Sei Sambal matah stack!

Unik2 banget nih, Brioche bun diisi lobster, sambal matah, cheese steak, dann yg paling seru.. Se'i Sambal Matah, on Stack! 😍 disajiinnya emang pake box abu2 jd gampang bawa & tumpuknya, that's why they name it 'Stack'

Specialty nya yg Lobster stack malah agak kurang tasty busy ak tp udh ak Kasi masukan ke ownernya hope now they get better

Tempatnya mungil tapi keyeenn.. Abu2 gw banget lah 😂 oya regal shake & Apple Pie Stack nya juga must try!

The place is cozy and it has a cute food packaging! 😍

When I came, the burgers were not available yet so we ordered the rolls.
The rolls were so tasty, enough butter (thus didn’t make it oily) and it was toasted with eggs so it ultimately became tastier.

What I ordered:

Se’I Stack
- Reading the menu and saw “sambal matah”, I knew I had to order it because I was a big fan of sambal matah. But sadly, the meat and the sambal didn’t mix well - the meat’s taste is more overwhelming and shadowed the taste of the sambal.. This dish was very dry.

Lobster Stack
- I think they really need to work on those lobsters and butter lemon sauce because the taste was weird and overwhelming - I couldn’t take more than a bite. Lobster was smushy and didn’t taste fresh (I wondered if it came out of frozen lobster package)..

Steak Stack
- First bite, all I can say is “waaaaay too sweet”, I couldn’t even tell if it was truly Australian meat and it was definitely not steak because it was thinly sliced (more like bulgogi). I couldn’t taste the caramelized onion nor the cheddar cheese because the overly sweet sauce shadowed everything else.

Iced Mocha
- For the price (40k-ish), I’m pretty sure I don’t get what I pay for. Too milky, couldn’t feel the milky, they used chocolate powder and it didn’t even blend with the coffee & milk. All I can taste was milk and chocolate powder on my tongue at the end of the sip.

French Fries
- Seasoning was too salty, needed chilli sauce for this.

The service was pretty disappointing too.
First of all, the cashier only took 2 out of 3 menus that we ordered so we needed to come down to order 1 missing menu.
Second, in a pretty small area, they had 3 ACs on and when I asked the waitress to turn off 1 of it, her face was not very friendly.
Third, one of the waitresses was putting down our Iced Mocha and the straw fell to our table; she picked it up and put it back to our drink 🤦🏻‍♀️ hygienic much?

Honestly, the only good thing about this restaurant is the cozy place, and the rolls - which I question the worth of money.

Tempat asik buat ngumpul.

Wuaw kita cobain berbagai menu yang ada di sini. Yang paling unik tuh packagingnya yang apik banget dan gak asal-asalan jadi untuk ditumpuk dan di bawa kemana2 gak repot bakal berantakan. Untuk tempatnya sendiri sih cozy banget dan cukup instagramable buat yang suka foto ootd, pelayanannya juga rama dan cepat.

Nah untuk main coursenya ini kita cobain beberapa menunya diantaranya ada lobster stack, wagyu sando steak, apple pie stack, dll nah untuk wagyu sando steack tuh sempet sedikit alot dan susah dimakannya. Untuk yang lain-lainnya sih mantappp, oiya cheese friesnya itu loh cocok banget buat nemenin nongkrong.

Ada harga, ada rasa.

Stack ini tempat makan baru di Wijaya, partner sama Gordi untuk menu minumannya. Tempatnya kecil dan selalu rame, tapi designnya bagus dan nyaman juga.

Aku pesen;
Egg single stack (48,000), ini burger ya, bukan tipe yang kaya hotdog rotinya. Isinya daging cincang, telur sama keju. Porsinya lumayan banyak jadi bikin kenyang. Rasanya jangan ditanya lagi, enak banget!
Steak single stack (77,000), ini baru pake roti yang tipe hotdog cuma beda isi aja sih semuanya, ini isinya daging dan dagingnya banyak. Enak pokoknya!!

Salah satu tempat makan burger atau semacamnya yang lagi hits adalah Stack. Kebetulan mereka satu gedung dengan Gordi, jadi sekalian deh kita beli menu di Stack ini. Kita pesan Sei Single Stack Sambal Matah (77k) dan penyajiannya ga terlalu menunggu lama ko. Beginilah penilaian menurut kita 😀

Jadi mereka pakai roti seperti roti Hot Dog gituu. Isiannya ada potongan daging serta sambal matah. Untuk rasanya terbilang biasa aja dan pricey buat kita. Sekian review dari kita, terimakasih dan salam perut buncit 🤗😍😎

Enak sih tapi mahal..

Stack ini baru banget buka di daerah Wijaya dan tempatnya jadi satu sama Gordi. Jadi kalo makan disini bisa juga sekalian minum kopi dari Gordi.

Tempatnya ada 2 lantai dan emang gak terlalu besar, ada non smoking & smoking area yang terpisah. Untuk non smoking area nya tempatnya bagus, sejuk dan nyaman, cukup instagramable juga dengan nuansa putih, abu-abu dan sofa biru dongker di bagian pojok.

Di Stack ini menunya terdiri dari main course burger & stack, side dish kentang goreng dan beberapa minuman. Kalau yang jadi recommended menunya sih pasti Stack nya yaa. Jadi Stack ini semacam sandwich gitu tapi tekstur bagian luar rotinya agak garing, agak-agak mirip garlic breadnya PHD gituuu. Nah di bagian tengahnya diisi sama isian sesuai menu. Kalau gue nyoba yang Se'i Sambal Matah Stack (77rb), Se'i nya enak sih apalagi kalo dimakannya barengan antara rotinya, daging, dan bumbu sambal matahnya. Gak pedas juga jadi buat yang suka pedas bisa minta tambahan chilli sauce. Walau pun rasanya enak tapi harganya agak pricey sih kalo menurut gue pribadi, jadi mungkin makan disininya sesekali aja kali yaaa hehe

Strawberry milkshakenya suka banget

Stack ini satu tempat dengan Gordi. Di sini tempat order dan makannya berbeda. Kalau di bawah itu hanya bisa untuk order saja, baik dari Stack maupun Gordi. Nah makannya di atas mesti naik tangga lagi dan ada indoor dan outdoornya.

Di sini aku pesan yang salted egg dory pakai sambal matah. Rotinya ini kalau ga salah ingat pakai brioche. Terus ada isian salted egg dory, enak, salted eggnya pas. Sambal matahnya juga enak dan harum. Porsinya menurut aku bisa buat sharing kecuali lapar banget.

Ada juga egg bun tapi tampilannya lebih mirip hamburger. Aku ga cobain karena yang makan mamaku.

Aku pesan strawberry cookie milkshake. Ini enak banget sih. Berasa banget strawberry dan cookienya.
Manisnya juga pas. Super suka deh.
