Just went to had a dinner with my girlfriend and her boss last night. We ordered Nasi babi guling for 3paxs and 1 portion (6pcs) of pork satay.
The picture shown on the menu and the actuall food when it cames, so much difference. The pork portion it just not right. Speaking of the sambal matah portion? I can said its pathetic and the flavour its not strong enough! But good job on the pork satay. Well marinated and juicy.
This is when our face and respect to the food and place CHANGED. Found a HAIR( quite a long piece of hair though) which we also complained and the waitress just SMILE AND DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE ABOUT IT. The other thing that we founded on is A FLY (looks perfectly cooked though) on my girlfriend's plate (Yes, A HAIR AND A FLY TOGETHER IN THE BABI GULING RICE). Despite of our complaints for the FLY, they apologize and offer the new portion, but we turned it down.
The lady (in her late 30's or early 40's) sitting in the cashier area which she looks like in charge of the place (not wearing uniform), knew about this situation because the staff told her in front of me and ACTED LIKE THERE IS NOTHING HAPPEN.
Well I just mentioned to her, to make sure HER KITCHEN AREA must be HYGIENE. In the returned she REPLIED IT WITH UNHAPPY FACE AND SAID "YA". What a attitude isnt??!
I am here not to be cocky because I am im hospitality industry background, but please use your brain and some sense in serving guest and when recieving critics. Also PLEASE INCREASE YOUR KITCHEN HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS, if the owner does not have any idea what is hygiene and cleanliness THERE IS ALWAYS 24/7 GOOGLE WHERE YOU CAN ASKED ANYTHING.
To conclude THIS WILL BE OUR FIRST AND LAST VISITING THIS HILARIOUS restaurant and TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
