    Pertama coba yang di fatmawati, lalu ternyata buka di Barat, jadinya bahagia banget gak jauh2. Semua variant di sini tiada lawannya.

    Belakangan dengar berita bahwa ini akan tutup, mungkin juga hanya temporary. Tapi berbagai macam memories sejak buka di Sarinah sampai sekarang PP. Quality tetap spectacular 🥹

    Pho Street [ Puri, Vietnam ]

    For the Vietnamese fuud lover (who craves pork)

    AMAZING, is all I can wax poetic about this recently opened (at least in Puri area) Vietnamese place.
    Given that a few vietnamese places in Jakarta tend to not having any pork dishes available, Pho Street is like a light at the end of the tunnel for me.


    Albeit they don’t have a lot in their menu, but they cover the very best. Very fresh broth, generous amount of meat and noodles, and delicious chilli oil condiments. And on such reasonable price tag too! Will definitely be my favourite spot to hang out from now on!

    Haven’t actually tried the rice dishes yet, but those will be my to-eat list for next visits.


    My only concern is, perhaps they need to prepare more of the herbs and fresh vegies for the pho, in case they ran out.

    Nasi Gandul Bu Endang [ Puri, Indonesia ]

    Delightful and affordable

    We were just looking for a place to eat on one late evening, unfortunately the place we intended to go was closed that day, and we were facing a great dillema. And then we spotted this little place hidden between all the glitz and glamour of surounded restaurants. And it was amazing!!

    It is a small warung, so it’s far from fancy, with no air-con. But that is the ultimate beauty of it! We tried the Nasi Gandul and Garang Asem dishes, both seem to be staple...

    Baconerie [ Kemang, Kafe ]

    A delightful brunch

    A very amazing small joint this was. Kudos for the all day brekky menu, and pork bacon!! Portion-wise can be a bit overwhelming, but with the price-tag, it was worthed. The ultimate highlight I have to say was the candied bacon, such a great marriage of sweet and savoury and sinful. They also have assorted beverages, my faves are Butterscotch Latte and Cafe Bombon!
