In a relationship with boba tea ~
Another boba drinks, but want something more fresh so I go for their fruity yogurt series with extra boba topping.

BLUE STRAWBERRY YOGURT (25K) - healthy blend of natural butterfly pea flower and yogurt. Yogurt is great, but drinkable yogurt is even better. What is not to love from this creamy fruity strawberry yogurt -  it's so refreshing, yummy and lil bit healthy. Boba quite good but I will choose no boba next time.

And somehow I feel a little bit 'healthy' after drinking this lol. So, they serve not just an ordinary boba drinks, it's healthy boba - made from shirataki (zero calories)

I opted for their fruit series - Glup's kiwi cheezu (27K with shirataki boba) - kiwi fruit with cheese foam. Surprisingly I love it. It's fresh, not too sweet, not too creamy, and yes it's healthy! I order half sugar for this one. Smart movement and variation from GLUP GLUP

I have measured out my life with coffee spoons.
As a heavy drinkers of coffee, no coffee = headache. Today's coffee is Hot latte by Titik Koma coffee. Being heard about them recently so can't wait to tried their coffee. I just can't resist myself to not order their honey latte. Not all coffee shop have it.

I got the tester of their iced gula aren latte too and it taste great. And because of franchise exhibition (at Balai Kartini), all the coffee price in here is 20K flat. So I order:
HOT HONEY LATTE - super love for this one. One thing for sure, they could make a very good coffee. It's bold and rich, well balance and have perfect sweetness.

HOT GULA AREN LATTE - another great coffee , with the right amount of gula aren brings a perfect combination, rich mouthfeel with a smooth flavor coffee. And for 20K yes it's cheap haha..

Hot pot can only keep the food hot, cooking and ingredients are what makes the food tasty.
Can relate with that, so I go for the restaurant that serve best ingredients for their hotpot - Eight treasures. One of the best in Jakarta (for me). As you could see, this is totally kalap mode on haha. Order some of their best dishes:
1. Base soup - szechuan mala spicy soup (68K); nourishing cartilage (collagen soup - 58K). Tetep sih, collagen soup mereka the best and refill dong yang pasti hehe. Kalo tim pemakan kuah banyak, worth it!

2. Assorted dumpling platter (72K) - fresh prawn wonton, fish dumpling, prawn and pork chives dumpling, vege and pork wonton. Ini aku cobain satu2 rata2 oke cuma lebih prefer ball and paste nya sih.

3. Assorted ball platter (88K) - fish ball, prawn ball, beef ball, pork ball. After tried this, still my top 2 fav is their beef ball and prawn ball. Beef lebih bold, prawn lebih ringan jadi tergantung preferensi.

4. For the paste, of course it's gonna be the prawn paste (98K) and beef paste (68K) - fix ini enak banget. Dan tersera kita mau bentuk ball ukurannya seberapa. Prawn paste mereka juara banget sih! Nagih dan lebih fresh juga. Kalo males bikin sendiri bisa minta tolong buatin juga :)

5. For the meat, I order: US angus prime short ribs (208K); iberico pork barringuera (158K); Iberico Pork Collar (228K) and Australian wagyu ribeye (288K) - emang ada harga ada kualitas. Best sih aus wagyu ribeye, gaada yang bisa ngalahin rasanya. Untung daging gantung okelah cuma nanggung nambah dikit dpt wagyu, cuma keren aja ada asap2. Pork-nya menurutku kurang sih, yang bunga okela cuma yang dipiring biasa aja. Will go for their beef only next time :)

6. Last one, as I missed it last time, I ordered 4 portions of their Fried Beancurd Skin (38K) - and yes it's that good. Bener2 enak, garing, ga nyesel pesen banyak, pantes laku banget cepet sold out haha..

Pelayanannya menurutku best banget, gercep, fast and baik2. Tempatnya sih gausa dicomment, cakep banget, buat acara birthday or kumpul2 keluarga oke banget.

There is hardship in everything except eating pancakes.
Back to BOBAL just for eating pancake. Strawberry original pancake (20K) - mencoba trial di cabang lain dan emang enak banget. Harganya sih murah ga wajar, tapi dia pake strawberry sauce (asam manis) and cream cheese juga bukan yang ecek2, berasa banget dan bubblenya super empuk. Pancakenya sendiri juga enak banget, nagih. Super fav!! Tadi mau cobain yang pandan pancake klepon, sayang belum ready. Next time mau cobain hehe..

It's Friday, Let's Par-TEA !!! Yashh!! Let's have some: Osmanthus milk tea (med - 28K) - setelah cobain minuman ini everyweek, akhirnya aku tau ini rasa yang sangat familiar dengan apa. Selama ini kayak guessing whole time mirip minuman apa, kalo kalian tau rasa bear brand yang malt. Yes this is the same taste, enak bangettttt!!! Dan puas sih, menurutku mereka tipe yang ga terlalu manis untuk standardnya jadi kalo kalian pesen less sugar, jujur rasa maltnya hilang dan tawar2 gitu justru jadi gaenak (uda perna coba yang less slny)
Osmanthus black tea cube (med - 25K) - my lil bro fav. Jadi ini versi lebih light, karena dia perpaduannya dengan teh dan ada teacube yang terbuat dari teh juga. If you're not a big fan of milk, go for this one. Osmanthus tea mereka emang unik and one of the best sih buatku.
Their new menu from cheezo series - CHEEZO BISCOFF (forget about the price but it's worth it!) - enak banget ini, ga enek tapi berasa banget biscoffnya. Cinnamon-nya bener2 enakkk dengan perpaduan susu dan cream cheese yang pas. One of the best biscoff drink sih kalo buatku. (fyi, my mom love it too padahal dia paling gasuka minuman manis)
