    Quality going down

    Have not been here for a while, I used to come here almost every week with my daughter cause it was her fave resto. My daughter likes their honey chasiu.
    I don't know why I felt that the food not as good as before. Honey chasiu still yummy but the roast pork was not as tender as before. The rice not from good quality ones and tasteless. Tauco sauce very liquid and tasteless too. But the worst was the bowl of soup was...hmmm how can I say it...need to renew cause it was stained so bad till not decent to be used for serving bowl. Please just improved your quality of food and cleaness otherwise your resto seemed like sinking down

    Today I had a small reunion with my ex junior high classmates and we decided to had lunch here because they have good and very affordable lunch packages. The package menu start at 49k ++ which is include 1 main and 1 drink (ice tea or mineral water).
    We ordered:
    1. Keywest white fish: I did not really like it cause maybe I never like food with fruit sauce. But the fish cooked perfectly
    2. Fish and chips: crispy coat and tender fish but did not like the fries..kinda tasteless
    3. Fish burger: good. Bun 👍, fish 👍
    4. Spaghetti carbonara: yummy, spaghetti was cooked al dente, sauce also not too creamy and plenty of beef bacon.
    For all the above food we only paid 240k 😜

    KOI The [ Puri, Kafe ]

    Best milk tea

    One of my favourite bubble tea place. Every outlet has high rating and always packed with people.

    This time they have new menu onboard which is yakult lemon tea however I always ordered their black milk tea maybe I should try other variety next time 😋

    Bakmi Kepiting Pontianak [ Gandaria, Indonesia ]

    Menu enak di eat n eat

    Biasanya klo ke eat n eat keseringan pesen bakmi ini soalnya menurut gw yg paling enak ya outlet ini.

    Gw demen bakminya karena kecil2 dan toppingnya cukup banyak ada bakso ikan, cangkang kepiting, ayam dan pangsit. Harganya jg masih terjangkau.

    First Love Patisserie [ Gandaria, Toko Kue ]

    Not too sweet

    Actually I like this kind of cake. And yes it is another japanese cake.

    The cake itself is not too sweet and layered with cream. They have few flavours like chocolate, oreo, matcha, tiramisu, strawberry, blueberry, cheese, coffee and original. Always bought the ori one because i think it's the best.

    A bit expensive

    Came here because my nephew wanted to try the recent happening japanese tart.

    I'm not a cake person so just tried a bit and it was good not too sweet but nothing spectacular about it. Price for small tart was 35k

    Smorrebrod Sandwich [ Gandaria, Barat ]

    Delicous cheesy sandwich

    Second time here, sandwich still tasted d*mn yummy. The used of sourdough bread which makes it even better. Btw, they have new menu Patty Melt...it's a sandwich with beef patty, cheese and purple cabbage. Whatta perfect combination

    Never gone wrong here.

    Owl Cafe [ Gandaria, Kafe ]

    Nice decor

    First thing that attracted me was the decor...love their colonial american style. The other thing was the picture of durian penget. Since my mom is a durian lover and we had eaten lunch before so we just ordered the durian penget. It was basically mash durian with condesend milk. Mom said it was yummy .. i did not tried cause I don't like durian.

    Japanese curry has been so popular all around the world including here in Indonesia. There are lots of resto now here serving this famous japanese curry and my favourite will be Coco Ichibaya.
    Tried the chicken cutlet egg curry rice with extra seafood. The curry was one of the best I tried so far with bold yet subtle taste. Eventhough price was slightly expensive but worth it.
    Their menu also quite extensive and you can mix and match.

    Kedai Tang [ Alam Sutera, China ]

    Kedua kalinya makan sini order bakmi special tang yg isinya ada daging babi cincang manis, babi panggang, chasiu, gohiong, pangsit rebus dan sayur plus nambah sate babi.

    Toppingnya memang super banyak sampai ga keliatan bakminya. Utk rasa bakmi suka banget, semua topping selain gohiong enak kalau gohiongnya krg suka karena rada manis. Sate babi nya flop banget alias ga enak... ga fresh, dry dan keras. Spt nya udah di freezer kelamaan.

    Next time pengen coba babi goreng sambal matahnya...looks and sound yummy.
