Udah lama banget ga makan di sini.. Dan tetep suka sama dessert2 mereka.. Kali ini aku pesen mille crepesnya.. Enak ini.. Sausnya juga bikin ga eneg karna ada asem2nya juga..

Back in Surabaya, and the first meal that I had was this. Green Chilli Ox-Tongue Pasta. Basically your old trusty plain spaghetti tossed in green chilli sauce with chunks of juicy and soft ox-tongue, topped with fried garlic chips. By @pancious.id Surabaya @pancioussby
To accompany this dish, I ordered a glass of lemon tea. JK. It's their Lemon Beer, with Bir Bintang as their base beer and some lemon flavouring. Refreshing and delightful at the same time. It tastes better than @birbintangindonesia 's Lemon Radler, I guess they added some squeeze of lemon juice into the OG Bintang Pilsner, hence the stronger lemon-y flavour.
Pasta was cooked Al Dente, just as I liked it to be done. Spaghetti was my pasta of choice as I don't really like penne or fettuccine, always go for spaghetti. The green chilli sauce has a bit heat from those chillis, but not crazy hot as bird's eye chilli. The heat was just there to remind you this is Indonesia, we love hot and spicy food. The sauce tastes dominantly salty and a tad savoury, the sprinkles of garlic chips on top added a bit of texture and lots of aroma and nuttyness.
The ox-tongue. Not everywhere could I find places that serve chunky ox-tongue, most of them are sliced thinly or a tad thicker. To find the ox-tongues here are diced into chunks, made me happy and fall in love with it over and over again. These chunks were cooked perfectly, not too dry, slightly juicy. Simply elevated the dish to next level. Look at how glorious those ox-tongue chunks on slide 2.
For you who feels like having non-mainstream pasta, this place is worth a visit. They still have some more pasta dishes, classic and fusion.

Trying the Fried Mushroom Fettucine and it tasted nice! Love the juicy mushroom with simple cream sauce lingering the dish. Agak keras dikit fettucine nya sih buat aku, mgkn kelamaan direbus.
Blueberry Pancake with Cream Sauce is my ultimate favorite here! Pancakenya lembut & saus blueberry & cream cheesenya super complimenting each other 😋😋😋
Makanan keluar sekitar 15 menit. Waitressnya very nice!

Tempatnya ada di Pakuwon Mall daerah food society, cozy banget buat nongkrong2, ada wifinya juga . Menunya lebih ke arah western food, dengan porsi yang gak pelit, dan rasa yang worth banget. Menu favoritnya disini itu ada pancake choco baileys, spaghetti truffle, minumnya earl grey milk tea yang bisa di sharing berdua.

Coco Bailey's pancake ini pancake yang disiram Baileys caramel sauce (mengandung sedikit alkohol), chocolate fudge dan crushed almonds.. Untuk pancake nya enak, manisnya pas. Untuk topping nya cenderung manis sih, tapi enak, ga eneg, dan saus nya banyak banget, ga pelit, cocok banget dipadukan dengan crushed almonds dan ice cream vanilla nya..

Okay, pancious terkenal dengan desserts'nya (pancakes & waffles) tapi.. tbh aku ga suka banget dengan desserts'nya mereka. Ga cocok aja di aku kali yaa 😂 Jadi kali ini nyobain saladnya, dan ternyata aku suka banget dong sama saladnya pancious LOL . Bakalan balik lagi deh kesini buat makan saladnya 😆 Oh iya, minumnya yang aku pesan (ice tea) ini free refill ya. Cocok buat yg cuma pengen nongkrong berlama-lama menikmati interiornya pancious.

Tiap ke sni kalo ga sendirian, pasti pesen minuman ini.. Soalnya kalo pesen minuman ini hrs di share.. Rasakan sensasi nikmatnyaa minuman ini deh... Untuk maakanannya kalo ak lg bingung mw pesen apa, pasti pesennya salmon and pesti dah.. Soalnya ini ud pasti enaknya..

Enak banget, krimnya nggak bikin eneg, salmonnya juga seger, cuma kalo buat aku kok masih kurang banyak ya porsinya. Ha ha ha

Rasanya unik jarang banget ditemui di cafe2 lain nih rasa yg seperti ini, dan yg penting selalu enak.
Overall menu makanan disini selalu memuaskan... worth to try!
