Have been wanting to try this for so long already!
Basically you can either order from the menu or make DIY bowl (carb, protein, sides, sauce and crunch). All these 3 dishes were from DIY selections.
I loved every single component of the dish and the sauce!! But what I loved the most were probably the onsen egg and charred corns.
So definitely coming back again ♥️

This place reminds me of New York. One big slice per portion and the place was very tiny.

• Daily Special •
I don’t even know what the name is. It just said daily special. It had mushroom, cheddar slices and meat. Pretty good but not to die for.

• White Ricotta Cheese •
Cheese and mushrooms toppings. Good but I could use more flavor.

Once you are seated, the waiter will hand you 3 menus: Indian, Mediterannian and Thai.
Good luck in deciding..

• Murgh Makani •
The one thing I always get from Indian restaurant is butter chicken (curry). This one was very goooddd but the chicken was a bit too dry I think. Don’t be surprised by the small portion, it makes sense because curry is very filling. The butter naan was super good too!!

• Muhalabiah •
Made out of rice flour, this Mediteranian pudding tasted very strange to me. I did not like at all. It was dry and weird.

• Fresh Lychee Juice •
Never had fresh lychee juice before until now. Very sweet (no more added sugar, purely from the fruit). I requested a blended version, it was like slushy.

Dessert ⭐️

• Fried Hor-Fun with Chicken •
a.k.a. Kwetiau Ayam. To be honest I have nothing to complain about the dish. Noodle texture was great, very flavorful (might be a bit too much sweet soy sauce for some people, but I am very fine with it). I went there in between lunch & dinner time, food was served within a blink of an eye 👍🏻
Also, the food here is cheappp

Benedict has always been one of my favorite restaurants!

• Mango Sticky Rice Tart •
First time eating a cake with bottom layer of sticky rice. It’s good but still prefer the original mango sticky rice.

• Milo Churros •
Not as good as their classic churros, which is SO GOOD. I guess the excessive milo powder makes it too dry when you eat it. But they do serve it with milo sauce dip.

• Trifolata Pizza •
Super good portabello mushroom pizza!!
• Milano Pizza •
Beef crumbled pizza. Very good as well but still love Trifolata more.
• Smoked Salmon & Apple Salad •
The actual color of the smoked salmon was very pale, unappetizing. But don’t judge by the appearance because it was really good! It didn’t taste fishy and the smokiness was quite strong.
• Fettuccini Salmon Pesto •
I do not like this pasta. Pesto was a bit bland, pasta a bit too hard for my likeness (and I am a type who likes hard-texture pasta/noodle) and salmon skin was not crispy (which is a no no for me)
