyata di SCBD ini tempatnya lebih besar dan lebih classy. Banyak spot2 bagus untuk foto. Pelayanan nya emang selalu memuaskan, sesuai kelasnya sama harganya. Dekorasi natal disini terlalu cantik untuk nggak poto bersama.
Order :

1. Squid Ink Rissoto with Calamari (185k)

Karna acara christmas dinner cobain yang agak berkelas karena sekalian mau cobain yang chef recomendation. Pas dateng, wangi banget gengs! Parah ini emang enak banget sih, creamyny pas gak bikin enek, rasanya gurih dan cuminya gak amis sama sekali. The best!
2. Crab Spaghetti with Creamy Tomato sauce (215k)

Daging kepitingnya banyak banget loh! Creamy nya enak karena rasanya asem manis kan pake tomato sauce. Spaghettinya matang sempurna gak kelembekan dan gak kekerasan. Perfect banget!
3. Crab with Garlic Spaghetti (215k)

Kalo yang ini, rasanya lebih kayak spaghetti aglio olio yang kering dan berminyak. Lebih seret dimakannya dibandingkan yang creamy. Gak terlalu gurih, tapi kepitingnya bener2 berasa dan itulah titik enaknya. Kalo yang gak terlalu suka bawang lebih baik order yang creamy tomato sauce aja. Karena ini garlicnya cukup strong ke spaghettinya.

Christmas is coming! Have you chosen a right place to celebrate Christmas with your loved ones? If not, then you should go to Bottega Ristorante. This place is beautiful, homey-like atmosphere, and elegant. For me and my friends, we choose Bottega to celebrate Christmas.  
Bottega Ristorante was in Kuningan and now, reopening again with a new concept and new menu. The decoration is quite similar with the former place, but it's wider and more elegant. The dim light makes this place feel romantic, homey, and cozy. We choose the back side (besides the bathroom and kitchen) because this place is more private and suitable for 8-10 persons. The dining area looks like at our pantry at home. The decoration of Christmas is beautiful and many spots for OOTD photoshoot (see my blog for this spot).
The service is excellent. The waitress and waiter are so nice and helpful. They treated customers like a king and queen.
For the food, we choose :
1. Seared Salmon with Romesco
It's a Norwegian Salmon served with seasonal vegetables. The appearance looks beautiful and tempting. For me, the salmon is perfectly cooked, tender, not fishy at all. One portion is enough, not too small.
2. Bistecca Fiorentina
The presentation is good and simple. For me, the beef steak is well-seasoned, but the taste is below my expectation. The texture of the meat is not tender, quite hard, although it's medium rare.
3. Braised Pork Belly
MUST TRY! The oriental sauce tasted perfect with the crispy-tender pork belly.So delicious!
4. Bakmi Truffle
Must Try! The appearance is simple, but you could smell the tasty truffle sauce! The noodle is like'bakmi', chinese-style noodle with chewy texture. Surprisingly, this chinese noodle taste soooo delicious with the western-style truffle sauce which is creamy. 
5. Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Pesto & Chicken
The portion is quite big for one person. The gnocchi is cooked with pesto sauce. The texture is not as chewy as I thought. It's lie eating glutinous rice. Somehow I like it, but my friends don't. So, it depends on your taste palate.
6. Bacon Mac & Cheese (Beef / pork)
The portion seems small, but it's better to share with 1-2 persons since the creamy cheese sauce is too much for 1 person. Actually, the creamy cheese sauce is good, but it's too much to finish all at one whole portion. 
7.  Tiramisu
The pretty tiramisu cake is perfect for Chritsmas dessert! The coffee taste balances the sweet-creamy taste of the cake. Sweet and tasty!
Overall, we like the food and service at Bottega. The place is also good for celebrating special event such as birthday, bridal shower, romantic dinner, Christmas, and many more. The price of the F&B is quite pricey, but worth it for us. The warm service from this restaurant feels like we are eating at home.

Selalu ada yang menarik & unik dari makanan fusion. Di resto ini menyediakan berbagai macam masakan fusion asia italia. Karena penggemar pork, akhirnya pesan braised pork belly. Beda dr pork belly lainnya yang digoreng kering garing, porl belly disini dimarinate dengan bumbu hingga meresap lalu dimasak entah dengan cara disteam atau dengan cara lain tapi yang pasti bukan digoreng. Surprise banget ternyata pork belly-nya enak & empuk, ga alot maupun bau sama sekali
