Hari ini makan di zenbu nih, trus tadi pesen Gindara Mozaru. Nah kalau pesen mozaru di zenbu kita bisa pilih mau nasinya apa. kalau aku sukanya butter rice. Udah gitu kita juga bisa pilih sukanya sauce apa. aku pilihnya dynamite sauce. Ada pedes2nya gt. Selain itu favorit lainnya kalo makan di zenbu, itu kinoko soup. ini enak banget, sup jamur2an gt. mantep dhee 👍🏻👍🏻

Ini appetizer yang recommended bgt.. Sausnya creamy, seger, enak deh pokoknya, scallopnya juga ga amis! Yumss

Gak lengkap klo ke zenburesto gak makan mozaru nya. Kali ini cobain zenbu mozaru yang butter rice.... nasi nya gurih dan isian dagingnya macem2 dan banyak..ada beef, tempura udang dkk.. enakk.... selain itu cobain suhsi nya yang tokio roll...endess binggo.. perpaduan unagi salmon dan cheese sauce nya so enak... cocok bgt buat pecinta keju..🧀🧀.. おいしい 👍🏻

Zenbu adalah salah satu restoran yang nggak bosan" aku kunjungi buat order mozaru.
Suasana restoran nya yang Jepang banget, mozaru nya nagih banget, terutama buat yang suka baked rice dengan topping melted cheese berlimpah..
No woner, setiap weekend tempat ini selalu ramai..

Biasanya aku order Salmon Mozaru with Butter Rice dengan Sauce Dynamite yang terasa manis dengan hint sedikit pedas..

Selain Salmon Mozaru, Mushroom Mozaru nya juga nggak kalah tempting..
Mozarella cheese nya menambah rasa gurih dari butter rice nya..
Selain mozaru, aku juga sempat mencoba curry rice dan sushi nya, tapi menurutku mozaru nya sih yang paling juaraa..

karena akhirnya zenbu menang sama keinginan makan seafood jadi akhirnya makan deh di zenbu. tapi gue sedih pas makan disini ternyata Gyoza Cheese nya lagi kosong, padahal gue pengen makan Zenbu karena mau Gyoza Cheese nya.

Jadi kemarin itu gue makan Mozaru dan Curry nya, gue memang suka sama Mozaru nya. Kali ini gue cobain yang mushroom, lebih enak yang dagingnya ternyata dan kayaknya lebih demen sama yang pake pasta deh daripada nasi, rasanya ga nyatu banget, entah mengapa. Curry nya enak dan bikin kenyang, which is good, cowok gue aja sampe kenyang banget padahal keliatannya dikit banget. Sushinya enak juga, tetep gue kecewa soalnya gaada Gyoza Cheese nya.

Pelayanannya ok dan membantu, cuma kemarin pas gue dateng pertama kali, ada waiters cewek yang mukanya kayak lagi bete gitu, jadi kayak ga welcome. Mungkin dia ada masalah cuma coba tetep senyum yaa kak :)

Aku cobain 2 menu di Zenbu :
1. Chicken Mozaru (Large)
Aku pesen yang fusilli dengan saus dynamite. Saus dynamite rasanya manis dan sedikit pedas. Aku suka banget, ditambah dengan keju yang melimpah dan creamy banget. Suka banget sama baked rice nya (in this case, fusilli). Terus juga chicken katsunya masih ada sedikit garingnya meskipun udah kena sausnya. Dan rasa gurih asin ayamnya masih ada. Perfecto !!

2. Original Modanyaki (Large)
Nah ini juga aku suka banget, karena diatas telurnya dikasih saus mayonaise jd ga kering, dan ketika dicampur sama mie gorengnya. Mie nya jadi sedikit creamy dan rasanya jd rich. Ditambahin cabai bubuk, makin enak

Aku datang pas hari minggu, jadi ramai, dan pelayanannya jadi sedikit lambat. Tp itu hal yang wajar, overall oke.

Visiting Japanese restaurant is one of my hobbies. Whenever I wanted to visit a Japanese restaurant, I have to see the rating, comments and vote on several web by the foodies. Zenbu is the one of Japanese restaurants that caught my attention because the rating on the web is pretty high.

Zenbu in English means Completeness In oneself. 

Zenbu might be new for some foodies, but the fact that Zenbu has been in Indonesia since 2005. They opened their first outlet in Muara Karang North Jakarta, then they open their next outlets in other places like Central park, plaza Indonesia, Kasablanka City, and Living wolrd serpong. They are also opening outlets outside Jakarta, in Paris Van Java Bandung, wtc Batanghari Jambi and Manyar Surabaya. 

The place that I visited is located at Central Park LG.

This restaurant has a modern- Japanese style interior. The Interior is quite interesting, not too many frills but still looks eye catching and feels very comfortable. Although it has quite a lot of capacity, the spaces between each table with another table and circulation space are quite narrow. 

Zenbu's menu is a fushion menu of Japanese and western. I think the menu that they serve very and creative. But the foods that they have are still feels Japanese cuisine with guaranteed health, quality of ingredients and taste. The menu that they have is very diverse, the amount of dishes may be able to reach hundreds dishes. They have sushi, sashimi, ramen, donburi, curry rice, tempura, teppanyaki, salad, dessert and others. Although it has many options, most of their food unggulkan is mozaru. The menu that i ordered are Chicken mozaru, Mushroom Mozaru, Chicken Teppannyaki, Black Dragon sushi, Salmon Skin Roll, Peach Parfait and Ocha. 

Chicken Mozaru with extra cheese, tomato sauce and butter rice (IDR 69K) 

Chicken mozaru is a baked rice topped with katsu and covered with mozzarella and tomato sauce. It's seems like the baked rice in Italian restaurant, maybe this is one of the fusion menu that they have. The taste is very delicious, i can taste the butter from the rice, mozzarella cheese on the top is very smooth and creamy and tomato sauce makes the mozaru become more tasty. It might be more delicious if I ordered dynamite sauce. 

Mushroom Mozaru with Dynamite sauce (IDR 59K) 

Mushroom mozaru cury is a baked rice with mushroom toppings and covered with mozzarella and dynamite sauce. The taste is very unique, there is a mix of flavor from the curry on rice, spicy from the dynamite sauce and salted taste from the mozzarella cheese. But the taste is also good, the curry rice is delicious, and the dynamite sauce is more tasty than tomato sauce. 

Black Dragon Sushi (IDR 89k) 

Black dragon i a kind of sushi roll with unagi, wrapped with unagi and topped with tobiko, served with wasabi and honey sauce. This menu is my favorite. The plate consists of 8 pieces which the size is relatively larger than other sushi in Japanese restaurants. The taste is bloody delicious, the unagi is smooth, perfecty cooked and tasty. LOVE IT! 

Chicken Teppanyaki (IDR 59K) 

Teppanyaki is a grilled food on a flat pan that usually enriched by an Artful cooking performance. The plate contains with grilled chicken, mushroom, bean sprouts, cabbage, and a sunny side up egg. The taste is very delicious Also, the part that i like best is the mushroom, because its delicious and smooky. The chicken was tasty and tender. Anyway, everything on the plate are delicious. 

Salmon Skin Roll (IDR 59K) 

Deep fried salmon skin wrapped with tobiko and topped with chicken floss. The plate consists of 9 pieces of sushi. The taste is very delicious, the rice is perfectly cooked, chicken floss is very tasty and got a crispy texture from salmon skin. Love IT! 

Peach Parfait (IDR 39K) 

An ice cream contains with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, peach, wafer sticks and topped with cream. I really love this dessert, the taste is very refrehshing, not too sweet, there is a bit of a sour taste of peach. Overall, Fantastic! 

Ocha refill (Free) 

One more thing that i love from this restaurant is that they present a free ocha. So the ocha is not listed on the menu. Besides the price is free, the ocha here is also free refilled like other Japanese restaurants.
The taste is quite plain but very refreshing.

Overall, my experience eating at zenbu was very satisfying. Their food was good and healthy. Next time I will come here again to eat their mozaru and the other menu.
