Goods Burger

Lokasinya memang kecil dan nyempil banget di antara tenant besar di Citos.

Konsepnya memang open air tapi masih cukup enak lah untuk nongkrong.

Saya pesan :
- Iced Capuccino
Segar! Campuran es dan capuccino nya seimbang, ga kebanyakan es nya dan juga ga kebanyakan airnya. Gulanya pun dipisah jadi makin pas.

- Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Karena saat itu lagi hanya pengen makan yang ga terlalu berat, jadi saya pesan si sandwich ini. Basically hanya roti biasa diisi debgan keju yang cukup melimpah dan bisa ditarik. Cukup mengenyangkan. Kejunya pas.

- Sweet Potato Fries
Alias ubi goreng. Biasanya kentang kali ini pake ubi. Masih hangat banget disajikannya. Diberi salt pepper sedikit, tapi manis ubinya tetep masih berasa.

Ever since the reviews went up from fellow foodies, I was interested to try out this newly opened burger joint under Goods’ wing. I mean, take a look at those pictures! Aren’t you tempted?

Food and beverage: 4/5
After a deliberate consideration (I wanted to taste so many of their menu), my boyfriend and I finally settled on J.L.M (Jakarta Loco Moco), Mac and Cheese Dog, and Arnold Parmer. J.L.M was the star of the show, hands down. Fried rice topped with beef patty and medium raw sunny side up coated with cream, this dish upped the rice bowl game. Fried rice alone was seasoned right, had the right balance of sweet and savory with a little bit of spice. Patty was a great addition to the whole dish although it was a little overcooked hence it wasn’t as juicy as I expected. Sunny side up was divine, you know that moment of yolk slicing and it just melts everywhere. The cream complemented every aspect and tied the whole thing splendidly, but they could reduce the salt since it was a bit too salty. Mac and Cheese Dog - I had pretty high expectation on this but sad to discover that, well, it was just decent. Not as good as I hoped for. It tasted like regular hot dog, but their mac and cheese was quite alright. Arnold Parmer is half iced tea and half lemonade which combines into: iced lemon tea. It was very refreshing. Went so well with J.L.M. Next time I come here, I’ll try out their coffee-rubbed burger and cheese burger bowl.

Quite affordable! Portion was moderate and fits the price. J.L.M costed IDR 60k (if you’re thinking whether a deconstructed fried rice is worth that amount, the answer is yes), Mac and Cheese Dog IDR 50k, and Arnold Parmer IDR 30k.

Ambience: 4/5
It’s very easy to spot this burger joint. It’s located in ground floor Citos, right next to TRS, with colorful neon signage. Their whole menu is displayed on a black board behind the bar. I love the tropical vibe they offer, with hanging plants above the mirrored pane and posters on the opposite wall. There’s an option of outdoor seatings (smoking) and indoor seatings (non-smoking) - both of which only wooden chairs and tables are available. They don’t have air conditioner but the ceiling was pretty high and there are fans so air circulation is still good and cool. Bright lights and rainbow glasses makes the whole shop cheerful. Power sockets and WiFi are available.

Service: 4.5/5
Waiters and waitresses were friendly, skillful, and attentive. I love how they didn’t need to write our orders (save paper!) but still repeated to make sure it was right. Food came fast, hot, and fresh!

Highlight: Jakarta Loco Moco yum yum yum! Definitely will come back for this along with a refreshing glass of Arnold Parmer.

Berbondong-bondong sama Foodie Friends mengunjungi the newest and hippest burger joint in town. Lokasinya di sebelah TRS Diner, gak begitu banyak seating capacitynya dibandingkan sama restaurant-restaurant lainnya di Citos, tapi yang penting nyaman dengan suasana berasa kayak lagi di pantai warna-warni dan banyak pot-pot dedaunan dipajang berjejer. Anyway suka banget sama logonya yang bentuknya kayak burger, simple yet hype!

- Coffee Rubbed Burger (IDR 65,000)
Dulu udah pernah nyobain Coffee Rubbed Burger di Goods Diner dan gw suka banget, jadi kali ini harus mesen lagi. Yeay rasanya gak berubah, Beef Pattynya dimarinate dengan Secret Coffee Spice Rub, lalu ditambahin Homemade BBQ Sauce, plus plus Beef Bacon, Cheese, Lettuce, dan Tomato, rasanya unik manis campur pahit, super tastyyy!

- Tropikal Burger (IDR 65,000)
Beef Patty, Grilled Pineapple, Smoked Beef Bacon, Dill Pickle, Lettuce, Tomato, Secret Spread, Mozzarella Cheese. Burger yang super segar, baru sekali ini makan burger pake Grilled Pineapple dan ternyata juara banget enak banget!

- Portobello Cheese Burger (IDR 45,000)
Burger buat yang lagi pada musuhan sama daging, isinya ada Grilled Local Portobello Mushroom yang gede dan empuk, Swiss Cheese, dan Lettuce.

- Jakarta Loco Moco (IDR 65,000)
Nasi Goreng naik kelas! Nasi Goreng Kampung ditumpuk pake Beef Patty lalu disiram Creamy Mushroom Gravy, terakhir ditumpuk lagi pake Sunny Side Up Egg alias Telor Ceplok. Ini enak banget astagaaa! Rasa Nasi Gorengnya bener-bener "kmpung" banget, lalu dipadukan sama Creamy Mushroom Gravy, east meets west! Sooo yummyyy!

- Cheese Fries (IDR 45,000)
Fresh cut Fries (not frozen!) topped with Homemade Cheese Sauce. Friesnya berasa banget freshnya dan dipadukan sama Cheese Sauce yang gurih, cemilan yang super enak!

- Mac and Cheese Dog (IDR 50,000)
Ini juga enak bangettt! Classic Beef Hot Dog topped with Macaroni and Cheese. Bratwurstnya renyah dan empuk, Mac and Cheesenya super cheesy and gooey, ditaburin juga pake Crispy Beef Bacon. Top notch!

- Goods Mac and Cheese (IDR 50,000)
Karena tergila-gila sama Mac and Cheese yang ada di Mac and Cheese Dog, akhirnya kita mesen Mac and Cheese terpisah hahaha! Like what I said just now, cheesy and gooey, too goooooooooddddddddddd!

- Classic Lemonade (IDR 35,000)
Lemonade yang asemnya kena banget super syegaaarrr! Pas banget diminum lagi kegerahan siang-siang bolong gini.

- Lychee Lemonade (IDR 40,000)
Rasa asemnya Lemonade tapi ada hint manisnya Lychee, perpaduan yang unik!

- Arnold Parmer (IDR 30,000)
1/2 Iced Tea and 1/2 Lemonade. Ini sebenernya kayak Iced Lemon Tea, lagi dan lagi syegaaarrr!

- Baileys Milkshake (IDR 50,000)
Has always been my favourite Milkshake! Namanya aja yang Baileys tapi sebenernya non alcohol cuma pake essence rasa Baileys aja. Juara duniaaaaa segelas gak cukuuuppp!

Goods dinner group baru2 ini membuka lini bisnisnya yang baru yaitu goods burger. Lokasinya di citos, tempatnya persis sebelahnya TRS, kecil tempatnya tapi cukup cozy dengan interiornya yang minimalis tapi cute. Tempat duduknya ada yang di luar dan ada yang di dalem, tapi saran gw better duduknya di dalem sih karena di luar agak panas. Servicenya bagus dan harganya juga cukup terjangkau

Disini gw bareng temen2 foodies dan kita pesen :


- coffee rub burger (65k) : dulu di goods dinner menu ini cukup hits, jadi burger ini isinya ada beef patty yang dilapisi dengan coffee, lettuce, tomat, dan cheese. Beefnya tender dan tasty, rasa coffeenya membuat beefnya menjadi makin enak, ditambah bun-nya yang empuk enak, complete deh! One of my favorite here!

- tropical burger (65k) : kalau burger yang ini isinya ada grilled pineapple, beef bacon, beef patty, dan bbq sauce. Beefnya enak, bunnya enak, ditambah rasa manis dari pineapplenya jadi seger.

- Quinoa burger (65k) : quinoa burger ini pas banget untuk vegetarian karena tidak ada dagingnya, jadi dagingnya diganti dengan black bean dan quinoa patty kemudian ada avocado yellow cheddar dan yogurt.

- portabello cheese burger (45k) : ini juga menu yang pas banget untuk yang lagi diet or vegetarian karena ini juga ga pake beef tapi pake portabello mushroom dan swiss cheese.

- mac and cheese dog (50k) : ini hot dog tapi bukan hot dog classic yang pake saussage tapi isinya mac and cheese. Enak sih sensasi beda makan hot dog.

- jakarta loco moco (60k) : ini menu khas hawaiian tapi sudah disesuaikan dengan lidah indonesia, isinya ada nasi goreng diatasnya beef patty, diatasnya lagi ada telur sunny side up, kemudian disiram dengan saus gravy, untuk rasanya jelas enak donk. Unik penyajiannya. One of my favo!

- goods mac n cheese (50k) : ini mac and cheese dengan bacon. Enak ini salah satu favorite gw disini.

- cheese fries (45k) : french friesnya kurus2 disiram cheese. Enakk deh gw suka, berasa banget kentangnya homemadenya.

- lemonade (35k) : enak lemonadenya seger banget

- baileys milkshake (50k) : enak banget deh ini suka rasa baileysnya berasa sekali. Oya ini non alkohol loh walaupun ada baileysnya.

Overall ok banget deh goods burger, buat yg suka makan burger, must pay a visit to goods burger!

My favorite restaurant to eat Loco Moco! For those of you who don't know about Loco Moco, its contemporary hawaiian cuisini. Consist of rice, beef patty, egg and mushroom sauce. And here in goods burger they use fried rice instead of white rice. You can request whether you want the patty to be well done or medium. You can have double patty as well if you want. Yummy!!

Nyobain new burger joint in town! Outlet Goods Burger ini masih menjual rasa klasik & khas burger di outlet Goods cafe, tapi dengan harga lebih pocket-friendly, dan ukuran lebih kecil. Tapi untuk rasa masih sama! 

Outletnya berkonsep fast food dengan warna-warni cerah, terasa lebih segar & fun. Beda dengan outlet Goods Cafe yang terkesan cozy dengan warna-warna hangat. Memang cocok buat open-air-concept-resto di Citos sambil ngobrol asik! Apalagi sambil pesen lemonadenya yg seger & specialty bangettt.. 

Burgernya kita pesen macem2 untuk sharing: 

- Coffee Rubbed burger: ini klasik burger dengan patty yg terasa rough & garing karena permukaan pattynya diberi kopi. Tapi gak pahit kok! Malah bikin dagingnya empuk & enak! Ada lettuce, tomat, dan keju meleleh di dalemnya bikin burger klasik ini cocok dinikmati kapanpun dan dengan siapapun. 

- Tropical burger: Ini favorit gw, ada patty tebal, grill pinneaple, beef bacon, dan bbq sauce.. segar & kombinasi yg bikin nagih! 

- Quinoa burger: varian burger vegetarian yg oke nih! emang pasti ada salahsatu temen yg lagi on diet or emang ga makan daging kan~ cucok! 

- Portabello cheese burger: dalemnya emang cuma portabello mushroom & keju, tapi jamurnya enak banget walau cuma digrill biasa! walau emang ukuran jamurnya beda2 tergantung musim & stockistnya katanya. 

- Mac and cheese dog: wahh ini da bomb! mac n cheesenya creamy gurih tapi ga lengket, langsung hap di antara hotdog. nagih banget! kita sampe pesen mac n cheesenya doang :))) 

- Jakarta Loco Moco: versi open burger dengan lapisan nasi, beef patty, sunny side up, dan saus gurih. Buat yg lagi pengen nasi + burger sekaligus, pesen ini aja, dijamin enak & kenyang! 

- Cheese fries: wahh ini cemil-able banget karena friesnya tipis2 renyah ketemu saus keju gurih bikin ga berenti nyemilin.. 

- Lemonade: seger2 semua, gw pesen yg original pas banget buat ngademin sore di Citos 

- Baileys Milkshake: ini juga enakkk pake sirup baileys non alkohol 

Overall, untuk price per value oke banget & servis termasuk cepat walau restonya baru buka. Asik banget buat opsi nongkrong ngeburger seru di Citos!
