If you're craving for some mexican food, then this is the place where you should go to. Their nachos are great and they shower you with enough guacamole and fresh salsa, just like what you could taste in Mexico. Their tacos also amazing! The meat is juicy, the best blend between bold, spice, and lemony sour. So mouth-watering.

Ini sop buntut sungguh enak sekali :) Saya sudah beberapa kali kesini, terakhir kesini kemarin malam. Saya pesan Sop Buntut kuah (Rp.65.000), Iga Bakar (Rp.55.000), Mango Smoothie (Rp.22.000), Es Jeruk (Rp.11.000) dan Liang Teh (Rp.4.000). Yang menarik dari makanan disini, jujur aja, adalah kuahnya. Kuah kaldu yang aromanya benar-benar terhirup saat dicium. Di dalamnya, mereka mencampurkan wortel, kentang, dan tentunya micin yang banyak. Saya yakin karena itu juga rasanya jadi terlalu sedap. Minyak juga cukup banyak tergenang di atas kuah, namun hal tersebut cukup lazim dilihat, layaknya makan soto. Kemarin saya makan iga bakar, berdua dengan pacar satu porsinya, karena kebetulan, saya sudah makan malam. Tapi ya namanya juga suka makan, jadi makan lagi deh :) :p Iga bakarnya dimasak dengan baik, dagingnya lembut, dan cukup mudah untuk disiwir. Diatas daging, dituang bumbu yang menurut saya cukup luar biasa rasanya. Bayangkan sambal dicampur kecap dengan sedikit rasa BBQ. Kental, pedas, dan perpaduannya cukup seimbang jika dimakan dengan kuah supnya. Jangan lupa pakai emping, pakai jeruk nipis, siram kuahnya ke nasi, ceduk sedikit sambal dan daging. Bersantap rasanya sungguh sedap! Oh ya, ada satu lagi menu yang saya beli kemarin yang cukup nikmat juga, Mango Smoothie. Saya gak nyangka rasanya akan pas seperti itu. Rasa mangganya tidak terlalu mendominasi sampai waktu menelan tegukan pertama, langsung dapat merasakan campuran susu dan gula maupun sirup di dalamnya. Teksurnya halus dan dinginnya pas. Cocok buat penyegar tenggorokan sembari makan yang pedas-pedas.

This bakpao is a legendary bakpao! My mom one of their regular. If you're willing to buy and choose between all of their flavor, don't come later than 7.30pm, because they'll probably sold out most of their bakpao. I love to take it away, for next day breakfast. Love the chicken, chasiu, and tausa. The bread was so soft and smooth, and inside, when you eat chicken or other meat, you can pour sambal too. So delicious!

This Dominos are one of my favorite fast-food pizza. I'm talking about their taste, about their service, about their price and promotion, everything. Not only that their taste was so tasty and delicious (I love their thin-crust pizza, cheese bread, and I didn't even afraid try new menus every time because it mostly tasted wonderful), they never ceased to promote new stuff! Yes, I am highlighting about their Monday-Friday buy1get1 promotion, special price packages and others.

We were lucky that we didn't have to queue that day. The room was greenish with some street-art on the wall. It was quite cozy.

So we ordered 3 desserts, me and my bf ordered the Strawberry-Soda Twist with Cotton Candy, while my friends got a glass of Drunken by Regal and Thai Ice Cream.


[Strawberry-Soda Twist with Cotton Candy]

The moment it arrived, I was like receiving cloud of a fairyland. The ice-cream itself was the twist between strawberry and soda ice cream. The strawberry was okay, it was milky, light and smooth, while the soda ice cream a little bit tasted like bubble gum for me. Good thing that both of them worked if combined together. I loved to eat it with the cotton candy and gummy bears. And they gave you lollipop too! It was like never-ending sugar spree. Lol

[Drunken by Regal]

Regal is a secret ingredient that made your dessert tasted awesome. That secret is actually popular right now that I saw people love to use it on ice cream and drinks. On my first slurp, I only thing thick. What a thick drink. If someone is thirsty, they would not be pleased drinking this. But, again, I love regal and the way they blend it is quite smooth that this drink, for me, considered more like a dessert.


[Thai Ice Cream]

When my friend wanted to order Thai Ice Tea - Royal Soya twist, we were informed that the Royal Soya were sold out. So they just ordered Thai Ice Tea. The texture of the ice cream were the same. Smooth, milky and light, and the taste of the Thai Ice Tea was light too. Actually I prefer bold taste, but this was ok. Ah yes, the ice cream cone was different too, it was light and airy, you'll be surprise how easy it is to break it.


SERVICE

The service was not bad, the waitress smile and our dessert served in appropriate amount of time.

Usually you have to wait outdoor for ordering martabak, right? In here, they created a convenient place for you to sit and wait for you martabak to be done. It was clean with enough lighting

[Martabak Green Tea, Toblerone Nutella Rp.170.000]
Generous amount of toppings! The martabak itself was thick, juicy, showered with blueband of course, and topped with melted chopped Toblerone and Nutella. We actually want to try green tea base with greentea kit-kat and cheese toppings, but the kit-kat was sold out so we only try the base. The greentea flavor was overpowered by the chocolate taste, so next time when the kit-kat sold out, just ordered their regular base because it will cost you another Rp.20.000 to upgrade the base to greentea.


SERVICE

Quick service, skillful too. We always love to see our martabak in the making.

These nice aroma of Chinese spices welcomed us when we enter the room. It was neat and clean, and we could seat quite comfortably. They used some kind of inductor for the cooking utensil, and there was one big pot in the middle to cook your meal.

[Meat Combo, Veggies Combo, 1 portion of Chicken, total Rp.770.000]
We choose meat combo containing mutton, fish, chicken and beef. The taste was quite amazing. The herbs and spices were so thick you can tasted it through every bite and the meat was quite generous. They made everything in front of you including the noodles for veggies soup. The veggies were okay. And they gave you a lot of garlic! The price was overprice, though.

SERVICE: 2.5/5
The waitress was actually very friendly, but when we asked for some side dishes (some kind of cilantro leaf), it took them forever to serve us those, that our meat actually already ran out :(

For Sour Sally new innovation, they created Black sakura, froyo where they mixed charcoal into it and adding some extra syrup to freshen the taste. Charcoal considered to be one of the alternative for you to detox your body.

AMBIENCE:
The place was okay. It was a little booth, but they decorated it pretty well and they made some article regarding charcoal inside the froyo to give you brief information about it.

FOOD:
[Large Black Sakura with 3 toppings Rp.64.000]
I must admit that the Black Sakura froyo tasted wonderful! But you must take notes that I'm adding syrup of strawberry and sakura temptation to it that it felt so sour-sweet fresh! To be honest, I thought the price was a little bit overprice, though. It costed almost twice of their regular froyo, just because they added more ingredient (that I believed was not that expensive), we pay additional price for the new hype and new informations regarding charcoal, too, I suppose.

SERVICE:
Their service was quick and fast, we didn't have to wait for long. It was okay.

First time I saw Fook Yew, I was quite amazed by eye-catching interior design they had. They implied Contemporary-Chinese into their walls, furniture, and decorations. You just can't simply go passing this restaurant without having to wonder what that is. The table were many and quite close to each other, but that probably in line with the theme, it may seem.

FOOD:
We ordered 1 appetizer, 2 main dishes, and 2 drinks.

[Shanghai Crab Rp.36.000]
This appetizer was the combination of mantao and some kind of hakau. The bottom was soft, and the top was quite gummy. Inside, was the combination of crab and chicken. The taste was quite delicious.

[Dory Noodle Rp.57.000]
I ordered this noodle, thinking it was some kind of udon. It was actually, the texture and everything, but what surprised me was the shape. It was chopped up and served in small pieces. The taste was nice, and in top, the dory was tender, covered in black pepper sauce. 

[Zha Jiang Mian Rp.52.000]
It was an Ifu-mie dipped in sour-sweet sauce. The taste was really tasty and the texture was great. It was hard but soft enough to be bitten. My suggestion, if you ordered this two menus as your main dishes, try eating the Dory Noodle first before eating this Zha Jiang Mian, because the taste of this noodles was so overpowering the other, that if you eat otherwise, you taste plain on the Dory Noodle.

Delicious, smooth, taro bubble tea! They gave chopped sweet-potato inside. Yum! But a bit over-price for bubble tea.

[Cranberry Juice Rp.18.000]
I love the Cranberry Juice! It was so refreshing. More like bottled juice and definitely not a fresh juice (more like tea mixed in Cranberry syrup), but nice.

SERVICE:
Bad. Really bad service. The waitress was unfriendly. And it seemed that they need more of them because most of them were busy all the time we were here. We didn't be greeted in front of the restaurant, and the greeter since to be a waitress too. They must have a greeter who's job was to stay in front of the restaurants all the time to make list of reservation and greeted the guess and showed them to their seat with an open palm. That's only professional. Second, it took them forever to take my order. I was starving and we need to call few times before. Luckily, the food were being served pretty fast. But they didn't served you with the drinks then appetizer, then main menus. After the drink, they served you all of your orders (maybe except dessert). They really need to improve their service.

The place was nice. Wooden furniture decorated their room, and we allowed to sit in a private room.The place was nice and quiet, and we sat comfortably.

FOOD:
We ordered few mixed combo. We tried their seafood BBQ, some beef and some chicken, and few side dishes. It was wonderful! The meat were fresh, juicy and delicious. Their sauce and veggies were many too. We tried their Honey Citrus Lemon drink which was one of their best seller and it was so lovely. The taste was fresh although it was hot, you can enjoy every bit of your sip.

SERVICE:
The waitress was so friendly, they were too, quite responsive every time we asked for new veggies or drinks or the bills. And speaking of bills, it was worth the price. Not too expensive, too.
