After hearing so many good reviews about this place, finally I tried this restaurant. Their signature nourishing cartilage soup is made for about 12 hours, so they have a very good rich flavor in it. They also have quite a bit of beef selections from US Angus Prime Short Ribs, Japanese Wagyu, and Aus Wagyu Rib Eye. I also added some meatballs and dumplings with full meat in it, I think they don't use processed food. It is a bit pricey, but it is worth to try once in awhile. ⠀

Last week, I have a chance to tried Pak Raden Signature Cocktail (110k) by @arrackandspice. As Pak Raden's nature is known as a humble and easy-going guy, this cocktail fits its personality which has a sweet, sour, aromatic, and refreshing taste. It is made of mesoyi rum, marquisa, mung beans, citrus, and angostura. I really love how they take our traditional alcoholic beverages such as: Arak, to a very enticing cocktail.⠀

Arrack and Spice has four different areas: coffee bar, cocktail bar, dining area, and private area. Every area can be connected and separated by its own.⠀

The restaurant had a wide range of food using tropical belt theme: Hawaiian, Jamaican, Mexican, and Asian.

They are quite creative on the menu and the dimsum is quite good. Besides that, the restaurant is quite big enough, so it is perfect for a birthday party, wedding, family lunch or dinner, and so on).⠀

Charsiu Omelette (45k) and Buta Ramen (64k)
I love their omelette as it doesn't use any flour, only real eggs. The charsiu was quite many and tasted really good with a little blackpepper flavor.

NEW DIMSUM PLACE AT PONDOK INDAH MALL!

@teahouse_souprestoid is the new concept of @soupresto_indo. It has so many variants of dimsum. On frame: Samsui Ginger Bao, Red Bean Rose Bao, Salted Egg Bao, Spicy Wonton, Longevity Bao, Siew Mai, Chicken Claw, Samsui Xiao Long Bao, Ha Gao, and Fried Wonton. The price range is varied around 22k-35k/pax. I liked their Samsui Ginger Bao, it was very tender and it used its famous chicken ginger. The Salted Egg Bao was also very good, it was not salty and quite sweet.

Tori Cheese Katsu Set (88k)
It is a cheese chicken katsu with miso soup, cabbage, and rice. The portion is quite big and the cheese katsu is quite good.

Hamburg Omelette Rice Curry (88k) and Fujiyama Hamburg Mushroom Gratin (82k)
The hamburg is really tender and the portion is quite big. I think it is a comfort food and value for money.

Sukiyaki Pasta (70k) and Truffle Gyudon (75k)
They are Beef Sukiyaki Pasta topped with Egg Yolk and Beef Sukiyaki, Egg Yolk, and Truffle Oil over Rice. The pasta was very good and its kinda sweet in flavor. For the gyudon, it was very aromatic, it tasted very good, and the beef was tender.⠀

Savory Taro Parcel with Shrimp and Assorted Vegetables (159k), Fried Kway Teow A La Penang (118k), Stir Fried Hongkong Choi Sum with Garlic (75k), and Deep-Fried Prawn with Mayonnaise (128k)
These are some of the main menu. I like their Savory Taro Parcel, it tastes quite unique as it is sweet and also savory.
