Honu Poke & Matcha Bar

Kalo kesini selalu pesen yang two two biar proteinnya jadi agak variatif ya bund and of course it never disappoints <3 Super refreshing dan ada tempura crunch nya juga jadi teksturnya ga gitu2 aja. Saosnya juga best banget, creamy but completes the whole dish.

Way way beyond my expectation when I took the first bite of my poke bowl.
Enak banget! All ingredients in my bowl have a very refreshing and tasty combination.
Definitely will come back to try on other poke bowl variations and will be very happy to try their Matcha as well.

Nyobain 2 menu mereka and here’s a lil verdict :

✨ 𝙏𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙, yg ini basenya ada nasi & mereka pake japanese rice hehe served with Flame seared salmon with sides & cream sauce, ini enak banget sih, rasanya similar kek sushi mentai but healthier 🤣 dan ada gobo roots & shitake yg nambahin texture gurih & crunchy, Umami 😘👌🏻

✨ buat yg gamau nasi you may go for 𝙏𝙬𝙤 & 𝙏𝙬𝙤 it’s full of vegs top with Salmon & Tuna yg super fresh, & tempura crunch to balance the whole texture.

Btw it’s 100% Halal ✨👌🏻

First time trying out Honu at this branch. Happy to say that taste and quality remain consistent. Place was pretty packed during lunchtime so getting a seat might require some wait time.

Wayo (70k)
The small size is enough for me, but you can opt for regular (90k) if you are feeling particularly hungry. Wayo is actually my fave honu cause of the wasabi mayo. Wasabi had nice kick while being balanced by the mayo. Salmon was fresh as usual and coconut flakes added a nice crunchy element.

Opening Ceremony (30k)
Matcha made using ceremonial grade powder. I could see that the quality is above their usual matcha but it’s not as good as ones from dedicated matcha stores such as Matchabae.

Isinya ada salmon yg di torched setengah mateng, salmonnya fresh, ga bau amis. Ada gobo roots, shiitake, red radish, edamame, nori, dan tobiko juga. 2x makan Honu dan selalu pesen ini 😋👍🏻

- Chef’s Bowl 🧑🏻‍🍳
Salah satu menu rekomendasi mereka. Isinya ada salmon in white sauce, crispy nori, tomato, dan spring onion 🐟🍅 Buat yg suka creamy” gt, kayanya kalian bakal suka ini. Tp salmonnya ga di torched ya. Walaupun creamy tp menurut aku ini ga bikin eneg 👌🏻

- A-Ok Salmon Nori Taco 🌮
Taco nya terbuat dari fried nori. Dulu aku pernah coba nori taco nya dikirim dirumah jd lembek, tp pas aku coba lg utk dine in, rasanya jauh lebih crispy dan enak 🤤 Isi salmonnya jg byk.

Unik bgt 😍 Matcha with dragonfruit, strawberry, milk, and honey 🍯🍓 Manisnya pas dan nyegerin 😋

Poke is Hawaiian word means slice. It’s been a while I haven’t eat poke tho! HONU eats definitely one of my options right now! Literally salmon & tuna nya fresh!

Must try:
1. Space tuna: it mixed of salmon, tuna, tartar sauce, avocado, tempura crunch, purple pickle. All of the ingredients fresh and taste so good! You can get the crunchiness from the tempura crunch and it’s blend together (9/10)

2. Two&two: one of my fav! they have salmon and tuna combined with creamy sauce, wakame, lettuce, carrot and tempura crunch. (10/10)

3. Nori taco creamy salmon: nori nya crunchy. Trus ada salmon nya dan so creamy with rice. Anyway! Rice nya suka banget sih. (9/10)

1. Honu lulu (reg:85k): ini favorit gw.. Isinya tuna pake saos soyu (kea kecap asin manis gitu), timun, sama nori.. Simple tapi enaak bgt.. Base nya bisa pilih nasi putih/brown rice/sayur.. Bisa di mix juga sayur sama nasi hihihi

2. Chef's bowl (reg:90k): Kalo ini salmon pake white sauce.. Cocok buat yg suka yg creamy2
