Chicken Namban
- Legit fried chicken, crispy even after 30 minutes passed. Sauce is just the right balance of umami, some tartar sauce can be very overwhelming, esp with oily food.

Tuna Maguro
- They offer fresh sashimi and I like this one, they give us thick slices of fresh tuna ♥️

Green Tea Mille Crepes
- Love the cream, its not just plainly sweet but also have some hints of bitter taste — which is a good thing. Also, it has some red bean paste in the middle so it adds another flavour dimension 👌🏻

Oh, their Miso Soup is also tasty, not too salty! And I love how they have more fillings like Tofu Skin & Mushrooms.
Also, I find their service astonishing, quick and friendly. 🥰

First of all, you will fall in love with the view from the 46th floor of The Plaza.

Said to be one of the best places in Jakarta to serve truffle dishes, here are my menu recommendations in Momozen:

Truffle Somen with Caviar
- Gotta be the most amazing tapas! Love the smooth texture of the truffle-infused somen, top of with truffle kombu, caviar and dash of 24k gold. Perfecto.

Toro Pizza
- Crispy dough with chopped toro, super delish garlic cream beneath with caviar on top 😍

Wagyu Tacoslider
- Love the truffle mayo! 🤤
Goes well with the wagyu patty and salsa.

Sakura Miso Cod
- Gotta love these 4 bite sized cod fish — their miso cashew sauce is mind blowing.

Ebi Jaga
- Jumbo (super) crispy prawns with crispy potato ring and yummy mango chili dipping 😋

Master Kobe Shiogama Beef
- Salt crusted chuck roll beefs that comes with 6 different Japanese condiments — my favorite gotta be the truffle sauce & garlic butter.

Baby Chic Truffle Rice
- ABSOLUTE FAV OF THE NIGHT! ✨
The truffle crack rice is truly the star. Total dish is made within 30 mins (for the rice) & 40 mins (for the chicken), the taste truly explains why it takes a while to make. Chicken is very tender and juicy. Rice is unexplainable, you can eat them alone and still feels great!

All of the dishes in Momozen are not pre-made, they are made fresh from scratch once order kicks in.
Love all of the friendly and knowledgeable waiters and waitresses that come in handy & quick.

Puffnya super crunchy and moist at the same time, terus custardnya itu loh enak enak banget 😋

Susah banget buat pilih rasa favorit tapi aku demen banget sama yg Cokelat & Vanilla (ini juga texturenya kayak Parisian choux, jadi extra crunchy 😍).
Dan of course yg Original itu MUST TRY!

Mereka juga unik banget ada yg Ragout, jadi kalo ga suka manis & demen asin bisa coba yg ini. Daging dan isinya generous banget!

Btw, Sifon Pandan mereka super lembut dan wangi. Blueberry Cheese Tartnya manis & asinnya balance banget, perfect with tea ☕️

Cobain deh yg Es Gula Aren, ga kalah enak deh sama brand2 luar. Coconut foamnya super good, gula arennya wangi dan bobanya banyak banget + chewy 👌🏻

- For something lighter, this gotta be the perfect appetizer. Fried calamari and okra (veggies) with delicious dipping sauce!

Smokey Short Ribs
- The ULTIMATE FAVOURITE in house. Super juicy and tender ribs with super smooth mashed potatoes and mind-blowing sauce 😍

Gunpowder Fish and Chips
- Their take on fish and chips is different, and you gotta try! Lots of hints in Indian spices on the fish and the sauce.

Assorted Naan
- Their naan is just like what I taste back then in high school, made by my Indian teachers. Love their cheese naan soo soo much!

- SUPER DELICIOUS! 🥰 and I am an avid fan of chai, perfect texture, crack, and taste.

Himalayan Molted Cake
- Who can go wrong with chocolate lava cake? They replace the basic vanilla ice cream with Indian-spice-based ice cream and it makes me go nuts!

- I love how they grill the chicken, making it so tasty. Served with crispy french fries!

- Favorite combo of oreo and coffee. Perfect balance of sweet and bitter taste ✨

Berry Rosca
- Refreshing beverage after a long day, mainly sour, I love it.

Cheesecake
- Soft cheesecake with crispy bottom (best part), the strawberry sauce was really nice!

Duo Icecream
- I pick on the strawberry and chocolate flavours! It was served with fruit loops (MY FAV!) and raisins 🥰

Korean finger strip chicken yg Original is super crispy and tender, nagih 😋

- Super tender chicken and it was marinated well. Yummy mashed potato (with prawns) comes beside it!

Pan Seared Salmon
- Simple dish yet very comforting and I love how they cook the salmon skin until it becomes very crispy, yet the meat remains moist.

Nasi Goreng Seafood
- This is the BOMB! 🔥 squid ink fried rice with SUPER CRISPY egg, can’t get enough of this.

For desserts, I recommend their Panna Cotta — silky panna cotta with refreshing berry sauce.
Their take on Creme Caramel is also a must try, great balance of sweet & bitter taste ❤️

Spiziato is the mocktail I order and its a super refreshing beverage with dragonfruit and pineapple combo!
Also loving my Fragola Pesca smoothie — sweet yet not overwhelming combination of peach, strawberry, yoghurt, and strawberry ice cream 🍓

Enak sih high tea nya, sconesnya garing & banyak rasa. Godiva Chocolate bitesnya jg yum, dan ada frozen hot choco (which is Godiva’s signature) enak bgt.
