Squid Ink Rice (150k) It is a squid ink rice with crispy baby squid, salmon roe, and garlic aioli. The taste is overall good, but i don’t see what is special for their signature dish. For me, it is quite pricey.⠀
Chicken Bumbu Bali (59k) and Salted Egg Chicken Rice (64k) The chicken bumbu Bali is using sambal matah. But they also use some garlics on it. For the salted egg, it has a creamy salted egg along with the fried chicken.⠀
Crispy Pork Knuckle (120k) It is 300 grams of bershire pork knuckles with caramelized onions, and creamed mash potatoes. I really love the pork knuckles, it is very crispy and the pork is really tender. But, for me, the caramelized onions are too sweet. ⠀
Kwetiau Goreng (47k) This is one of the most famous kwetiau in Surabaya. You can choose pork and prawn or beef and prawn for the toppings. For me, the kwetiau is quite bland, I add the chili to add more flavors.⠀
Loco Moco Garlic Rice (95k) It is garlic butter rice topped with 120gr Australian prime beef patty with mushroom sauce, parmesan, and sunny side up. The mushroom sauce is quite thick and the beef is well cooked. But, it is quite bland.
The World Famous ST. ALi Steak Sanga (148k) It is Australian beef rib eye on top of sourdough with burned onions, seeded mustard mayo, pickled beetroot, and parmesan. The beef is well cooked and the vegetables are nice. ⠀
2 Flavor Ice Cream (45k) + Original Homemade Cone (7k) I choose Midori (matcha flavor) and Calvin’s (peanut butter flavor). All of their ice cream is homemade so it is very fresh. The unique thing is they served double toppings: outer chocolate dipping with afghan cookies topping (you can choose other outer toppings) and two flavor ice cream inside. Another thing that I like is they served a very generous portion of ice cream full from the top until the bottom of the cone.
Fish Fingers (40k) and Pisang Goreng Tiga Rasa (36k) The fish finger is very soft and crunchy. Their banana fritters are quite unique, they stuffed the banana with nutella, marie regal, and cheese.
Assorted Pork Satay and Bakut Teh (40k) by @warungporki. I really like their pork satay (7.5k), especially their samcan satay (8.5k). The pork satay is very tasty and the broth of bakut teh is very rich.
Herbs Crusted Chicken (65k) and Chick ‘N Skin (35k) The herbs crusted chicken is served with their homemade sauce. For me, the taste is quite unique and the chicken breast is quite good. For the chicken skin, i like it when they served it with mayonaise sauce. It complements each other nicely.
