A good place for hangout and chillin

Having an afternoon chill at Social Affair. Located at PIK Area which is a culinary heaven. The interior itself comes with a chic modern style suitable for youngster to hangout or just chillin. Ordered their Pandan Brioche and cup of Earl Grey Tea, the Pandan Brioche comes with a lot of Pandan Cream inside which explodes once you slice through the bread, taste is delicious but the cream is just too much for me. Earl Grey Tea comes with a funny mug instead of tea cup and the tea is from @jingtea. Will come again to this place to try their Duck A l'orange which looks interesting for me.

Awalnya tempat ini eksis karena jual croissant dengan rasa martabak, salted egg, dan rasa2 kekinian lainnya. Dia juga jual kue super enak dari Cacaote karena mereka satu grup, versi lebih ga formalnya.

Recommended ✨:

-Chicken Stack-
Mimin beli chicken stack mereka yang enak bangetttt waktu pertama kali beli dulu saat dia baru buka, sayangnya beli lagi baru2 ini dan rasanya ga seenak dulu, kulitnya terpisah dari dagingnya 😩 semoga kalo coba kesana lagi udah balik lagi kayak dulu.

-Semua CAKE!-
Semua cake mereka enak pake banget, yang warna oren itu pakai kelapa dan campuran mango dkk, rasanya asem2 manis gurih enak parah. Yang bulet coklat juga enak banget super coklattt premium bgt rasanya!

Mac n cheese mereka juga oke, rasanya ga bikin enek walau cheesenya terasa sedikit hambar.

ini tempat nya pw buat duduk lamaan gitu, terus bagian yang deket jendela bagus buat foto” 

“Samcan” fried rice (85K) - chili fried rice, bacon, pork belly, crispy egg yolk
this one soo good! walau sebenernya agak keasinan, pork bellynya tender yum! 

egg benedict (95K) - House cured salmon, ikura, poached egg, fish roe hollandaise, mix salad
i love salmon so so so much tp ini kurang suka, dia agak amis gitu pas aku coba 

croque madame (75K) - Bacon, bechamel cheese sauce, sunny side up egg, sourdough, mesclun salad
This one also so good! telurnya setengah matang kuningnya, sour dough nya soft!

Nice coffee and croissant

Went here for coffee. I tried their hot mocha latte and salted egg croissant. Those were really nice. They have variants of croissant but the salted egg is still my favorite. They also have friendly staffs and is a good place to chill.

Hot chocolate yg milk : rasanya enak porsi mini dihargai 40k
Croissant egg yolk : lbh enak dr pd yg prnah gw review di GI. 35k harganya
Qiche : lumayan enak ini tp lupa harganya brp
Kentang goreng kayak ditepungin : rasanya standarrd

Ube croissant

Dateng kesini pas malem” jam 8an and stock bakery mereka udah banyak yang sold out tapi tertarik beli yang ube. 
For me rasanya oke. Luarnya manis gitu ubenya kayak di mix sama chocolate tapi croissantnya emg udah agak lembek but ttep enak sih. Tapi ube dalemnya udah agak asem gitu kayak rusak. Mungkin karena udah di bake dari pagi.

To be honest, social affair ini tempatnya emang oke bngt buat nongki. Mungkin lebih rekomen buat ngopi cantik si disini. Kalo buat makanan, truffle spaghettinya lumayan oke, soalnya trufflenya kerasa. Seafood linguinenya sedikit amis for my liking 😢 tapi porsinya cukup banyak.

FYI jangan bawa makanan lain speerti kue lain lalu dimakan yah guys ntar dikenain fee duh😂 social affair strict bngt soal ini but keep in mind aja

Salah satu restaurant yang cukup menarik untuk photos cantik tetapi selalu ramai. 

kesini karena salah satu desssertnya croissant cendol yang bikin penasaran rasanya. rasanya enak cocok dengan mulut saya. 

untuk dessert yang lain nutella crepe suzette yang berisi crepes, nutella, vanilla ice cream, orange segment and grand marwer sauce. ini rasanya agak aneh sih menurut saya karena crepes nya jadi lembek gitu and beda sama yang diphotos. bisa buat di sharing untuk 3-4 orang.

untuk main menu nya fried chicken yang dibawahnya ada bakwan jagung, fried chickennya mirip bangat sama chicken nugget yang aku biasaa beli di bungkusan nuggett haha.

Suka interiornya, untuk ukuran daerah PIK, resto ini lumayan luas , bisa duduk 2 santai sambil makan dan ngopi

Kali ini coba pesan rice pork belly , sukaa pork belly nya lembut dimasak sampai bumbunya resap ke daging , dimakan dengan nasi hangat.... yummmm

Minumnya cobain kopi , lumayan juga kopi nya walau kurang strong kalau buat saya 😊
